Russian Authorities name Kyrgyz national Akbarjon Djalolov as suspected St Petersburg terrorist.

Russian Authorities name Kyrgyz national as suspected St Petersburg terrorist.(Newsweek)(HLN).
According to spokesman Rakat Saoelajmanov the man in question is Kyrgyz Akbarjon Djalolov, born in 1995. He may have acquired Russian citizenship.

At around 2.30 p.m. local time, there was an explosion on a train between two subway stations. The death toll was raised from 11 to 14 on Tuesday morning after three people died in hospital, while 49 others were injured, according to the BBC. Russian authorities have described the explosion as a “terrorist act.”

Kyrgyzstan’s security service has identified the bomber as Akbarzhon Jalilov, 22 and said he was born in Osh, the country’s second-largest city, in 1995, the BBC reported. Jalilov had lived in Russia for six years, The Guardian reported, citing news agencies.

Kyrgyzstan’s National Security Committee maintains contacts with the Russian special services investigating the terrorist attack in the St. Petersburg subway, the committee’s spokesman, Rakhat Sulaimanov, told TASS on Tuesday.

"It has been established that an individual suspected of carrying out a terror attack is a native of our republic," he said. According to Sulaimanov, it is also known that he was granted Russian citizenship some time ago.

According to the press service, the committee confirms that Akbarzhon Jalilov born in 1995 is indeed a native of Kyrgyzstan.

"However, we do not know whether this person is involved in the terror attack or not," the press service noted. It added that the committee had received information concerning Jalilov’s alleged involvement "from the Russian side." More

Update:
“Investigative Committee experts, working alongside FSB and the Interior Ministry rapid response teams, have established that the explosive device could have been set off by a male suspect whose fragmented remains have been found inside the third car,” Svetlana Petrenko, the committee’s spokeswoman, told Interfax.

She stressed that, while his identity is known, details will not be disclosed at this time “given the ongoing investigation.”

The official noted that the authorities are “carrying on with interrogations and inspecting CCTV cameras.”

“A blast assessment study, as well as a genetic examination, will follow,” she said.

The statement comes as the death toll continues to rise. Earlier on Tuesday, Russian Health Minister Veronika Skvortsova said three more blast victims had succumbed to their injuries, increasing the number of fatalities from eleven to fourteen.More.

There are conflicting reports as to whether the attack was a suicide bombing or whether the suspect managed to flee the incident. It is also unclear whether the bomber was acting alone or as part of a wider network. No group has claimed responsibility for the attack.

The Russian Investigative Committee said it has established the identity of a suicide bomber who apparently detonated an explosive device in the Saint Petersburg Metro on Monday after examining the attacker’s remains from the blast site.

St. Petersburg’s authorities have declared three days of mourning. The city is the birthplace of Russian President Vladimir Putin, who was in St. Petersburg at the time of the blast. Putin visited the scene of the incident on Monday evening to lay flowers at an impromptu shrine set up for the victims.Read the full story here. More here.

Texas Public Safety Threat Overview: "Elevated” Terrorism Threat to U.S. from Mexico".

Texas Public Safety Threat Overview: "Elevated” Terrorism Threat to U.S. from Mexico". HT: Judicial Watch.

A new government audit confirms what Judicial Watch has been reporting for years, that Islamic terrorists are operating in Mexican border towns and infiltrating the United States to carry out attacks. In a report issued this month by the Texas Department of Public Safety, the agency notes that the state faces a full spectrum of threats and “due to the recent actions of lone offenders or small groups affiliated with or inspired by the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) and other foreign terrorist organizations, we assess that the current terrorism threat to Texas is elevated.”

Safety officials in the Lone Star State also write in the 86-page document that they are “especially concerned about the potential for terrorist infiltration across the U.S.-Mexico border, particularly as foreign terrorist fighters depart Syria and Iraq and enter global migration flows.”

They also express worries about Syrian refugees that have been sent to Texas under President Obama’s settlement program because the government doesn’t have a system to properly vet them.

Judicial Watch has also reported extensively on that national security crisis. Read the latest stories here and here. “We see a potential that these challenges may leave the state exposed to extremist actors who pose as authentic refugees, and who are determined to later commit violent acts,” the Texas report states.Read the full story here.

Quebec - Terrorist attack on mosque, perpetrators 2 students from Laval university. (DM).

Two names are circulating 'Bashir al-Taweed and Hassan Matti' but NO official conformation of the identity of the terrorists so far.

Update 2:

The man suspected of killing six people and wounding five others at a mosque in Quebec City on Sunday appeared in court Monday.

Alexandre Bissonnette, 27, was charged with six counts of first degree murder and five counts of attempted murder.

Police had reportedly taken two men into custody Sunday but Surete du Quebec said in a statement just after noon Monday the second person is considered a witness, but they did not offer any names. Media reports identified the “witness” as Mohamed Belkhadir.

