Video - 16-year old Afghan refugee charged with rape of female worker at Belgian asylum center.

The 16-year old Afghan refugee reportedly assaulted the 19 -year old girl despite previously attending classes for migrants explaining how to respect women. A spokeswoman for the Red Cross, the humanitarian group is running the center, described the attack.
