Following the talks, "Norman Quartet" is supposed to sign a document for the settlement of the Ukraine, which consists of more than a dozen points.
According to Tass, a diplomatic source close to the negotiations, No matter how this document will be called — a declaration or a statement, but it is planned that it will envisage particular measures on settling the situation, namely 12 or 13 points," the source told TASS.
Negotiations between the presidents of Russia, Ukraine, France, Vladimir Putin, Poroshenko and Francois Hollande and German Chancellor Angela Merkel has been going on for almost twelve hours.

The leaders of Ukraine, Germany, France, and Russia have reached “huge progress” in talks during the talks on Ukraine crisis in the Belarusian capital of Minsk with 80 percent of the document, which has more than 10 points agreed, a source told RIA Novosti on Thursday. “The final document has been agreed by 80 percent. This document has more than 10 points. After the leaders of the ‘Normandy Four’ sign it, it will be sent to the Contact Group for their signatures.
