Russian President Vladimir Putin arrived on March 3 Kirillov ground in the Leningrad region to oversee the final phase of the military exercises of the Western and Central military districts. In the final stage maneuvers attended by more than 1,800 troops, more than 30 tanks, 20 airborne combat vehicles, 5 aircraft, 80 helicopters and more than 2 million units of military equipment.
