Investigators got their hands on Huma Abedin’s emails when they searched a laptop that she jointly used with her husband, Anthony Weiner.

But the FBI will have to go to court to obtain a warrant in order to examine those emails, NBC reported Friday.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation has reopened its investigation into Hillary Clinton’s emails after finding new evidence on seized devices belonging to Anthony Weiner and Huma Abedin, according to Fox News.

The devices were seized after it was revealed that Weiner, a former member of Congress and mayoral candidate, had been sexting with an underage girl.

The bombshell revelation came out Friday after FBI Director James Comey sent a letter to Congress explaining that new evidence in the Clinton investigation had emerged.

He said the new evidence developed as “part of an unrelated case,” without providing details.
Weiner could face 15 to 30 years in the slammer if found guilty of charges of sexual exploitation of children.

One of them shows the 51-year-old shamed politician wearing white boxer shorts with his only child, five-year-old Jordan Zain Weiner, curled up beside him.

The GMBDW reported in October 2007 that current Democratic Vice-Presidential candidate Tim Kaine had a close relationship to the Muslim American Society (MAS), a part of the US Muslim Brotherhood closest to the Egyptian organization. According to a local media article cited in that post:

Democratic Gov. Timothy M. Kaine is far too close to a Muslim group that allegedly has ties to Islamic terrorism and espouses radical views, according to two local delegates. But a group leader says the charges are founded in racism. 

Kaine should move to put some distance between his administration and the Falls Church-based Muslim American Society, said Dels. Todd Gilbert, R-Woodstock, and Clifford L. “Clay” Athey Jr., R-Front Royal. 

It all started when Kaine appointed Dr. Esam Omeish, the president of the society, to the Virginia Commission on Immigration. Gilbert wrote to Kaine, asking him to reconsider the appointment after seeing online videos of Omeish accusing Israel of genocide against Palestinians and exhorting Muslims to “the jihad way.” 

Omeish resigned less than a day later under pressure from Kaine. 

But after some investigation, the delegates say the connections between Kaine and MAS appear to be deeper than just one appointment. 

Kaine was the keynote speaker at the society’s Freedom Foundation “Standing for Justice Dinner.” He was photographed with leaders of the group, including Imam Mahdi Bray, the executive director of the foundation. 

In an online video of a 2000 rally in Washington, Abdurahman al-Amoudi — who would later plead guilty to charges of funneling money from Libya to Saudi militants — took to the podium and declared his support for Hamas and Hezbollah.

The last few days have seen various sources reporting on President Obama’s upcoming visit Wednesday to the Islamic Society of Baltimore (ISB), described as his first visit ever during his presidency to a US mosque.

According to a Washington Post report:, the ISB is:

… a sprawling community center in the city’s western suburbs that serves thousands of people with a place of worship, a housing complex and schools, according to its website. It is one of the Mid-Atlantic region’s largest Muslim centers and describes itself as aspiring “to be the anchor of a growing Muslim community with diverse backgrounds, democratically governed, relating to one another with inclusiveness and tolerance, and interacting with neighbors in an Islamic exemplary manner.

In any event, the evidence thus far for the ISB being a Muslim Brotherhood mosque boils down to one unreliable report of a connection with ISNA and the ties and statement of an ISB Imam who has not been associated with mosque for thirteen years, not exactly what could be described as an airtight case.

However, proper investigative research by the GMBDW reveals more substantial and long standing ties of the Islamic Society of Baltimore to the US Muslim Brotherhood. Read the full Real story here.

Clinton praised professional Israel hater Max Blumenthal as 'powerful and touching'

Sidney Blumenthal has been an intimate family friend to Hillary Clinton for two decades, and the emails between them show late night calls, social visits to one another’s home, and all the informality expected of two close and trusted friends.

We know Mr. Blumenthal was a senior adviser to Ms. Clinton during her 2008 campaign for the presidency and would have continued during her time as secretary of state had his appointment not been stopped by President Obama’s staff due to Mr. Blumenthal’s penchant for nasty campaign tactics.

Nonetheless, Ms. Clinton valued Mr. Blumenthal’s advice to such a degree that she secretly hired him as a private advisor, paying him $120,000 a year for his services.

A number of columns have been written exposing how Mr. Blumenthal sent articles to Ms. Clinton from his son Max, one of America’s most notorious Israel haters.

Ms. Clinton responded very favorably to them. Some of these writings would later be the basis for Max’s anti-Semitic Goliath, whose book launch was thrown by Sid at his own home.

