  • HT:CreepingSharia.Ground Zero imam planning more mosques in more American cities.In an interview Tuesday with The Associated Press, Rauf said he hopes to see interfaith centers like the one he plans to include inside the downtown Manhattan Islamic center built all over the world. Each would be dedicated to fighting extremism and promoting better relations between people of different faiths and cultures.“It is not enough for me that you tolerate me,” he explained to an audience in Jakarta last month. “I want you to love me.”Already, he said, he is exploring opening facilities in other American cities, as well as in Indonesia and Kosovo.Mere acceptance of Muslims in the U.S. is not Rauf’s goal.Hmmmmm.....Rauf also noted that religious leaders, politicians and faith organizations gave their project strong support, adding that even President Barack Obama was in favor of the project. “We are now trying to explain to the people that it will be a cultural complex that will be constructed, not solely a mosque,” he said.Hmmm….not Solely a mosque,what happened to “It’s not a mosque”?Come to think of it did he fly back from Indonesia on one of Obama's  planes or did he buy a ticket home?Read the full story here.

  • Iran state TV broadcasts new stoning woman 'confession'.Iran's state-run English language TV channel has shown a documentary on Sakineh Mohammadi Ashtiani, sentenced to death by stoning for adultery. In a 25-minute programme, Ms Ashtiani confessed to and re-enacted her alleged part in the murder of her husband. In what Press TV described as an investigative report, Ms Ashtiani was shown supposedly confessing how she first drugged her husband by injecting him with a needle at their home in the small town of Oskou in north-west Iran.She was shown with a needle, indicating where she gave him an injection. When the husband was unconscious, she said, her alleged lover, Isa Taheri, electrocuted him."My husband had been unconscious for about 20 minutes when Isa called and asked me whether he was conscious or not," said the 43-year-old mother-of-two."First he tied a wire to his foot and another one to his waist. When Isa connected the wire to the socket, the electricity went out. "Isa electrocuted my husband six times but he hadn't died because he still moved. But the seventh time he didn't move."Correspondents say Iranian media have been portraying Ms Ashtiani as a common murderer, rather than an adulterer, as a way of trying to deflect international pressure over the stoning sentence.Press TV's programme did not fully answer the question about whether she would be executed. They stress she remains in prison, and that her fate is still unknown. Both her son, Sajad Ghaderzadeh, and her lawyer, Houtan Kian, are under house arrest.In the face of strong international pressure Iran said the stoning sentence had been suspended, but said Ms Ashtiani still faced a death sentence for the murder of her husband.Campaigners in many countries have called on Iran's authorities not to carry out the sentence.Hmmm....Sounds like a good script but Is it her or a look a like ?Read the full story here.

The child's father works in a furniture workshop.Read the full "Story" here.

  • Saudi media fall for Obama Muslim joke.RIYADH, Saudi Arabia — When a US satirist joked that President Barack Obama will admit to Congress that he is Muslim in his latest compromise with Republicans, Saudi media took it seriously.Both Al-Hayat, one of the Middle East's most influential newspapers, and Sabq, believed to be controlled by the Saudi interior ministry, apparently missed the joke."Obama doesn't mind coming out as a Muslim if that will satisfy the Republicans," the Al-Hayat headline said."Obama: 'I'm ready to announce that I am a Muslim,'" led Sabq.Both repeated Borowitz's "quote" of Obama saying:" My place of birth has been, and will always be, negotiable."White House sources indicated today that the president might be willing to meet the GOP (Grand Old Party -- the Republicans) halfway on his birthplace and say that he was born in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean," Borowitz joked.Despite Obama repeatedly saying he is Christian, because his native-Kenyan father was born a Muslim, and because his middle name is Hussein, many Muslims and even some US Republicans suspect he is secretly Muslim.Hmmmm....Now what would made them think this?Read the full story here.

  • Iran exports to 161 countries. More than 2900 different kinds of goods were exported to 161 countries. Head of Public Relations of Iran's Trade Promotion Organization Ahad Amir-Mohammadi said more than 2900 different kinds of goods were exported to 161 countries around the world during the last eight months of the current Iranian year."The main exported goods were propane, polyethylene, methanol, ironstone, oil tar, pistachio, hand weaving carpet and copper cathode," Amir-Mohammadi added.He said the target markets during the period were China ($2.58m), Iraq ($2.4m), UAE ($2b), India ($985m), Afghanistan ($680m), Turkey ($498m), Pakistan ($312m), Taiwan ($306m), Belgium ($282m) and Indonesia ($272m).During the mentioned period the Persian Gulf Cooperation Council ($2/3b), ECO members ($2/1b), European Union ($1/1b) and ASEAN ($782m) we are the main bloc of Iranian markets, Amir-Mohammadi concluded.

