Shoppers announced in a message on its Facebook page that it was suspending Christmas music until further notice following complaints from customers. Spokeswoman Tammy Smitham says some customers had complained that it was too soon to be playing Christmas music in the stores. She says Shoppers began playing Christmas music on Thursday, but some unhappy customers contacted them through Facebook and customer service. The house accommodates families who have children in local hospitals.Aiden received the special pillow shaped like an animal when he was a patient at Brookings Hospital and liked it so much he wanted other sick children to have one.Aiden's mother, JaMae Moe, told local station KSFY-TV that she's happy her son wants to give back to others. She said: 'It makes me feel like I raised him well.'The Moes live in Bryant, 110 miles northwest of Sioux Falls.Since 1983, more than 6,000 families who have children in hospital in South Dakota have been able to stay nearby at the Ronald McDonald house.Read the full story here.
