Or maybe the whole page is a fake, as has been reported here.But in the case, who faked it, and why? Who is so anxious to portray Breivik as a Christian and conservative? And if this was faked, can we trust any of the material that is now being released about Breivik being anti-jihad?Comment: As mentioned on this blog yesterday something did not "smell right" when immediately the media retracted one story and flashed a simple facebook page identifying the murderer as a Christian. So, the devil is always in the details and more investigation is warranted. What we know now is that the Facebook site was created less than 2 weeks ago-we now know that the first site was altered to id the murderer as a Christian and we know now that agenda driven advocates are using this horrific opportunity to fabricate intentions and linkages. Let me ask you, do you think someone living in Jordan, an identified anti-Israeli writer, might have seize upon this story to indicate that the fault is due to "Islamophobia", that the murderer is linked to Israel and therefore right wing Zionists are responsible for this dastardly act? Wow, only the rubber man could stretch the logic this far-the sad thing is people will buy this as a possibility. For the Democrats it represented the greatest loss in the House midterm election since 1938, which occurred nearly ten years into the Great Depression.It is the House that determines the spending and borrowing to maintain the nation, though the President traditionally sends a budget. Obama did not. Indeed, as Speaker of the House, John Boehner, has said, Obama has never put anything on paper. Negotiating Obama’s demands have changed week to week and now day to day.What has happened to “No drama Obama”? The present impasse, topped by an angry press conference late Friday afternoon is entirely of his making. Neither the White House, nor the Democrats in Congress have put forth any plans, let alone any numbers, other than to propose tax increases, now euphemistically called “revenue” increases.The 2010 Democrat losses in the House are largely attributed to the passage of Obamacare, a piece of legislation that was not only widely protested, but that led to the Tea Party movement and new members of the House representing its common sense agenda. The House subsequently voted to repeal Obamacare and it is being contested in the courts by 26 States.What Americans have witnessed over the first two years of his term is Obama’s continual blaming of all problems on either his predecessor or the Republicans in Congress. What they are witnessing is the duplicity of a man who appears incapable of telling the truth from day to day.The nation is in for a week of “high drama”, all of which could have been avoided had Obama agreed to any of the proposals put foreword by Republicans from Paul Ryan to members of the so-called “gang of six.” In the Democrat controlled Senate there has been nothing but obstruction.One senses that this is exactly what Obama wants. While saying he does not want the U.S. to default on its obligations, what better way to destroy the nation than to destroy its “full faith and credit” regarding its debts? The emphasis the Founding Fathers put on the necessity to meet the nation’s debts can be found in Article VI of the Constitution. “All debts contracted and engagements entered into, before the adoption of this Constitution, shall be as valid against the United States under this Constitution, as under the Confederation.”Article I, section 7, states “All bills for raising revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives, but the Senate may propose or concur with amendments as on other Bills.” At this writing, it looks as if Obama intends to deliberately implode the nation’s ability to meet its obligations and he has used the most raw fear tactics to achieve his goal, falsely claiming that Social Security checks would not be sent, that the military would not be paid.

If ever a President was begging for impeachment the time for such action has arrived. The evidence that he was ineligible to run for office and to hold it is beyond question, if only because he was not a “natural born” American whose both parents were citizens. His father was a citizen of Kenya.Raise the debt ceiling. Impeach Obama. America must be set free. • Stunning Boehner-Obama confrontation.(WashingtonExaminer).I’m more than a little bit stunned to see the Speaker of the House say that the President welshed on a deal and that dealing with him is like dealing with Jell-O. Yet from the accounts we have those comments seem justified. Barack Obama agreed to $800 billion in additional revenues, from eliminating tax preferences and perhaps cutting tax rates, as a ceiling, and then insisted on $400 billion more, in tax rate increases. No wonder John Boehner cut the negotiations off.Speaker Boehner showed something like contempt for President Obama when he said that he would continue to negotiate with other congressional leaders of both parties. The implication: they are or at least can be serious negotiating partners, Obama is not. But if the congressional leaders agree and pass legislation that raises the debt limit, doesn’t the President have to sign it? Even if it doesn’t meet his one remaining demand, that it get him through the 2012 presidential election.What I think I saw early Friday evening was a President who saw his project