The disgraceful writings compare Israel to the Nazis, call for the expulsion of the Jews from Israel and whitewash Palestinian terrorism. For good measure Max also compares the Israel Defense Forces to the SS.

The emails thus released show that Mr. Blumenthal sent 19 articles written by Max, most of which contained deep anti-Israel sentiment.

What is truly unsettling is Ms. Clinton’s glowing praise for Max’s work. On numerous occasions she forwarded the articles to her staff with the words “Pls print,” and a number of times she asked for multiple copies so that she could hand them out to her staff and discuss them. Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.) said the FBI likely has enough evidence right now to indict Hillary Clinton and her valued aide Huma Abedin, but that agency chief James Comey is being constrained.

“I think the FBI director would like to indict both Huma and Hillary as we speak,” Issa told The Washington Examiner in an interview published Friday. “I think he’s in a position where he’s being forced to triple-time make a case what would otherwise be, what they call, a slam dunk."

Issa, a former House Oversight Committee chairman, argued that she clearly violated transparency requirements during her tenure.

“There’s no question, she knew she had a responsibility and she circumvented it,” he said of the Democratic presidential front-runner. “She circumvented it a second time when she knowingly let highly-classified material get into emails in an unclassified format.”

Issa added, however, that charges against Clinton are unlikely under President Obama’s 'admin'.

“I’ve worked with both the last attorney general … and this attorney general, and I really don’t believe they’ll do it,” he said of Eric Holder and Loretta Lynch, respectively. "Doing it, by definition, would end her run for president. 

“So, do I think the Democrats are in an odd situation where the only thing they can do is hold their nose and hold back on an indictment? Sadly, yes.” Read the full story here.

Michael Bay, director of the “Transformers” and “Bad Boys” series of films (and, um, “Pearl Harbor”), released the trailer for his latest film, titled “13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi” on Tuesday.

The film, based on Mitchell Zuckoff’s 2014 book “13 Hours: The Inside Account of What Really Happened in Benghazi,” was filmed for between $30 million and $40 million.

While much less than Bay’s usual budget, there’ll no doubt be plenty of explosions — including exploding the myth that Hillary Clinton’s State Department did all it could to prevent the deaths of four American civilians at our consulate in Libya.

The Sept. 11, 2012, attack killed U.S. Ambassador J. Christopher Stevens, U.S. Foreign Service agent Sean Smith and CIA contractors Glen Doherty and Tyrone S. Woods. The attack was originally blamed on spontaneous protests over a YouTube film that insulted Muhammad, but was later revealed to be a planned attack by radical Islamic terrorists.

The film, which is being released under the tagline “When everything went wrong, six men had the courage to do what was right,” stars James Badge Dale, John Krasinski, Pablo Schreiber, Toby Stephens, David Denman, Max Martini and Dominic Fumusa. Judicial Watch today released newly obtained Department of State documents showing a nearly five-month total gap in the emails former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton decided to return to the State Department late last year.  The documents also show that one key State Department official did not want a written record of issues about the Clinton emails.  The documents also raise new questions about the accuracy of representations made to Judicial Watch, the courts, Congress, and the public by the Obama administration and Clinton.

The documents were produced under court order in a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit Judicial Watch filed on May 6, 2013 (Judicial Watch, Inc. v. U.S. Department of State (No. 1:15-cv-00687)).   The lawsuit was filed after the Obama State Department violated federal law and failed to respond to two separate FOIA requests, including a request for records about the actual production of the emails records by Clinton to the State Department.

The first batch of documents obtained by Judicial Watch contains a heavily redacted email from State Department official Eric F. Stein to Margaret P. Grafeld, dated April 21, 2015, with the subject “HRC Emails.”  Stein is deputy director of global information systems at the State Department and Grafeld is deputy assistant secretary of global information systems. Stein reports to Grafeld that the “gaps” in Clinton’s emails include:

• Jan. 21 – March 17, 2009 (Received Messages)
• Jan. 21 – April 12, 2009 (Sent Messages)
• Dec. 30, 2012 – Feb. 1, 2013 (Sent Messages)

In addition, Stein notes Clinton’s employment timeline as follows:

• Secretary Hillary Clinton
• Appointed:  January 21, 2009
• Entry on Duty: January 21, 2009
• Termination of Appointment: February 1, 2013.

The new “email czar” appointed by Secretary of State John Kerry to oversee the burgeoning Hillary Clinton email scandal is a Clinton campaign donor who recently made a generous contribution, according to federal records obtained by Judicial Watch.