  • HT:AmericaBlog.Citibank's Peter Orszag thinks disabled Americans should work more.Is there really any surprise that this was one of Obama's leading economic advisers? While it's certainly fashionable in right wing circles to kick those in the weakest situation, most Americans care a lot more about the spoiled Wall Street types getting away with crashing a global economy without punishment. Unfortunately Orszag and fellow conservative economists never add up those numbers and talk about those costs. How about we stop beating the most vulnerable in society and start getting back to the system that used to produce a growing middle class?Today, however, many people with disabilities are able to engage in some form of work — even if they can’t admit that and still keep their insurance benefits. Cutting off access to the workplace in this way is both unfortunate and unnecessary — and reinforces the threat that the current downturn could cause a long-term reduction in the share of people who work.Hmmmmm....Who or what are these people connected to Obama?Read the full story here.

  • Copyright "enforcer"Righthaven sues for control of Drudge Report domain.News aggregation impresario Matt Drudge is being sued for copyright infringement for reproducing a copyrighted photo along with a link to a story about airport security on the Las Vegas Review-Journal website.The plaintiff in the case is Righthaven, a company that's earned a reputation this year as a world-class copyright "Enforcer". Righthaven has sued nearly 200 parties this year alone. Righthaven has typically gone after those who post news excerpts of its partners, such as the Las Vegas Review-Journal, but pledged to be more discretionary after being handed a defeat in court by a judge who recently ruled that one of its targets had "fair use" to its work.Instead, Righthaven announced it had teamed up with the nation's second-biggest news chain, owners of the Denver Post among others, and has now filed a lawsuit that arguably takes the mass-suer to a whole new level with its biggest target yet.In the new lawsuit, Righthaven asks a judge to "lock the Drudge Report Domain and transfer control of the Drudge Report Domain to Righthaven".Read the full story here.

  • Related:Can you defame someone with a hyperlink?"If I lose there won't BE an Internet in Canada," Jon Newton wrote me this morning as he prepared to step aboard a Vancouver Island seaplane. "Just a shadow."Newton is on his way across Canada this morning to Ottawa, where Canada's Supreme Court will tomorrow consider a key question for the Internet age: can a mere hyperlink be defamation?Newton is the publisher of p2pnet, a site which has for years chronicled the online file-sharing world. Back in 2006, Newton wrote a piece about local Vancouver businessman Wayne Crookes, the owner of West Coast Title Search Ltd. Crookes had just sued a man named Mike Pilling for writing allegedly defamatory articles about Crookes and publishing them on the Internet (Crookes had previously fired Pilling from Canada's Green Party, in which Crookes volunteers).Pilling's articles relied on the obvious pun here, using titles like "Friends of Crookes" and "Gang of Crookes." In covering the free speech aspects of the case, Newton linked to the articles in question. Crookes demanded Newton remove those links, saying that Newton himself could be liable for defamation. Newton refused; Crookes sued.Newton's piece was read by less than 2,000 people, but the lawsuit spawned by that article has now progressed to Canada's highest court, where the judges will rule for the first time on the liability that Internet users have for the hyperlinks they create.Who cares? Everyone who uses the Internet. Imagine Twitter and Facebook—two sites that are rife with user-created hyperlinks—in a world where users could be held liable for everything at a linked location. Or imagine a search engine like Google, one which specializes in providing hyperlinks to a huge array of content, legal and otherwise. Liability, made too broad, could be nothing less than an Internet-killer (at least in Canada).Will the Supreme Court agree? As CIPPIC puts it, if Newton loses, the ruling could "chill hyperlinking which in turn undermines the communicative force of the Internet and deters innovation of new, expression-enhancing platforms that may not develop due to fear of defamation actions.""But I won't lose," Newton tells me.Hmmmm.....To hyperlink or not to hyperlink,that is the question these days?Read the full story here.

