Delegations from the Russian Federation, Ukraine and European Union meet on September 26 in Berlin to continue gas talks. The parties will be represented by the Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak, Ukraine’s Rada-appointed Energy and Coal Industry Minister Yuriy Prodan and EU Commissioner for Energy Gunther Oettinger.
