Unregistered cash to Turkey up 52 pct in 9 months, after cash no longer subject to laundering checks. (TZ).
The amount of unregistered money, the origin of which is unknown, that entered Turkish markets in the first nine months of 2015 skyrocketed by 52 percent compared to a year ago, central bank data revealed on Wednesday.
Turkey saw unregistered cash entering its markets reach $13.44 billion between January and September of 2015. This figure was $8.87 billion in the same period of 2014. Hmmmm......Erdogan Obama's BFF. Read the full story here.
