The amount of radioactivity in seawater near the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant is about to hit the highest-ever level recorded in history. According to the Asahi Shimhun on Sunday, officials measured 1-hundred-86 becquerels per liter of radioactive substances in the sea just 34 kilometers from the crippled power plant on April 15th. This level is about 20-thousand times higher than the permissible annual standard set by the Japanese government. The highest level of contamination in history was 2-hundred becquerels per liter in the Irish Sea in the 1970s when a nuclear fuel reprocessing factory discharged cesium-137. Meanwhile, Tokyo is reportedly considering building an underground wall near the Fukushima power plant to contain the spread of radioactive material through soil and groundwater.Source : Here .

  • Obama regime stabs Israel again in the Back!Turkey and the United States share the same vision on Iran’s nuclear future.(HurriyetDaily).Turkey and the United States share the same vision on Iran’s nuclear future, a source of much tension between Ankara and the West, the U.S. ambassador to Turkey said in remarks published Monday.Neither country wants Iran to have nuclear weapons but both believe it has the right to develop nuclear power “as long as it fulfills its international responsibilities,” Ambassador Francis J. Ricciardone told the Anatolia news agency.“We widely agree on how to convince Iran to adopt its international responsibilities. Our basic consensus is that diplomacy is the best instrument to cope with the problem, even if it is not the only one,” the envoy said.Speaking to the news agency on the sidelines of American Business Forum in Turkey, or ABFT, event, Ricciardone largely addressed economic issues, saying investor interest in Turkey is on the rise in the United States and across the world.Hmmmm....Since when has Turkey been dictating US Foreign Policy?Read the full story here.

  • Syria declares war on its own people: Rebel city stormed by tanks 'firing in all directions' on civilians.(DailyMail).Syrian troops in tanks and armoured vehicles stormed the southern town of Daraa this morning in the latest crackdown on anti-government protests.Activists posted footage on social media sites of troops apparently opening fire on demonstrators as heavy gunfire can be heard in the background.More than 300 people have been killed across the country in five weeks of violent protests - including 120 since Friday - as people demand President Bashar Assad steps down.Daraa has become the epicentre of the protest movement, which kicked off in the town after authorities arrested a group of teenagers who scrawled anti-regime graffiti on a wall.Speaking in the footage, activists said: 'The army forces are entering Daraa. They are shelling the city of Daraa.'Witnesses also said security forces were opening fire in suburbs of the Syrian capital Damascus. There has been no indication of casualties and telephone lines in Daraa appeared to have been cut off.leading Syrian human rights campaigner said authorities have launched a war against the country's peaceful pro-democracy movement by attacking three cities.'This is a savage war designed to annihilate Syria's democrats,' Suhair al-Atassi said in a statement.'President Bashar al-Assad's intentions have been clear since he came out publicly saying he is "prepared for war" in his speech on March 30. 'I am at my home in Dummar suburb of Damascus. Come and arrest me'" she said.Syria has banned nearly all foreign media and restricted access to trouble spots since the uprising began - making it virtually impossible to get independent assessments of the situation on the ground. The rising levels of violence have led to calls for a UN inquiry from watchdog group Human Rights Watch.Dozens of opposition activists have also been detained since Saturday as authorities resorted to raids to quell the revolt. The strategy appears to be aimed at unnerving the opposition's leadership and showing the state's ability to conduct sweeping arrests has not changed despite abolishing nearly 50-year-old emergency laws last week. The raids were concentrated around the capital Damascus and the central city of Homs - hotbeds of demonstrations against Assad's authoritarian rule.Ammar Qurabi, head of the National Organisation for Human Rights in Syria, said: 'These people are not being arrested in a legal way. They are being kidnapped.'Mr Qurabi claimed at least 20 people had been detained in Homs. President Assad has blamed the unrest on a 'foreign conspiracy' and armed thugs trying to increase sectarian divides. The state-run SANA news agency said 286 police officers have been injured since the protests began.Hmmmm......How long before Iran brings in military troops?Read the full story here.More here .