Update:

Montreal Gazette is confirming the identity here. More info here and here (French).

Two students including one of 'Moroccan origin' have been arrested for the slaughter of six people at a Quebec mosque on Sunday which came a day after Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau condemned Donald Trump's Muslim travel ban.

Gunmen opened fire on worshipers as they prayed at Quebec City Islamic Cultural Center at around 8pm last night in an attack branded 'cowardly' and 'barbaric'.

Witnesses claimed the masked killers shouted 'Allahu Akbar' in what sounded like Quebecois accents as they went on the rampage, killing six and leaving eight injured.

Five people remain in a critical condition in intensive care at Quebec's Hôpital de l'Enfant-Jésus. Another 39 escaped unharmed.

Police have arrested two people with one said to be 'of Moroccan origin' and both understood to be students from Quebec's Université Laval.

One attack suspect was detained at the mosque and the other was caught after a chase that ended near l'île d'Orléans around 15 miles from the scene. There are reports this morning that one suspect called emergency services to 'confess to his crime' because he 'felt bad' about the atrocity and wanted to shoot himself.

According to Le Soleil, the 27-year-old's Mitsubishi was pursued towards Félix-Leclerc highway before he stopped the vehicle himself. He is said to have had at least one handgun and two weapons 'that resembled AK-47s' on his back seat. The same website says searches have since taken place at two addresses in the city. Read  the full story here.

Jordan: Gunmen Kill Five, Canadian woman among them, Reportedly Take Tourists Hostage in Crusader Castle.

Jordan: Gunmen Kill Five, Canadian woman among them, Reportedly Take Tourists Hostage in Crusader Castle. (AlJazeera).

At least five people have been killed in drive-by shootings by unidentified fighters, apparently targeting police patrols, in the southern Jordanian city of Al-Karak, security officials said.

"Four of the dead are policemen and one is a female Canadian tourist," an unnamed security source told AFP news agency, adding that nine others were wounded in the attacks.

Several tourists were believed to be trapped inside the city's crusader castle where fighters have taken refuge and were surrounded by police, security sources told Reuters news agency.

The chain of events began when a police patrol received reports of a house fire in the town of Qatraneh in the Karak district, a statement by Jordan's Public Security Directorate said.

Officers responding to the call came under fire from inside the house, the statement said. Two policemen were wounded and the assailants fled in a car, it said.

In another attack, fighters fired on a security patrol in Al-Karak, causing no injuries, the statement said.

In a third incident, armed men opened fire on a police station in Al-Karak Castle, a Crusader fort popular with tourists, wounding members of the security forces.

At least seven people have been killed in shootings by unidentified fighters, apparently targeting police patrols and tourists, in the southern Jordanian city of Al-Karak, security officials said.

Jordan's general security department said four policemen, a female Canadian tourist and two Jordanian civilians were killed in the series of shootings. Several others were reported wounded.

The ministry said "five or six gunmen" were thought to be involved in the shootings.

However, Prime Minister Hani al-Malki, who was addressing parliament at the time of the attacks, said that "special forces and policemen are surrounding 10 gunmen holed up inside the Karak citadel".

ISIS wannabe Suicide bomber dead after anti-terror operation in Ontario town. (Napo).

A suspect whom police feared planned to set off a bomb in a major Canadian city was killed Wednesday by police in a Strathroy home.

More details about what the RCMP describe as a “potential terrorism threat” and a possible link to a heavy police presence in a northwest London neighbourhood are expected to be revealed at a news conference Thursday.

The suspect was identified as Aaron Driver. He was originally from Winnipeg and in his mid 20s. A supporter of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant, he was the subject of a peace bond after he was detained by RCMP in Winnipeg in June 2015.

The bond stated there are “reasonable grounds to fear that he may participate, contribute directly or indirectly in the activity of a terrorist group.”

A report said the suspect planned to detonate a bomb in public in major Canadian city to inflict mass casualties. Officials feared the attack could have been carried out as early as Wednesday during rush hour. CityNews reports the Toronto Transit Commission and GO Transit were both warned about a possible threat, but not a specific location, before the explosion in Strathroy. Read the full story here.

Kadyrov demands from Turkey to extradite Chechen terrorists gives list of names.

Kadyrov demands from Turkey to extradite Chechen terrorists gives list of names. (CaucasianKnot).

President of Turkey should decide on extradition of natives of Chechnya, involved in terrorism and hiding in his country, Ramzan Kadyrov has stated.

The message about this has arrived today at the SMS-service of the "Caucasian Knot". "Kadyrov in the Instagram asked Erdogan to give out the terrorists from Chechnya living in Turkey," wrote the author of the message.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on June 28, a terror act was committed at the Istanbul airport. It was reported that three explosions triggered by suicide bombers killed more than 40 persons and wounded 239 others.