of expanding America’s welfare state to European proportions meeting serious reverses. I think Los Zetas are storing them for the upcoming elections of 2012,” said Robert Plumlee, a former CIA pilot who has testified before Congress on drugs and weapons trafficking research.The report is corroborated with an interview with Phil Jordan, former director of the DEA in El Paso, who stated that the stockpiles, which include anti-aircraft missiles, are transported from a Dallas-Fort Worth Airport. The consultant added that the criminals set up (phony) companies to buy weapons directly through a State Department program....The Border Patrol personnel and U.S. intelligence services have recently learned that Los Zetas have been purchasing properties on both sides of the border to store thousands of high-power weapons that were discovered to be part of five or six shipments that left the same airport where the DEA has its air operations center... ...[Los Zeta wants to] reinforce their troops for battling other cartels and possibly disrupt the 2012 elections in Mexico, El Paso Times reported yesterday.“I believe Los Zetas are storing weapons for the election season (2012). The global arms report, Small Arms Survey of 2011, from the Institute for International and Development Studies in Switzerland, said that Mexico was the number one importer in the world of RPG’s, and “under-barrel” grenade launchers, with 1,429 units being imported, followed in second place by Latvia with 250.Speaking of government programs to route weapons to the Mexican drug cartels, I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the latest from Sen. Chuck Grassley. He continues to doggedly pursue "Project Gunrunner" (or, as I like to call it, "KillGate").Sen. Charles Grassley (R-Iowa), the ranking member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, says the Obama administration may have launched a failed gun-tracking operation along the Mexican border because “they don’t like the Second Amendment” and want to “restrict guns.”Grassley is leading the Senate’s investigation into Operation Fast and Furious, in which the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) knowingly allowed semi-automatic guns such as AK-47s to be straw-purchased in the U.S., then sent to Mexican drug trafficking organizations.Operation Fast and Furious began in September 2009 but was halted after two of the weapons were found at the murder scene of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry in December 2010... The House Oversight and Government Reform Committee will hold a second hearing on the matter next week, on Tuesday...Here's another theory: what if Obama, Clinton and Holder really did want to foment a civil war in Mexico? • More EPA madness - "We are EPA reason is useless"?(Radioviceonline).Remember earlier this year when the President directed that all administrative agencies review their rules so as to strike an appropriate balance between the need for the regulation and the economic impact of the regulation? It should come as no surprise that the EPA either didn’t get the memo, or assumed that the President’s directive did not apply to it.One need look no further than New York City. Take the mandate governing Hillview, a 90-acre, 900-million gallon reservoir in Yonkers, north of the city. The EPA wants the city to build a $1.6 billion-plus cover to prevent contamination by cryptosporidium, a water born pathogen that causes diarrhea. [emphasis supplied]Since 2002, the city has spent $15 billion on an assortment of federally mandated water projects. As a result, city water rates have increased 134% in the past 9 years, and, this project will only add more to that increase.But, what about that cryptosporidium? The EPA has estimated that adding a dome to the reservoir will prevent between 112,000 and 365,000 cases annually. Using the higher number, that works out to a cost of about $4400 for each case prevented. That might be sufficient in the minds of some to justify the regulation, but for one small fact.

The pathogen hasn’t been found in the reservoir despite years of tests and is barely present in the city, with about 100 confirmed cases of of illness each year due to the little critter. • UNESCO Edits The Jews Out Of History (Again).(LegalInsurrection).A recent United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) report on Arab contributions to science has declared Moses ben Maimon (also known as Maimonides or Rambam), generally considered the greatest of medieval Jewish philosophers and theologians (and incidentally, among the most prominent physicians of his day) to have been a Muslim named Moussa ben Maimoun.For those who are skeptical, or who note that Maimonides, who lived under Muslim rule, was also called by that Arabic name, Elder of Ziyon has tracked down the original document in French. I double-checked his translation with a friend from France and with Google Translate, but then also realized that changing the “_fr” to “_en” in the URL would probably get me to the English version of the file, which it did. The English version contains the following passage:

“From AD 1100–1350 – during the first half of the European Middle Ages (AD 1100–1543) – the names of a few European scientists appear in scientific literature alongside a string of Muslim scientists, whose numbers include Ibn-Rushd, Musa Bin Memoun, Tusi and Ibn-Nafis.”

