President Sisi attends the Coptic Christmas mass in Cairo. (AlAhram).
Egypt's President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi has attended the Coptic Christmas mass marking the first attendance ever made by an Egyptian president to the religious occasion.
El-Sisi gave a brief a speech in Cairo's Abbasiya Cathedral where he congratulated Egypt's Coptic community and asserted that all Egyptians are "one hand".
The annual Coptic mass was advanced by a heavy security presence as Christian sites have been targeted by sectarian attacks previously. Hmmm.....I wonder what Islamist Turkish Pres will say now.
