ISIS 'Authorities' executed eight of their Dutch members in east of Raqqa.

Kronos.

ISIS 'Authorities' executed eight of their Dutch members in east of Raqqa.(RSBS).

Fighters of ISIS from Dutch origin could create their special gathering as a result of their number and attract the Dutch from Moroccan roots, until they became around 75 members and they made Al Furusiya zone in Raqqa as their headquarters, and became semi-isolated of their surroundings, However, they kept following the orders of the leaders of ISIS even though there was some sensitivity and conflict between them and the Iraqi leaders specifically.

Since nearly a month the situation exacerbated when a patrol went from the power headquarters’ complex to Al Furrusiya camp where the Dutch members stay, they arrested some of the members for investigation considering him an instigator for others to escape and he was also young and he intended to escape according to the RSS journalist.

ISIS arrested two other members of the Dutch, and in the next day one of the detainees was killed by ISIS intelligence because he was severely beaten during the investigation.

His Dutch friends found out he was killed and went to the headquarters of the point 11 located behind the power headquarters’ complex and there was a big fight and gunfire between the dutch and the responsible persons of the power headquarters’ which is controlled by the Iraqis.

The next day Abu Labib the security man, the delegate of Abu Ahmed the Iraqi went to Al Furrusiya headquarters to meet the European immigrants to resolve the differences, and as soon as he arrived he was attacked by a group of Dutch fighters, and they killed him.

The leadership of the ISIS in Raqqa informed the senior leadership of ISIS in Iraq, on the occurrence of a rift between Europeans, and the leadership issued orders to arrest them all on charges of mass defections attempt from ISIS, and incitement to discord in the ranks of ISIS.

Immediately, the intelligence of ISIS went with several vehicles and cordoned off the headquarters of Al Furusiya camp where the European fighters are, and tried to break into the headquarters to arrest them.

Some of the Dutch shot back and there were some dead and wounded in the ranks of both parties,  then the intelligence of ISIS entered the camp and arrested nearly 75 members of the Dutch and took them to the prison of Ma’adan and the prison of the city of Tabqah.

On Friday afternoon 02.26.2016 ISIS executed 8 Dutch in Ma’dan city and then buried them in the mountain in Aljerf area, after being accused of incitement against ISIS. Hmmm......"The Revolution devours its children" Jacques Mallet du Pan . Read the full story here.

U.S. Army 'Surrenders" Bagram Prison to Afghan Authority.

U.S. Army 'Surrenders" Bagram Prison to Afghan Authority.(Fars).Tehran - Washington was forced to hand over the Bagram detention center to the Afghan government and halt military night raids as two main prerequisites demanded by Kabul for signing a strategic security pact with the US.
Addressing a ceremony to mark the International Women's Day in Kabul, capital of Afghanistan, on March 11, 2012, Afghanistan's President Hamid Karzai said that in line with an agreement inked with the US a couple of days ago in Kabul, Washington agreed to hand over the Bagram detention center to the Afghan government, and that the process would be completed within six months as a pre-condition for inking the strategic agreement. Karzai said in his speech that the US military night raids, another precondition for signing the agreement, would also be halted.
Karzai said about the proposed strategic partnership with the US that the Afghan government would sign the agreement with the US, but that it would act very carefully to ensure its national interests and safeguard its national sovereignty.
However, he stated that the agreement would not include the US military bases in Afghanistan, saying, "After one year, having military bases and the modality of the use of military bases in Afghanistan would be discussed and would be inked later. We are going carefully to ensure Afghanistan national interest and its national sovereignty."
Around 130,000-strong NATO-led International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) with some 90,000 of whom Americans would complete the security transition to Afghan side by the end of 2014.Hmmmm......."Leading from Behind".Read the full story here.

Obama submits to all of Taliban’s pre-conditions for talks.

Obama submits to all of Taliban’s pre-conditions for talks.(TN).KARACHI: Tayyab Agha, Special Assistant to Mulla Omar, had begun talks with the United States with the mandate of the Taliban Shoora and after the acceptance of the TalibanĂs six conditions by the US; the talks now stand suspended.The conditions are:
(1) The talks would not be held in any neighbouring country of Afghanistan;
(2) the talks will not be held in any country allied with Nato;
(3) the talks will be held in the country that has not been hostile to Taliban during the last 10 years;
(4) no ceasefire will be demanded before, during or after the talks;
(5) Taliban will not accept any condition contrary to Shariah;
(6) whenever desired, the Taliban will disassociate from the talks.

Under the circumstances, the US will force the acceptance of its conditions contrary to the fact that Taliban were not ready to accept even a single condition. Having accepted these points, Pakistan agreed that the talks may not be held through them.
The Taliban sources said the agenda of their talks with the US comprised three points:

(1) Five important Taliban held at Guantanamo may be released and a swap may be held between the prisoners of allies and Taliban.
(2) There shall be no ceasefire, and
(3) All allied forces shall leave Afghanistan.

The source said that Nato and US had thrust war over Afghanistan, and they had to pay war damage. The source said there was an active Taliban government in Afghanistan, including finance, foreign affairs and war ministries. Their foreign ministry is supervising the talks with the US, he said.
Taliban sources added that the Karzai government is nowhere active in Afghanisan and even the suburbs of Kabul are being supervised by the Taliban/ In the northern provinces of Mazar-e-Sharif, Taliban are active and governors appointed by Karzai are confined to their houses.Hmmmm.....Perhaps the President can start singing 'I Did It My way"for the elections?Read the full story here.