This is not the first time that UNESCO has changed history to replace Jews with Muslims. They have been prolific in Islamicizing sites long considered to have religious and historical importance to the Jewish people. • The Turkish newspaper Hurriyet Reports: UN panel rules IDF boarded Marmara 'to kill'.(Ynet).The Turkish newspaper Hurriyet said Sunday that the Palmer report on last year's Gaza-bound flotilla is expected to be released this week. According to the newspaper, the UN-appointed panel to investigate the raid on the Mavi Marmara vessel has ruled that IDF soldiers boarded the ship with an intention to kill.The Turkish daily claimed that this assertion is what prompted the debate within Israel's government on whether the Jewish State should issue an apology to Turkey. The Forum of Eight Ministers was expected to discuss the issue on Sunday.According to the article, Israel is considering compensating the families of the nine people killed aboard the ship, and intends to issue a statement regretting the loss of life - regardless of Turkey's demand for an official apology. The newspaper claimed that Israel is worried that such an apology will pave the way for international law suits to be filed against the IDF soldiers.The newspaper went on to express optimism that Israel and Turkey are to make progress in improving ties when officials from both nations meet in New York on Tuesday. As per the article, Vice Prime Minister Moshe Yaalon is expected to confer with Turkish Foreign Ministry Undersecretary Feridun Sinirlioglu, among other officials. Sources in Jerusalem confirmed that Yaalon will be traveling to New York, but said that they are unaware that any such meeting was scheduled. Defense Minister Ehud Barak also addressed the report: "I hope we won't have to answer these questions this week and that we have more time to fully examine the matter. • Lieberman: No reason to apologize to Turkey.(Ynet).The forum of eight ministers is scheduled to discuss the Palmer Report by a UN committee investigating last year's flotilla events on Sunday. The report is slated to be issued this week. Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman is against apologizing to Turkey for the deaths of nine activists, which Ankara is demanding in exchange for normalizing bilateral relations. "I'm in favor of improving relations but this should not be at the expense of Israel alone," he said prior to Sunday's cabinet meeting. "It's in the interest of both countries to improve relations and the ball is in Turkey's court. There is no reason for Israel to apologize, there are soldiers who were sent to do their job mid-sea." Lieberman claimed the issue will not cause a coalition crisis, even if an apology is offered. "This government has a lot more to do on the Turkish issue, as well as in the housing issue and others. We do not negotiate via the media."Defense Minister Ehud Barak also addressed the report: "I hope we won't have to answer these questions this week and that we have more time to fully examine the matter. It is our business to protect officers, commanders and soldiers from possible overseas lawsuits."Though the Palmer committee will only be presenting its findings to UN Secretary-General Ban Ki Moon later this week, reports from earlier this month claimed that its members, international experts and representatives from turkey and Israel, determined that though the IDF used excessive force, the operation itself was legitimate.The report's release was postponed by three weeks due to Turkey's refusal to accept its findings. An attempt to bridge the gaps between Jerusalem and Ankara in order to lessen the emphasis on support for Israel and criticism of Turkey – proved futile. Minister Moshe Ya'alon said he did not see any possibility for reconciliation with Recep Tayyip Erdogan's government. National Infrastructure Minister Uzi Landau placed the blame on Turkey. "Turkey should be the one apologizing for being involved in the Marmara provocation and all signs show it is behind the IHH terror organization."Science and Technology Minister Daniel Hershkowitz also does not believes Israel should apologize. "We did not endorse violent action against the Turks and there is no room for compensation or lawsuits against IDF soldiers." • Ahmadinejad feels it's time to cast aside nuke secrecy.(ArabNews).VIENNA: Iran's president wants to shed the nation's secrecy and forge ahead openly with developing nuclear weapons but is opposed by the religious leadership, which is worried about international reaction to such a move, says an intelligence assessment shared with The Associated Press.Until now intelligence reports had assessed Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad as relatively moderate on the nuclear issue compared to the country's supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. But a blunt comment by Ahmadinejad last month on Iranian state TV that "if we want to make a bomb, we are not afraid of anybody" fits the scenario laid down by the intelligence assessment.Ahmadinejad is pushing "to shake free of the restraints Iran has imposed upon itself, and openly push forward to create a nuclear bomb," says the assessment. But Khamenei, whose word is final on nuclear and other issues, "wants to progress using secret channels, due to concern about a severe response from the West," says the report.Proliferation expert David Albright of the Institute for Science and International Security says his briefings from European government officials who have seen the latest US intelligence assessment on Iran seem to support the assessment shared with the AP that Khamenei is worried about how the world would react to a nuclear-armed Iran.