Sources reported about detained natives of Dagestan, Chechnya and Azerbaijan.

According to Kadyrov, earlier in Ankara he "personally warned the Turkish Interior Minister Beshir Atalay about the threat posed by terrorists," but "the talk resorted to promises of extradition."

"If the Turkish authorities need data about terrorists, I call them once again. Write down:

  1. Tarkhan Gaziev,
  2. Akhmad Umarov,
  3. Akhmad Pataev,
  4. Shirvani Basaev,
  5. Makhran Saidov,
  6. Rizwan and Usama Yakubov,
  7. Aslambek Vadalov,
  8. Movsar Chataev,
  9. Khadi Alaskhanov,
  10. Rustam Naurbaev, and their ideological mentor Movladi Udugov.

  11. They feel at ease on the 'Turkish coast'," Kadyrov wrote today on his page in the Instagram.
The Acting Head of Chechnya has noted that "the Turkish-Russian relations are returning to normal track," and that he "had once again asked the Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan to decide on the extradition of terrorists."

Chechnya's leader Kadyrov urges Erdogan to extradite Chechen terrorists hiding in Turkey.

Chechnya's leader Kadyrov urges Erdogan to extradite Chechen terrorists hiding in Turkey. (Tass).

Acting Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov has called on Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan to extradite terrorists who have fled Chechnya and are hiding in Turkey.

The Chechen leader also said that if Akhmet Chatayev was complicit in the recent terror attack in Istanbul airport, responsibility for his actions should be borne by the special services of the West, Georgia and other countries.

"I’m glad that the relations between Turkey and Russia are returning to the normal course. I’m requesting Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan once again to make a decision on the extradition of terrorists," Kadyrov wrote on his Instagram page.

The Chechen leader said he had numerously asked the Turkish leadership about the extradition of terrorists, giving their names and pointing to Movladi Udugov as their ideological mentor.

"I personally warned then-Interior Minister Besir Atalay in Ankara about a threat coming from them. I was assured that a decision on the extradition would be made but no actions followed," Kadyrov said.

Commenting on the complicity of Chatayev in the terror attack in Istanbul airport, Kadyrov said this person had left Russia as a "rank-and-file bandit." "He was brought up and made a terrorist in Austria, Georgia and Turkey," Kadyrov said.

"In their attempts to harm Russia, Western, Georgian and other special services brought up Chatayev and, if he is complicit in the Istanbul events, they should bear responsibility for this and should not look towards Chechnya," Kadyrov said. Read the full story here.

'Vorsprung durch technik' - Israel to Build Underground Wall Around Gaza.

Source picture above

Report: Israel to Build Underground Wall Around Gaza. (Matzav).

Israel’s defense establishment’s plan to build a concrete wall tens of meters underground as well as above ground along the Gaza border was revealed by Yediot Achronot this morning, Behind the News reports.

It has previously been estimated that such a project would cost tens of billions of shekels. However, under the new plan the construction costs are estimated to reach NIS 2.2 billion.

Behind the News reports that the wall will stretch along the 60 miles of the southern border around the Gaza Strip.

A senior Defense Ministry official on Thursday announced at a press briefing that the next confrontation with Hamas would be the last one. The question of how this announcement is consistent with a plan to build a wall, which is essentially a defensive program, is open to interpretation.

Video - Orlando shooting Eye Witness Says TWO SHOOTERS & Exit Door HELD SHUT

Video - Orlando shooting Eye Witness Says TWO SHOOTERS & Exit Door HELD SHUT. HT Superstation95

Omar Mateen, who murdered fifty (50) people at the Pulse Nightclub in Orlando this morning, did NOT act alone; at least one additional male perpetrator assisted in the attack by holding the exit door SHUT so victims could not get out.

An eye witness named Janeil (male), who was inside the club at the time of the attack, personally saw this other individual holding the door shut, and reported this fact on national television . . . but as soon as he uttered the information that there was another man holding the door shut to prevent people from leaving, the news network cut-off his interview!

The important thing to take away from this Breaking News is that the narrative being presented to the public -- a "lone gunman" -- is not true. This was clearly a planned attack and at least one additional perpetrator participated, holding the exit doors shut to prevent victims from escaping!

This man in the video below says there were definitely "Two shooters" because he could hear multiple gunshots coming from different directions. He also confirms there was a THIRD perpetrator, who intentionally HELD THE EXIT DOOR SHUT so people inside the club COULD NOT ESCAPE. Read the full story here.

