Saudi Arabia planning to Detect Terrorist Activity And ISIS Sleeper Cells Through Brain Fingerprint. (Aawsat).
A Saudi bio-technical expert, who studies its applications in the security field, confirmed that brain fingerprinting empowers investigators to accurately measure information hidden in a suspect’s brain, leading accurately to the terrorists who schemed, contributed or carried out any act of terrorism or a criminal offence even before it happens.
He added that this technique enables counter terrorism officials to scientifically test suspected terrorists and to indict or exonerate them based on the information stored in their brains, even if a suspect has participated in a sleeper cell.
The expert explained that this is done by detecting terrorist crime records and information, which are stored in the brains of the culprits, whether planned, trained prepared or implemented. This innovative science aims to save lives and protect countries through patented technology.
Al Eid added that brain fingerprinting is not science fiction as it has been tested and proven to be 99 percent accurate at the FBI, the CIA, and the US Navy, published in leading peer-reviewed scientific journals, and ruled admissible in court. Hmmm.......I fear they don't have enough prison capacity to lock up that many. :)