Her name is Janice Jacobs, a former career diplomat assigned by Kerry this week to be the State Department’s “Transparency Coordinator,” according to a mainstream news report. Jacobs will be in charge of responding to public-record requests involving the secret email account that Clinton used exclusively to conduct official government business. She will also handle congressional requests “faster and more efficiently,” and will improve the State Department system for keeping records.

Kerry could not have picked a better team player. Jacobs is a big Clinton fan who contributed $2,700 to the Hillary for America presidential campaign fund, Federal Election Commission records obtained by JW show. September 6, 2015 Egypt’s acting Attorney General Aly Omran referred Saturday 35 alleged Muslim Brotherhood members to the military prosecution for involvement in the murder of a senior police officer in April, Youm7 reported.

Out of 35 defendants, 24 are in custody while the other 11 including Islamist preacher Yusuf al-Qaradawi are fugitives.

They are accused of assassinating the chief investigation officer of the Matariya Police Station colonel Wael Tahoun and his driver in a drive-by shooting in April 2014.

They defendants are also charged with orchestrating and carrying out several bombings in Cairo following the dispersal of pro-Muslim Brotherhood sit-in at Rabaa al-Adaweya Square in August 2013.

Crimes committed against public facilities, military and police institutions are handled by the military judiciary, according to law issued by President Abdel-Fatah al-Sisi in November 2014 following an armed attack that killed at least 30 security personnel in Sinai.

Egypt has witnessed a significant rise in militancy since the military-backed ouster of Islamist President Mohamed Morsi in July 2013 following mass protests against his rule. According to the Interior Ministry, militant attacks have killed more than 500 security personnel since then.

Judicial Watch announced that Judge Emmet Sullivan today ordered the State Department to file by noon, Friday information about what it is doing to search Hillary Clinton’s email server now in the custody of the Justice Department and FBI.  

The court also reiterated its directive that the State Department disclose additional information about where government records may reside.  

The order is the result of a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit that seeks records about the controversial employment status of Huma Abedin, Clinton’s former deputy chief of staff (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of State (No. 1:13-cv-01363)). 

This latest order shows the courts are expecting quick action on Mrs. Clinton’s email system and that the Justice Department won’t be able to bury her emails,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton.

“And her lawyer’s letter in response to the court’s orders shows Mrs. Clinton continues to withhold material information from the court. It also looks as if Mrs. Clinton is still withholding emails from the FBI and Justice Department.”

A Colorado company is now a part of the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s private email system. The FBI is looking into the security of the server she used while she was secretary of state.

A Denver company called Platte River Networks was handling the email of the secretary of state of the U.S., but it wasn’t a government account. It was a private account and it’s raising questions about security.

Last week FBI agents visited Platte River Networks which was involved in handling the Clinton email accounts. Sources related to that visit told CBS4 Investigator Rick Sallinger the company has been asked to preserve any information related to the emails involving Bill and Hillary Clinton.

The company’s website lists awards including for being among the best Colorado businesses and places to work. But Metro State University Assistant Professor of Computer Information Systems Dr. Edgar Maldonado says there are questions about what security protocols were in place.

“I would say it’s not the best choice,” Maldonado said.

The inspector general for the intelligence community had been looking into the Clinton emails. It then made a referral to the justice department which led to the FBI visit.

One issue is whether Platte River Networks could have backup copies of Clinton emails that were deleted. Classified information has reportedly been found on the private server in her home.

About a dozen U.S. intelligence officials have been added to the State Department team reviewing former secretary of state Hillary Rodham Clinton’s e-mails amid spy agency concerns that classified information may have been compromised in connection with Clinton’s use of a private e-mail server while in office.

In addition to intelligence reviewers, the State Department inspector general’s office has also been given access to some 55,000 pages of Clinton e-mails being culled by the department for release in response to court orders under the Freedom of Information Act, said Douglas Welty, an inspector general spokesman.

The broadening of the review followed a recent “security referral” to the Justice Department by I. Charles McCullough III, inspector general of the intelligence community, who said that a limited survey of some of the e-mails found information that should have been classified.

A separate collection spanning about 900 pages, taken because they related to Libya, was released in May. Those documents had been requested by the House Select Committee on Benghazi, which is investigating the September 2012 attack on U.S. diplomatic and CIA compounds in the Libyan city that killed four U.S. officials, including Ambassador J. Christopher Stevens.

The e-mail controversy and the revelation in spring that Clinton used a private e-mail server to conduct official business have added fuel to the committee, which itself is embroiled in controversy. The Republican majority has said it has a duty to explore Clinton’s activities surrounding the attacks, while Democrats have charged a fishing expedition whose purpose is to undermine Clinton’s presidential campaign.