  • Obama won’t produce birth certificate because it would reveal TRUE identity of his father: Hawaii senator’s extraordinary claim.(DailyMail).A member of the Hawaii State Senate has said he believes Barack Obama is not releasing his long-form birth certificate because he may want to hide the identity or citizenship of his father.Republican Sam Slom said the 'real issue' behind the reluctance of the U.S. President, who says he was born in Hawaii, to release full details from his birth certificate was unlikely to be because he wanted to hide his place of birth.'My particular point of view... is that [Obama] probably was born [in Hawaii] and that the real issue is not the birth certificate, but what's on the birth certificate,' Slom said in an interview on New York's WABC 770 AM radio station.'It could have to do with what his name is on the birth certificate, who is actually listed as his father, the citizenship of the father,' Slom elaborated. As well as his birth certificate, the US President has fought to keep his school records, employment records and medical records hidden.Donald Trump said he's sent investigators to Hawaii to determine if Obama was really born there'Why would anybody, let alone the president of the United States, spend millions of dollars in legal fees to keep that hidden? As long as that goes on,' he concluded, 'I think it's a legitimate issue,' Slom said.Hmmmm...........FRANK MARSHALL DAVIS?Read the full story here.

  • Japan's grim task: 25,000 troops search for bodies from the tsunami.Japan will send 25,000 soldiers into the tsunami disaster zone today to recover victims’ bodies. About 14,300 are known to have died in the March 11 catastrophe, with another 12,000 missing and presumed killed. Some were swept out to sea, while others were buried under debris.Clean-up crews have discovered some remains as they removed rubble to clear the area for rebuilding, but the two-day military operation will be far more extensive, Defence Ministry spokesman Ippo Maeyama said yesterday.‘We will do our utmost to recover bodies for bereaved families,’ he said. The soldiers will be backed by 90 helicopters and spotter planes, while 50 boats and 100 navy divers will search the sea up to 12 miles from the coast. The police, coastguard and U.S. troops will also take part. The operation will be the third intensive military search for bodies since the disaster last month. With the floodwater now receding, the government hopes the teams will have more success.Meanwhile, vets will enter the 12-mile evacuation zone around the radiation-leaking Fukushima nuclear plant to survey the condition of livestock there.Farmers left around 3,000 cows, 130,000 pigs and 680,000 chickens behind when they fled the area last month.Read the full story here.

  • Iranian Defense Minister Ahmad Vahidi, Wanted By Interpol, Due In Baghdad: Arrest Him!On Friday April 22nd, the Iranian Fars News Agency reported that the Iranian Defense Minister, Ahmad Vahidi, is scheduled to pay a visit to the Iraqi capital city of Baghdad in the near future. A high-ranking delegation, including military and defense officials, will accompany Vahidi during the visit. The Iranian delegation will meet with Iraqi officials to discuss the regional developments and boost military and defense cooperation. The Iranian Defense Minister, Ahmad Vahidi, became the Revolutionary Guards’ chief intelligence commander early on in the Revolution. He received orders from Ayatollah Khomeini, the founder of the Islamic Republic, to take the fight to the Americans and Israelis. It was then that he started the organization in the Guards’ units to expand the Islamic Revolution ideology in the region.Ahmad Vahidi was at the helm when the order went out for the simultaneous truck bombings against the U.S. Marine barracks in Beirut and French paratroopers, which killed 241 Marines and 58 French soldiers. Mr. Vahidi later became the first chief commander of the Quds Force directly in charge of worldwide terrorism against America, Israel, and the West. He established ties with al-Qaeda and expanded his network of terrorism, which was then fully established through the auspices of Hezbollah, Islamic Jihad, and other terrorist groups around the world.Mr. Vahidi is on the Interpol’s most wanted for the bombing of the Jewish community center in Buenos Aires in 1994, which killed 85 and injured hundreds. As the defense minister, Mr. Vahidi is directly responsible for the Iranian nuclear bomb and missile programs, and is also in charge of the proliferation of arms to Syria, Venezuela, Hezbollah, Islamic Jihad, Taliban, and North African countries. The Iranian leaders will see Mr. Vahidi’s trip to Iraq as a victory over America, as it was his very policies that armed the Iraqi Shiite militias meant to harm and bring down U.S. forces in Iraq.American officials had better object to the travel of this evil mastermind of a terrorist and send a clear signal that those who have brought us harm will never be forgotten or forgiven.Hmmmm.....A little drone in the right hands could do wonders ?They're going to blame the Jooos anyways.Read the full story here.