  • "The War on Christmas".Merry Christmas’ Beating Out ‘Happy Holidays’."Happy Holidays" is on the decline. In window displays and newspaper circulars, on websites and sometimes out of the mouths of sales clerks, more retailers are saying "Merry Christmas" this year.Conservative Christian groups like the American Family Association and The Liberty Counsel have been turning up the heat on retailers for the last few years, creating top-100 "Naughty and Nice" lists and telling consumers which businesses they see as "Christmas friendly." On some occasions the groups have mounted or threatened boycotts against retailers that didn't meet their standards.And now they say they're seeing results.Read the full story here.

  • EU wants end to Czech practice of making 'gay' asylum seekers watch porn to check if they are aroused.The EU has told Czech Republic to stop its controversial practice of trying to determine whether asylum seekers are gay by showing them blue movies to gauge their 'sexual arousal' levels.Those subjected to what Czechs referred to as the 'porno exam' were men claiming asylum on the grounds they would be in danger in their homelands due to their sexuality.If any of the applicants got aroused at the sight of men and women having sex they were automatically denied asylum rights.A Prague interior minister spokesman said the tests had been valuable in determining whether men were really gay or not but the EU said they were clearly a breach of the human rights charter of the bloc.The men were shown both 'straight' and gay porno films by Czech officials. Sensors were attached to the private parts, linked up to a computer, to test whether they were stimulated or not.In a report on homosexual equality, the Agency for Fundamental Rights said 'phallometric testing was questionable, since it is dubious whether it reaches sufficiently clear conclusions'.Hmmmmm..who's bright idea was that?Read the full story here.

  • HT:BigPeace.Hamas Supporter in U.S. is Human Rights Commissioner for Jacksonville, Florida?!How is it possible that one of the chief supporters of Hamas in the U.S., a group that is a designated “Foreign Terrorist Organization,” is now the “Human Rights Commissioner” for Jacksonville, Florida? That is the question Randy McDaniels, the President of ACT! for America in Jacksonville is trying to get answered.Yesterday morning, Mr. McDaniels held a Press Conference in front of Jacksonville City Hall announcing the release of the first of two videos detailing the facts surrounding Parvez Ahmed and his ties to Hamas front organization CAIR – facts that seem to be going unheard by local government officials, Jacksonville’s media outlets, and by some in the local community. McDaniels states the second video will be released early next week.The video includes pieces of a talk given by University of North Florida (Coggin School of Business) Professor Parvez Ahmed on October 9, 2010 at the Fleming Island Library in Clay County, Florida. Ahmed has been an outspoken supporter of Shariah Compliant Finance (SCF) - financial processes and mechanisms compliant with Islamic Law. The October event was hosted by Dr. Harry Parrott Jr., the President of the Americans United for Separation of Church and State. During the talk, Dr. Parrott decidedly tried to shield the Hamas leader from difficult questions from the audience. Also noteworthy is that on December 4, 2010, Dr. Parrott wrote an opinion piece in the Florida Times-Union stated that “bigotry…pervades (the) views” of Mr. McDaniels and ACT! for America regarding this issue. In reality, Mr. McDaniels and ACT! for America seem to be putting out clear concise facts on this matter.As a former Special Agent of the FBI and a subject matter expert on the Muslim Brotherhood and the Islamic Movement in the United States, I was asked to officially comment on the content of the video and on Parvez Ahmed, which I did. Those comments are also part of the video released yesterday. The video provides an unvarnished view of Ahmed, his ties to Hamas, and brings his deception into the light.The facts surrounding this matter are crystal clear to those who take a moment to review them.Read and see  the full story here.

  • National Islamic Prison Foundation: App 150,000 US Converts to Islam Yearly (App 10% of Prison Population).Muslim Converts called to terrorize U.S. citizens.According to WikiIslam there are 53 U.S. citizens that have converted to Islam and have attempted or carried out terrorism against the United States and its citizens. Many of whom were either recruited while in prison or were recruited from the ranks of the U.S. military. What is even more disturbing is that our own federal governement continues to promote the idea that we are at war with "Al Queda" or the Taliban. Could it be that the American people don't understand terrorism, or maybe they are too ignorant to understand the truth? We are at war against terrorism and to deny the fact that we are at war with radical Islam and the institution of the Sharia is nothing short of complete ignorance and foolishness.Hmmmm....Talk about being "deaf,blind and mute"?Read the full story here.HT:TheJawaReport.

