Iran and world powers ended their latest round of negotiations in Vienna today.In their next meeting scheduled for mid-May, the two sides are to start drafting the final comprehensive accord on Iran’s nuclear program.
The U.S. negotiators, however, cautioned against premature expectations that they could resolve all outstanding issues so soon.
“Now we are set to start drafting,” the senior U.S. official told reporters on condition of anonymity at the end of a two-day round of talks in Vienna. “At this point we don't know if we'll be successful in bridging [the] gaps.”Read the full statement here.
