Unchecked suitcase was placed aboard Russian aircraft A321. (Taz).

A loader put an unchecked suitcase aboard the Russian aircraft A321. This loader received this suitcase from an employee of the Sharm el-Sheikh airport.

The security agencies are searching for two individuals. According to the sources, the entire airport personnel were interrogated. The relevant services are examining the appropriate records from the surveillance cameras.
Reuters reported that, "one of the security officials said CCTV footage showed a baggage handler carrying a suitcase from an airport building to another man, who was loading luggage onto the doomed airliner from beneath the plane on the runway."

Reuters added that other sources at the Sharm airport said security forces were searching for two employees who are suspected of leaving a baggage-scanning machine unattended for a period of time while passengers were boarding the doomed Russian plane.

Egypt has denied any arrests of Sharm El-Sheikh Airport personnel. Russia also said that they have not received any information of arrests at the airport.

Earlier, on Oct. 31, an Airbus 321 aircraft of Russian airline Kogalymavia, which was en route from Egypt’s Sharm el-Sheikh Airport to Saint Petersburg, crashed in Sinai.

The disaster, in which 217 passengers and seven crew members lost their lives, is believed to be the deadliest aviation disaster in the history of Russia and the Soviet Union.

During the meeting, Bortnikov informed President Putin that the examination of the personal belongings and luggage of the passengers onboard the aircraft as well as the plane’s wreckage revealed the trails of an explosive substance. Hmmm......As i always said these last years: The staff working on airports is the weakest link'
