Arab League member Jordan to Present Draft Resolution to UNSC on Palestine State Creation.(SP).
The League of Arab States agreed to draft a resolution setting time limits for the creation of the Palestinian state that will be presented to the United Nations Security Council Saturday.
The foreign ministers of the League of Arab States formed a committee on Saturday to find international support for the resolution on the creation of the Palestinian state, Al Jazeera reported, citing the closing statement of the committee comprising Kuwait, Mauritania, Jordan and chief of the League of Arab States Nabil al-Arabi.
According to the agency, the draft resolution will be presented in the coming days by Jordan, an Arab non-permanent member of the Security Council. Read the full story here.
