"Islamist Turkey" - Obama's BFF Pm Erdogan:"Turkish defence industry increases production from 10 to 50 percent'(Taz).
Half of the Turkish defence industry products are produced in the country, Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan said during an official visit to Malaysia, TRT Haber TV Channel reported on Jan.10.Over the past 10 years, Turkey has been able to increase the share of defence industry products by domestic production from 10 to 50 percent, the prime minister said.
The Prime Minister also stressed that Turkey currently manufactures its own arms, missiles and military helicopters.
"The country's defence industry has built the first military ships that will soon be launched," Erdogan said.
In recent years, Turkey has been working actively to develop domestically built aircraft and tanks as well as training helicopters.Hmmmm......Why do i always think of WWII when confronted with Islamist Turkey.