  • China floats the idea of selling two-thirds of its US debt.China Proposes To Cut Two Thirds Of Its $3 Trillion In USD Holdings. All those who were hoping global stock markets would surge tomorrow based on a ridiculous rumor that China would revalue the CNY by 10% will have to wait. Instead, China has decided to serve the world another surprise......China appears to be getting ready to cut its USD reserves by roughly the amount of dollars that was recently printed by the Fed, or $2 trillion or so. And to think that this comes just as news that the Japanese pension fund will soon be dumping who knows what. So, once again, how about that "end of QE" again?...Xia Bin, a member of the monetary policy committee of the central bank, said ... that China should invest its foreign exchange reserves more strategically, using them to acquire resources and technology needed for the real economy......China should reduce its excessive foreign exchange reserves and further diversify its holdings, Tang Shuangning, chairman of China Everbright Group, said on Saturday... Tang's remarks echoed the stance of Zhou Xiaochuan, governor of China's central bank, who said on Monday that China's foreign exchange reserves "exceed our reasonable requirement" and that the government should upgrade and diversify its foreign exchange management using the excessive reserves......While China is certainly tired of recycling US Dollars, it still has no viable alternative... But that will all change very soon. Once the push for broad Chinese currency acceptance is in play, the CNY and the USD will be unpegged, promptly followed by China dumping the bulk of its USD exposure, and also sending the world a message that US debt is no longer a viable investment opportunity. In fact, we are confident that the reval is a likely a key preceding step to any strategic decision vis-a-vis US FX exposure (read bond purchasing/selling intentions). As such, all those Americans pushing China to revalue, may want to consider that such an action could well guarantee hyperinflation, once the Fed is stuck as being the only buyer of US debt.Expect commodity prices -- especially oil and food -- to continue compensating for the insane fiscal policies of the current administration. By that I mean they will skyrocket. What Obama and the Democrats have done with their deficit spending is truly awful. They have levied the most oppressive tax possible on the poor and middle class, making food and transportation far more expensive than under the evil Bush administration.Hmmmm........"CHANGE" Remember who did it when voting in 2012!Read the full story here.

  • IMF bombshell: Age of America nears end and it aint Bush his fault !Commentary: China’s economy will surpass the U.S. in 2016.(Marketwatch).The International Monetary Fund has just dropped a bombshell, and nobody noticed. For the first time, the international organization has set a date for the moment when the “Age of America” will end and the U.S. economy will be overtaken by that of China. And it’s a lot closer than you may think. According to the latest IMF official forecasts, China’s economy will surpass that of America in real terms in 2016 — just five years from now. Put that in your calendar. It provides a painful context for the budget wrangling taking place in Washington, D.C., right now. It raises enormous questions about what the international security system is going to look like in just a handful of years. And it casts a deepening cloud over both the U.S. dollar and the giant Treasury market, which have been propped up for decades by their privileged status as the liabilities of the world’s hegemonic power.According to the IMF forecast, whoever is elected U.S. president next year — Obama? Mitt Romney? Donald Trump? — will be the last to preside over the world’s largest economy. Most people aren’t prepared for this. They aren’t even aware it’s that close. Listen to experts of various stripes and they will tell you this moment is decades away. The most bearish will put the figure in the mid-2020s. The IMF in its analysis looks beyond exchange rates to the true, real terms picture of the economies using “purchasing power parities.” That compares what people earn and spend in real terms in their domestic economies. Under PPP, the Chinese economy will expand from $11.2 trillion this year to $19 trillion in 2016. Meanwhile the U.S. economy will rise from $15.2 trillion to $18.8 trillion. That would take America’s share of the world output down to 17.7%, the lowest in modern times. China’s would reach 18%, and is rising. Just 10 years ago, the U.S. economy was three times the size of China’s.Hmmmm.......If he really wanted to destroy America.......well it's pretty obvious he just did!(HT:InfidelBloggers).Read the full story here.