The 8 volume books Fatawa Islamiyah (Islamic Verdicts), which were bought at an Islamic book store at Scarborough, Ontario, provide the Islamic ruling regarding homosexuality (Vol. 6, p. 199):
The Ruling on Sodomy and the Punishment Thereof
What is the ruling on sodomy in Islam and what is the punishment?
The shameful act of sodomy is one of the most repugnant of shameful acts and we seek refuge with Allah (from it). Because of it, Allah destroyed the people of Lut, peace be upon him, and punished them with a terrible punishment, turning their homes upside down and raining stones of baked clay upon them, layer upon layer, (as Allah said): “marked from your Lord and they are not ever far from the wrongdoers.”
It has been reported from the Companions, may Allah be pleased with them, that the punishment for one who does that or allows it to be done to him is that he be killed. Or, to be burnt or to be stoned. Or, to be thrown from the highest point (mountain, tower, lofty building etc.), then to follow it with stoning.
This is because of its corruption of morals, customs, and because of its violation of the natural human state, and because the abandonment of lawful marriage by those who practice.
“Ibn Jibreen”
The book “24 Hours With The Prophet”, which was distributed for free at the Islamic booth at Dundas Square in Toronto, considers homosexuality a “major sin.”
Imam Syed B. Soharwardy, the founder of Muslims Against Terrorism (MAT) and the Islamic Supreme Council of Canada (ISCC), said that “According to the teachings of Islam homosexuality is completely forbidden in Islam and it is one of the KABA-IR (major) sins in Islam.”

Canadian Court Seizes $13m of Iran’s Non-Diplomatic Assets.

Canadian Court Seizes $13m of Iran’s Non-Diplomatic Assets. (IranFrontpage).

The judgment by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, obtained by AFP on Friday June 10, found Tehran responsible for financing and training Hamas and Hezbollah operatives, who purportedly carried out eight bombings or hostage-takings in Buenos Aires, Israel, Lebanon and Saudi Arabia between 1983 and 2002. Tehran did not immediately comment on the court judgment.

“The broad issue before the court is whether Iran is entitled to immunity from the jurisdiction of Canadian courts for its support of terrorism,” Ontario Superior Court Justice Glenn Hainey claimed.
The move by Ottawa came after the US Supreme Court ruled on April 20 that Iran’s assets frozen in a bank account, which are worth around $2bn, should be turned over to American families of those killed in a 1983 bombing in Beirut and other attacks blamed on Iran. Tehran has denied any role in the attacks.

The ruling for the $13m payout does not affect Iran’s diplomatic property in Canada but does touch non-diplomatic properties and a list of frozen bank accounts, the report added.

This is while Canadian Foreign Minister Stéphane Dion confirmed on Friday that Ottawa has started “official” talks with Tehran in an attempt to renew ties with the Islamic Republic following a lasting nuclear deal between Tehran and world powers. “Talks have started, yes, at the official level,” Dion said. Iran’s ambassador the United Nations declined to comment when asked whether the talks were happening between the two country’s missions to the UN.

He would not speculate on the type of diplomatic presence Canada might pursue in Tehran, but added that an embassy was not a likelihood in the near future. “I would say it’s step by step — and an embassy cannot be a first step.” Read the full story here.

On Telegram, Pro-ISIS Hacking Groups Post 8,000 names ‘Kill List’ Featuring U.S., Australian, Canadian Citizens.

On Telegram, Pro-ISIS Hacking Groups Post ‘Kill List’ Featuring U.S., Australian, Canadian Citizens. (Memri).

On June 7, 2016, the pro-ISIS hacking groups Caliphate Cyber Army and its affiliates United Cyber Caliphate and Ghosts Caliphate posted a list of hundreds of names of citizens of the U.S., Australia, and Canada. Accompanying the list was a graphic image that read “Caliphate ‘Ghosts’ Caliphate Cyber Army/ All World Cant Stop Islamic State/ You are gathered against us./ ‘We will kill you all (together).'” The comment on the post read, “Fight the Cross. ‘Following them. Kill them. Strongly’ Revenge for Muslims.'”

Most of the names and the accompanying addresses listed appear to belong to people in the United States, Australia, and Canada. Out of 7,848 people identified as being in the U.S. alone, 1,445 were listed as having addresses in California, 643 in Florida, 341 in Washington, 333 in Texas, 331 in Illinois, and 290 in New York. Another 312 names and addresses allegedly belong to people in Canada, while 69 allegedly belong to people in Australia.

Another 39 are affiliated with the U.K. and the rest are listed with addresses in Belgium, Brazil, China, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Guatemala, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Jamaica, New Zealand, South Korea, Sweden and Trinidad and Tobago.

It is unclear, however, if the list, posted on Telegram on Monday, includes any new information or details that weren’t already accessible online. It’s also unclear why the specific names and addresses outlined were selected, and whether or not they’re in some way related. The group that posted the directory is also dubious. A recent study by Flashpoint, an intelligence firm, showed that the United Cyber Caliphate—a merger of pro-ISIS groups—is incompetent when it comes to hacking. Their highest-profile “hack” involved taking credit for others’ work, according to the study. Read the full story here, more here and here.
