(Memri).A communiqué by the Military Committee of Al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP), posted August 3, 2012 on the jihadi website Shumoukh Al-Islam, urges Muslims living in the West to carry out "lone wolf" operations against the infidels if they want to attain Paradise. As an example, the communiqué mentions the actions of Toulouse shooter Muhammad Merah, saying that they were one of the reasons for the withdrawal of the French forces from Afghanistan.
