Egyptian Defense Minister’s Initiative To Solve Street Children’s Phenomena In Egypt.HT: HeyEgypt.
The Minister of Defense Abd Elfatah Elsisi took the initiative in solving one of the serious crisis in Egypt concerning street children.
The Egyptian Armed forces started collecting street children and get them into rehabilitation centers in order to provide Education according to the ministry of education’s curriculum.
This education will provide a promising future for street children which will help them to work and produce and integrate into the Egyptian community.
According to last statistics, there is about 2 million homeless children in Egypt. It is a social disaster and the Armed forces not only is solving this problem from the roots, but it will also block all ways to exploit them in any criminal acts. The terrorist organisation of Muslim Brotherhood has recently exploited street children by using them as human shields and in terror attacks.
