Tehran, experts of “Six” to hold meeting next week, recognition of Iran's right to enrich uranium by the U.S. is not so important.(Taz).
Experts of the "Six" and Tehran will meet in Vienna next week, Iran Deputy Foreign Minister for Legal and International Affairs and country's chief negotiator on the nuclear program, Abbass Araghchi said last night, speaking on Negah-e Yek program, on First TV channel of Iran, FARS agency reported.
Araghchi described the agreement reached between the "Six" and Iran, as the initial stage of the process towards achieving a common goal.

"We are at the beginning of a long journey , and should continue to negotiate until the last step. We have never said that we do not trust our negotiators. That is why a mechanism has been developed in Geneva that aims to provide confidence . If we feel that the "Six" countries do not fulfill their obligations, then everything will return to their former places and we will not stop our nuclear activities , there will be no reduction in the activity; the nuclear program will remain the same as it was, it is just will not grow in quantity," Aragchi said.

He also added that the recognition of Iran's right to enrich uranium by the United States is not so important.
"Uranium enrichment is a right enshrined in the NPT (Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons ), we have this right and we do not expect someone to officially recognize it. We just want them to respect that right."

Under the accord, billions of dollars in Iran's blocked oil revenues will be released and sanctions will be gradually lifted in return for Tehran limiting its nuclear energy program.

However, there is still no mechanism to ensure the implementation of the Geneva deal by the two sides.
"Under the agreement we reached in Geneva, both sides need a few weeks to make preparations for the implementation of phase one," Araqchi said.

He said the European Union and the US need time "to change the rules regarding the sanctions" against Iran while Tehran and the International Atomic Energy Agency need time to work out the mechanisms required to implement the agreement.

"The agency seems to be in need of more budget and financial and human resources," he added.

The Iranian official also stressed that any probable delay in the implementation of the deal would be due to "technical and executive" problems only.

According to Araqchi, the Geneva deal is to be implemented as of late December 2013 or early January 2014.Hmmmm.....You get better 'Deals' in a Turkish Bazaar.