  • Iran says targeted by second computer virus.(Ynet).Civil defense commander says Iran's enemies engaging in 'cyber war' with new 'Stars virus',which may initially be mistaken for executive files.Iran has been targeted by a second computer virus in a "cyber war" waged by its enemies, its commander of civil defence said on Monday.Gholamreza Jalali told the semi-official Mehr news agency that the new virus, called "Stars", was being investigated by experts."Fortunately, our young experts have been able to discover this virus and the Stars virus is now in the laboratory for more investigations," Jalali was quoted as saying. He did not specify the target of Stars or its intended impact. "The particular characteristics of the Stars virus have been discovered," Jalali said. "The virus is congruous and harmonious with the (computer) system and in the initial phase it does minor damage and might be mistaken for some executive files of government organizations." Jalali warned that the Stuxnet worm, discovered in computers at Iran's Bushehr nuclear reactor last year, still posed a potential risk. Some experts described it as the world's first "guided cyber missile", aimed at Iran's atomic program.Jalali said Stuxnet might still pose a risk. "We should know that fighting the Stuxnet virus does not mean the threat has been completely tackled, because viruses have a certain life span and they might continue their activities in another way."He urged the government to take action against the enemies he said were waging cyber war on Iran. "Perhaps the Foreign Ministry had overlooked the options to legally pursue the case, and it seems our diplomatic apparatus should pay more attention to follow up the cyber wars staged against Iran," Jalali said.Read the full story here.

  • Obama's annual statement satisfies neither Turkey nor Armenian diaspora.US President Barack Obama's annual statement on April 24, the day on which the deaths of Anatolian Armenians killed during World War I are commemorated, has disappointed both Ankara and the Armenian diaspora, as he called the killings nearly a century ago a “horrific” slaughter, but once again topped short of branding it “genocide.” In a written statement released on Saturday, Obama said the 1915 killings represent “one of the worst atrocities of the 20th century.” But for the third straight year, he failed to use the word genocide to describe the events. As a candidate for president, Obama repeatedly vowed to recognize “the genocide” once in office, vowing “principled commitment to commemorating and ending genocide.” But since 2009, Obama has declined to use the word in the face of furious resistance from Turkey, a key NATO ally. “I have consistently stated my own view of what occurred in 1915, and my view of that history has not changed,” the president said in a White House statement on April 23. “A full, frank, and just acknowledgment of the facts is in all our interests.”Turkey's reaction came at noon on Sunday in a written statement by the Foreign Ministry, while Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu himself separately criticized Obama in remarks delivered on Sunday in Çanakkale. “President Obama's statement issued on April 23, 2011, takes a one-sided approach reflecting Armenian views regarding the dispute between Turks and Armenians on the painful part of their common history. This statement distorts the historical facts. Therefore, we find it very problematic and deeply regret it,” the Foreign Ministry said in its statement.“We had hoped that the president of the friendly and ally US would have shared the grief of Turks, too, and, for doing this, he would have presented a message with a new perspective letting us share common grief,” Davutoğlu said. “But we will, in a determined way, continue efforts to together remember the grief we went through during the World War [I] via a fair memory,” he said, while calling for “empathy in order to understand each other’s grievance and, for everybody, in order to share all grief.”In Ankara, meanwhile, responding to questions from reporters on Sunday afternoon, Parliament Speaker Mehmet Ali Şahin said: “I start to consider the fact that this issue [Armenian genocide allegations] is being carried onto the agenda in the parliaments of some certain countries every April 24 in a nasty manner.”In Washington, D.C., an influential Armenian diaspora organization has harshly slammed Obama for his statement in which he refrained from using the term genocide to describe the killings of Anatolian Armenians. In a written statement released as early as Saturday, the Armenian National Committee of America (ANCA) said, “Obama again betrayed his pledge to properly condemn and commemorate this crime against humanity.”“Despite his repeated, detailed and unambiguous pledges to recognize the Armenian Genocide, the President offered only euphemisms and evasive terminology to describe the murder of over 1.5 million men women and children -- effectively keeping in place the gag rule imposed by the Turkish government on the open and honest discussion of this crime. In refusing, under foreign pressure from Turkey, to his honor his pledge, he again fell far short of his own view, as voiced during his campaign, that America deserves a President who uses the term ‘genocide’ to convey the full factual, moral, legal and contemporary political meaning of this crime against all humanity,” ANCA chairman Ken Hachikian said in the statement.“President Obama’s disgraceful capitulation to Turkey’s threats, his complicity in Turkey’s denials, and his Administration’s active opposition to Congressional recognition of the Armenian Genocide represent the very opposite of the principled and honest change he promised to bring to our country’s response to this crime,” Hachikian said. “Instead of standing up for the truth, and standing by the extensive US record on the Armenian Genocide, President Obama is today, under threat from an increasingly unfriendly foreign power, standing in the way of the broad-based American civil society consensus for a truthful and just resolution of this crime,” he added.Hmmmm.....Wel he did use the word "Slaughter" as mentioned in the Koran 'slaughter your enemies' in a strange way he was paying tribute to the Turks.Ibn Ishaq: 327 Allah said, ‘A prophet must slaughter before collecting captives. A slaughtered enemy is driven from the land. Read the full story here.