  • HT:MichelleMalkin.Homegrown Hate Crimes Against Our Troops.When jihad-bent American Muslims target American soldiers on American soil, why does America yawn?The Fort Hood massacre has faded from view. The Little Rock Army recruiting station ambush barely registered on the national radar screen. And the arrest this week of a Baltimore-area bomb plotter, intent on blowing up a military center and murdering our troops in the name of Allah, was met with a collective shrug. It’s pointless to rally citizens around “never forget” when their heads are in the sand.Next, Hussain told informants, he would take on Andrews Air Force Base, blow it up and then take over the homes of military personnel. Hussain wasn’t bluffing. He followed through with his plot and was arrested in an FBI sting on December 8 outside the Army center. Hussain had attempted to detonate what he thought was an explosive device parked where soldiers had gathered deliberately.If Hussain’s targets had been abortion clinics, we’d hear no end of denunciations of the hatred and intimidation. Indeed, when Little Rock jihadist Abdul Hakim Mujahid Muhammad was arrested in June 2009 for the murder of Army Pvt. William A. Long, 23, and the shooting of Pvt. Quinton Ezeagwula, 18, it took three days for the White House to issue a limp, politically correct statement expressing “sadness” over the attacks, which President Obama opaquely described as a “senseless act of violence” (instead of the intentional systematic act of Islamic terrorism that it was).Over the past two months, the D.C.-area Marine Corps Museum, the Pentagon, a vacant Marine Corps recruiting station in Chantilly, Va., and a Coast Guard recruiting station in Woodbridge, Va., have all taken shots from a high-powered rifle linked by ballistics tests. The feds say the arrest of the Baltimore jihadist is not related to these still-unsolved acts of terror.Hmmmm.....It's pretty obvious who or what's the reason of this "Attitude" when all you hear from the President abroad is "Islam is a great religion"?Read the full story here.

  • HT:IslamInEurope.Bosnia Mufti: 'Halal food movement can lead Muslims to rule world economy'.Halal food movement has the strength to lead Muslims to rule the global economy as the food is the basic need of every human being, said Dr. Mustufa Ceric Grand Mufti Bosnia and Herzegovina while addressing the delegates of global Halal Congress at Islamic Chambers of Commerce and Industry here today.Elaborating his point of view regarding potential of global Halal market, the grand mufti said that since food is the basic need of every human being the Muslim Ummah should focus on developing strong base of food production which he said would left other technologies used by the West as a source of economic prosperity.Commenting on the state of Muslim Ummah, the grand mufti remarked that out of the total refugees in the world over 70 percents are Muslims rendered shelter less due disturbances sparked in their homelands yet the irony is that the Muslims are labeled as the terrorists.Hmmmm.....When will goverments finally put a stop to this "racket" other religions are intitled to their own food choice!Read the full story here.

  • Navy Sets World Record With Incredible, Sci-Fi Weapon.A theoretical dream for decades, the railgun is unlike any other weapon used in warfare. And it's quite real too, as the U.S. Navy has proven in a record-setting test today in Dahlgren, VA.Rather than relying on a explosion to fire a projectile, the technology uses an electomagnetic current to accelerate a non-explosive bullet at several times the speed of sound. The conductive projectile zips along a set of electrically charged parallel rails and out of the barrel at speeds up to Mach 7. The result: a weapon that can hit a target 100 miles or more away within minutes."It's an over-used term, but it really changes several games," Rear Admiral Nevin P. Carr, Jr., the chief of Naval Research, told FoxNews.com prior to the test.Hmmm....Faster then a speeding bullet,gets a new meaning.Read the full story here.

  • HT:Investigativeproject.An IPT Investigation :The Muslim Public Affairs Council (MPAC)Database Found to be Fraudulent.A database used by Islamist groups to support claims that the Muslim community is responsible for helping to break up one-third of terrorist plots is based on flawed and selective use of data, an Investigative Project on Terrorism analysis shows.The Muslim Public Affairs Council (MPAC) claims in its study that "almost 1 out of 3 al-Qaida-related terror plots threatening America since 9/11/01" were thwarted in part because of help from the Muslim community. However, the MPAC study is full of mistakes, faulty data, contradictions, selective use of information, and demonstrably dishonest analysis:

