A Mysterious Chinese blogger seemingly predicted the AirAsia QZ8501 catastrophe, providing warnings to potential travelers some two weeks before the tragic incident actually happened.

"There is a post on some Chinese forum that is blowing up right now because apparently a user 13 days ago made a post warning people not to go on AirAsia Airline. He explained that the people that brought down MH370 is going to target another Malaysian airline to destroy Malaysia's Air travel industry or something like that and it all has something to do with the US (my Chinese is a bit rusty)," a Reddit member wrote, referring to the mysterious Chinese blogger.

The post immediately went viral on social media. About two weeks ago the Chinese poster warned against using AirAsia passenger airliners, referring to a shadow organization "The International Black Hand."

The International Business Times cites the original post written in Chinese: "Black Hand hijacked and shot down MH370 and MH17. This has pretty much killed the 6th largest airline – Malaysian airline."

"Now the Black Hand is targeting AirAsia to ruin this airline because it too belongs to Malaysia. Given how powerful the Black Hand is, I suggest that all Chinese planning to travel, should avoid AirAsia, so that you don't disappear like those on MH370. You could be happily vacationing, working, or studying aboard, but if you go on Malaysian airline or AirAsia, you're dead, be careful everyone," the poster calling himself "Landlord" stressed.

The Chinese person who posted the warning initially faced a barrage of criticism and was labelled a "conspiracy nut," with forum users questioning why they were so confident in their prediction. "All you civilians get away from the airline. You can still hide, all those who can see the post can still save themselves… Don't be a victim, go hide. Avoid Malaysian airline and AirAsia. Life is precious and your safety is important (sic)," the mysterious 'Landlord' replied as quoted by the International Business Times.

Citing the Chinese version of the Epoch Times, the media outlet points out that the Chinese blogger was desperately trying to reach as many people as possible, frequently reposting their message. A few days before the disappearance of AirAsia flight QZ8501, they apparently halted their efforts.

Social network users suggest that the mysterious poster could be a Chinese security official, or a hacker, who somehow managed to obtained sensitive data and wanted to save people's lives, while not disclosing his identity or the details of the forthcoming catastrophe.

AirAsia CEO Tony Fernandes dumped 944,800 shares in Tune Insurance Holdings Bhd, the organization that provides travel insurance for AirAsia passengers, just days before the disappearance of Flight QZ8501.

On December 26, the Malaysian Insider reported that Fernandes, the founder of Tune Group Sdn Bhd which owns AirAsia, had sold a total of 944,800 shares in Tune Insurance Holdings Bhd, with 850,000 shares being dumped on December 22, and the other 94,800 being sold the day after.

According to its official website, Tune Insurance Holdings Bhd is “an insurance product manager” for AirAsia in which “insurance products are sold to (AirAsia) customers as part of their online booking process.”

The share prices of AirAsia and Tune Insurance Holdings both fell on the first day of trading after the disappearance of Flight QZ8501, with the former shedding 12.9 percent at one point. Tune Insurance Holdings lost 0.6%.

Fernandes decision to dump the shares less than a week before AirAsia Flight QZ8501 disappeared over the Java Sea prompted some to speculate that he may have had prior knowledge of the incident.

“Did Fernandes know his company stock was about to take a hit? The timing is suspicious,” asks Heavy.com, adding, “If so, it indicates knowledge of an impending attack on AirAsia.”

The International Business Times adds that the move has prompted many to voice the theory that Fernandes, “possibly knew about an impending attack on one of the company’s aircraft.” Hmmmm.......Did he have insider knowledge that bad weather would bring the plane down? More than 40 bodies and debris have been recovered from the Java Sea as crews work at a site off the coast of Kalimantan where the plane went down on Sunday after departing from Surabaya en route to Singapore.

PANGKALAN BUN, Indonesia: The hunt for a missing AirAsia passenger plane appeared over on Tuesday (Dec 30) as wreckage and dozens of bodies were spotted at sea off Indonesia, prompting raw scenes of emotion from sobbing relatives of the 162 people aboard.

The Airbus A320-200 disappeared en route from Indonesia's second largest city Surabaya to Singapore during a storm early Sunday. All indications now are that it crashed in the Java Sea southwest of the island of Borneo, with debris and dozens of bodies retrieved so far.

An air force plane saw a "shadow" on the seabed believed to be of the missing Flight QZ8501, National Search and Rescue Agency chief Bambang Soelistyo told a news conference in Jakarta.

Relatives of the 162 missing hugged each other and burst into tears in Surabaya as they watched footage of one body floating in the sea on a television feed of Soelistyo's press conference.

An Indonesian warship had recovered more than 40 bodies from the sea "and the number is growing", navy spokesman Manahan Simorangkir told AFP shortly afterwards.

AirAsia's chief executive Tony Fernandes expressed his grief over the first fatal incident to hit the region's biggest budget airline. "My heart is filled with sadness for all the families involved in QZ 8501," Fernandes said on Twitter, adding that he was rushing to Surabaya. Read the full story here.