  • A hidden secret in Turkey: Incest. The film ‘Merry go round’ by İlksen Başarır has brought a secret fact of Turkey to the surface, incest, and the number of victims is not small by any count.A new Turkish film has put a spotlight on one of the country’s taboo subjects: incest. Shedding light on the subject is a difficult task, but scriptwriter for “Merry go round” Mert Fırat said they sought to turn a piece of conventional wisdom upside down in their film. Many people believe incest happens in low-income families, but recent research has shown that incest can happen in any family at any level of society.“There are two main characters in the family, but nobody knows what their job is. When the incidents take place is unclear. Likewise, which town it is. We thought it would be wrong to emphasize any of these. From the most illiterate to the most educated, incest can be seen in any part of society. So, we preferred to focus on a middle-class family,” Fırat said. The film “Merry go round,” by director İlksen Başarır, recently hit theaters in Turkey. It comes following a wave of research on incest in Turkey.“We did not want to give anyone any ideas about people who sexually abuse their children having such-and-such occupation or belonging to such-and-such social class or adopting such-and-such political views. Because, through research and studies, we’ve realized that there are millions of reasons for incest; like desire for power, impotency, hating his/her partner in a marriage, or suicidal tendencies. The only real data is that 70 percent of these men were sexually abused when they were children. In other words, this is a deadlock. Abuse causes abuse. The responsibility of the state is to break the deadlock,” Fırat said.Lawyer Seda Akço said in Turkey, both legal regulations and works on the subject are quite insufficient. “There are no foster homes to protect children against threats, and treatment services are very poor. These are situations that trigger psychological problems along with the original problem. However, we don’t have enough psychiatrists who specialize in adults, and the number of inpatient clinics is very few. The post-trauma response is insufficient, let alone preventive measures.”Akço said it was wrong that the police are the address to which incest can be reported. “This is the real problem, for the abused needs psychological help before facing the police forces. An aggrieved person desperately needs someone who will listen and understand before meeting a police officer. Such a system, however, doesn’t exist in Turkey.”Incest usually begins as early as at baby age and can continue for years. Fifty-five percent of sexually abused children are 5-10 years old and 40 percent 10-16 years old. The average age for when it starts is 9. Boys who are victimized are usually older than girls. The number of exploiters who are submitted to the court and who are under psychological treatment is very few in Turkey. The most recent data belongs to 2008. According to the data, a total of 6,448 people were put before a judge for sexual abuse in 2008, 2,621 of whom were sentenced.Read the full story here.