  1. MPAC overstates the role of "community assistance," including plots that were broken up by intelligence assets overseas and other plots that had little or nothing to do with the U.S. Muslim community;
  2. MPAC selectively defines what is a "terrorism incident," ignoring a huge set of cases involving the domestic support of terrorist organizations, as well as those involving threats outside of al Qaida, such as Hamas and Hizballah;
  3. MPAC ignores traditional law enforcement techniques, specifically avoiding the use of informants, a technique that the organization frequently condemns.As a review of its report demonstrates, MPAC is engaged in yet another game of deception. The organization selective defines what a "terrorism incident" is and overstates the role of "community assistance" in order to skew its statistics in its favor, and ignores the role of traditional law enforcement techniques in dismantling domestic terror plots. More than anything else, MPAC attempts to claim credit for the Islamic community's role in breaking up plots when in fact, it has been far more influential in dissuading people from coming forward.Hmmmm.....Sometimes you really,really wonder what Homeland security does?Read the full Al-taqiyya story here.

  • Kim Kardashian calls on US Speaker to pass the Armenian 'genocide' Resolution.Armenian American celebrities call on Speaker Pelosi to pass the Armenian 'genocide' Resolution.Kim Kardashian sent a “tweet” to 5.5 million of her fans, urging them to call Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and urge her to schedule a vote on H.Res.252, the Armenian 'genocide' Resolution, Asbarez.com reported.This comes on the heels of Serj Tankian’s Facebook, Twitter and website postings on Wednesday calling on his fans to support the adoption of this human rights legislation, reported the Armenian National Committee of America.“We applaud Kim Kardashian, Serj Tankian and anti-genocide activists from across the country for calling on Speaker Pelosi to schedule a vote on the Armenian 'genocide' Resolution.Americans of good conscience want to see an end to the cycle of genocide and to do that, we have to start by calling evil by its name,” said Aram Hamparian, Executive Director of the Armenian National Committee of America.Earlier this week, Armenian National Committee of America Regional Chairs Aida Dimedjian and Stephen Mesrobian made a public appeal urging the Speaker to schedule a vote on the key human rights measure. “The spirit of the victims of 'genocide' and the voices of the survivors and their progeny are calling on the Speaker to bring this resolution for a vote before the 111th Congress adjourns in the next 10 days,” stated Dimedjian and Mesrobian. “Armenians and all the world deserve to know where each member of the US House of Representatives stands on this vital expression of our common American conscience.Recep Tayyip Erdogan ”discussions on the Armenian issue should be held by historians".Hmmmm.....I can't see this President upsetting Turkish Muslims anytime soon,especially Erdogan.Read the full story here.More on the Armenian Genocide here.

  • FAA Loses Track of 119,000 Aircraft.The Federal Aviation Administration is missing key information on who owns one-third of the 357,000 private and commercial aircraft in the U.S. -- a gap the agency fears could be exploited by terrorists and drug traffickers.The records are in such disarray that the FAA says it is worried that criminals could buy planes without the government's knowledge, or use the registration numbers of other aircraft to evade new computer systems designed to track suspicious flights. It has ordered all aircraft owners to re-register their planes in an effort to clean up its files.About 119,000 of the aircraft on the U.S. registry have "questionable registration" because of missing forms, invalid addresses, unreported sales or other paperwork problems, according to the FAA. In many cases, the FAA cannot say who owns a plane or even whether it is still flying or has been junked.Already there have been cases of drug traffickers using phony U.S. registration numbers, as well as instances of mistaken identity in which police raided the wrong plane because of faulty record-keeping.He said the FAA has exaggerated the danger."The threat of people wanting to do us harm is very real, but the focus on re-registration or stale registration data on aircraft is not where the risk is likely to be," Warner said.Hmmmm....Pardon me i'm with the FAA ....Anyone seen Airforce one lately?Read the full story here.

  • And now for something completely different!Now, a world cup for pole dancing.Riding a wave of popularity, this is the budding sport version of pole dancing that has these moves migrating from bars to fitness clubs.Top pole dancers from around the world gathered in Tokyo for the International Pole Dancing Championships.The performance of the women was amazing but it was the men who stole the show." I'm self taught with Chinese pole, which is probably the circus equivalent of what we do here and I was getting a fair few girls and women coming through the class saying 'you should come and try this. You should come and try this.' And I eventually did and they talked me into entering the Australia Pacific Pole Championships earlier this year," said Duncan West, Male International Pole Dance champion 2010.Performers got four minutes and two poles, which were about 12 feet tall, to show what they could do. Stiletto heels were checked backstage and rules required outfits to be "dignified and appropriate for athletic competition."Organizers hope pole dancing gets included in the Olympics ultimately.Read the full story here.Pictures here.
