The next meeting of the so-called Contact Group on Ukraine is unlikely to take place on December 26, as those participating in the talks in Minsk left Belarusian capital late on Wednesday, a source, speaking on condition of anonymity, told RIA Novosti.
The Kiev government views the ceasefire only as a chance to prepare for the resumption of military action against independence supports and prepares to violate it, the leader of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic said Thursday.
"I don’t think that the meeting will take place December 26. All participants reportedly left," the source told the news agency.