The committee has also asked for e-mails from 10 top Clinton aides during her State Department tenure. Clinton spokesman Philippe Reines delivered 20 boxes of work-related e-mails this week from both his official and private account to the State Department for review. Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton put her willingness to defend the Constitution in serious doubt when she promised Islamic countries the United States government would intimidate Americans who violate their free speech code, national security expert Stephen Coughlin told The Daily Caller News Foundation.

As Secretary of State, Clinton promised an international Islamic organization in 2011 that the United States government would “use some old-fashioned techniques of peer pressure and shaming” to intimidate Americans who improperly criticize Islam or Muhammad.

“An official of the United States, in an official communiqué, went to a foreign land to commit to a foreign leader that the United States Government would engage in the extra-legal practice of intimidating American citizens in the exercise of what is otherwise their protected free speech rights under the First Amendment,” Coughlin told TheDCNF.

Coughlin discusses the move in his recently published book, “Catastrophic Failure: Blindfolding America in the Face of Jihad,” and told TheDCNF it casts a pall on her record as secretary of state.

“If her willingness to sell out Americans First Amendment rights to the Organization of Islamic Cooperation by categorizing as ‘hate speech’ anything that is deemed offensive to Islam is any indication, she may be the least qualified candidate to support and defend the Constitution,” he said.

Coughlin’s an attorney, decorated intelligence officer and expert on Islamic law and terrorism who consulted the military’s Joint Chiefs of Staff for about a decade following 9/11, before the Muslim Brotherhood allegedly convinced the White House to ban him and “outlaw” his briefings.

He cites Clinton’s 2011 visit to Turkey and her cooperation with the OIC in his book as one example of how Muslim ideologists wield influence in the “highest reaches” of the U.S. government. The Clinton campaign did not respond to requests for comment.

The OIC is the second-largest intergovernmental organization after the U.N., consisting of 57 states that identify as “the collective voice of the Muslim world.”

After she helped the OIC secure passage of U.N. resolution 16/18, “Combating intolerance, negative stereotyping and stigmatization of, and discrimination, incitement to violence, and violence against persons based on religion or belief,” Clinton promised the U.S. would take what steps it could to curb speech critical of Islam.

“And together we have begun to overcome the false divide that pits religious sensitivities against freedom of expression, and we are pursuing a new approach based on concrete steps to fight intolerance wherever it occurs,” she said in an address following the resolution’s passage.

“We also understand that, for 235 years, freedom of expression has been a universal right at the core of our democracy,” she added. “So we are focused on promoting interfaith education and collaboration, enforcing antidiscrimination laws, protecting the rights of all people to worship as they choose, and to use some old-fashioned techniques of peer pressure and shaming, so that people don’t feel they have the support to do what we abhor.”

The resolution condemns “any advocacy of religious hatred that constitutes incitement to discrimination, hostility or violence, whether it involves the use of print, audio-visual or electronic media.”

Coughlin argues in his book it’s part of a deliberate OIC-led effort to bring the U.S. and other countries in line with Muslim speech standards, first by condemning and eventually criminalizing unwanted speech such as depictions of Muhammad.

“Over the last few years, major left wing and Islamists organizations have been working diligently to reframe free speech in an oppositional narrative that distinguishes sanctioned speech, designated free speech, from hate speech in a long term campaign to brand nonconforming speech as hate speech that is at first to be ridiculed and then criminalized,” he told TheDCNF.

The emails of Huma Abedin, the top personal aide to former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton, are now facing a disclosure lawsuit after the State Department failed to turn them over in response to an open-records request.

Judicial Watch, a conservative public interest law firm that uses open-records laws to pry information loose, had filed a request to get a look at Ms. Abedin’s emails during her four years at the State Department. News outlets have reported that Ms. Abedin also used the private email server Mrs. Clinton set up to handle government business, but the status of her messages is unclear.

It’s one of a number of open-records requests Judicial Watch filed after the email scandal broke, and Tom Fitton, president of the organization, said they’ve been stonewalled on all of them, so now they’re turning to the courts.

“We’re churning through these,” he said. “The scandal at the State Department is more than about Hillary Clinton. There are others involved.”

The State Department said it wouldn’t comment now that Judicial Watch has filed a lawsuit — though it had struggled to explain its procedures even before the lawsuit was filed, and the status is of Ms. Abedin’s emails remains unclear. Hmmm.....The Muslim Brotherhood club must be sweating bullets.
