Nine World governments offered assistance in wake of Soma disaster, Turkey accepted NONE! (Cihan).
A number of countries around the world have offered assistance to help Turkey deal with a mine explosion that has gone down in history as the country's deadliest mining accident, while the government says foreign assistance is currently not needed.
The US, France, Germany, Iran, Israel, Greece, Poland, China and Pakistan are among the countries that have offered assistance. There is no need for help from other countries at this stage since a sufficient number of rescue workers are already responding to the crisis, officials were quoted as saying by state news agency Anadolu on Wednesday afternoon.Hmmm......What are they afraid of?
