Bodyguards of Turkish president's daughter changed due to assassination threat. (Taz).
The bodyguards of the Turkish president's daughter Sumeyye Erdogan have been completely changed because of the assassination threat, the Turkish Sabah newspaper reported Feb. 24.
The bodyguards of other members of President Erdogan’s family have also been changed.
Previously, Turkish Sabah newspaper reported citing the country’s intelligence sources that there was an assassination attempt planned at the Turkish president's daughter Sumeyye Erdogan.
An assassination attempt was planned to be made before the parliamentary election, scheduled for June 7, according to reports. Earlier it was reported that Sumeyye Erdogan might take part in the parliamentary election.
The attempt on the president's daughter was planned to be made by the supporters of Gulen movement [Islamic public figure currently residing in the US], the newspaper said. Hmmm......Sounds like Erdo doesn't trust anyone anymore, Fidan's departure really scares him.
