Video - A member of the activist group Femen staged a mock hanging off a bridge in Paris to protest Rouhani.

A member of the activist group Femen staged a mock hanging off a bridge in Paris to protest Rouhani. (Femen), HT (BusinesssInsider).

The champion of public executions Hassan Rohani is welcomed today in Paris by Francois Hollande, as well as FEMEN activists.

While Rohani is shaking hands with French diplomats, FENEN was preparing a very special message just for him. The sextremists are pleased to accommodate the Iranian president and want him to feel just like at home: so they performed the hanging of the Debilly Bridge, and wrote a postcard: “Welcome Rohani, executioner of freedom”!

In Iran, about 800 people are killed by the death penalty each year and thousands are rotting away in Teheran’s Evin prison death cells. Amongst them: feminists, gays, minors, progressive thinkers accused of criticizing a theocratic regime. Read the full story here.

Thank God for Canada ! Canada isolates itself by anti-Iran stance - Iran's foreign ministry.

Thank God for Canada ! Canada isolates itself by anti-Iran stance - Iran's foreign ministry. (Taz).

Iran's foreign ministry has argued that the Canadian administration is isolating itself by following Israel’s anti-Iran stance.

The Canada ’s conservative government, in compliance with the Israel’s positions is rapidly moving towards self-imposed isolation in the international community, even among its traditional allies, Marzieh Afkham , Iran ’s foreign ministry spokeswoman said, the ministry’s website reported.

Following the last week nuclear deal between Iran and the P5+1(US, Russia, China, France, UK, and Germany), Canadian Foreign Minister Rob Nicholson said Iran continues to be a significant threat to international peace and security owing to its nuclear ambitions, its continuing support for terrorism, its repeated calls for the destruction of Israel, and its disregard for basic human rights. “We will continue to judge Iran by its actions, not words,” he underlined.

Reacting to the statement, Afkham said that if the Canadian government is concerned about the international peace and security it should respect rationality and logic. “The continuation of the radical stances by the Canadian officials on Iran indicates that the Canadian government's approach towards Iran lacks any logical and rational basis.”

Canada has expressed concerns over “human rights violation” in Iran and the “Islamic Republic’s threat to global peace" in various occasions.

The country cut diplomatic ties with Tehran in 2012. Canadian then foreign minister, John Baird cited Iran's support for Syrian president Bashar al-Assad, its disputed nuclear program and continued human rights violations as reasons behind his country's decision to sever diplomatic ties with Tehran. Hmmm....I'll take PM Harper a mensch anytime over any spineless Liberal appeaser.

Obama's BFF Iran’s ‘staggering’ execution spree - nearly 700 put to death in just over six months.

Amnesty: Obama's BFF Iran’s ‘staggering’ execution spree - nearly 700 put to death in just over six months. (NCRI).

The Iranian authorities are believed to have executed an astonishing 694 people between 1 January and 15 July 2015, said Amnesty International today, in an unprecedented spike in executions in the country.

"This is equivalent to executing more than three people per day. At this shocking pace, Iran is set to surpass the total number of executions in the country recorded by Amnesty International for the whole of last year," the international human rights group said.

Iran’s staggering execution toll for the first half of this year paints a sinister picture of the machinery of the state carrying out premeditated, judicially-sanctioned killings on a mass scale,” said Said Boumedouha, Deputy Director of Amnesty International’s Middle East and North Africa Programme.
“If Iran’s authorities maintain this horrifying execution rate we are likely to see more than 1,000 state-sanctioned deaths by the year’s end.”
The announcement by Amnesty continued: "The surge in executions reveals just how out of step Iran is with the rest of the world when it comes to the use of the death penalty - 140 countries worldwide have now rejected its use in law or practice. Already this year three more countries have repealed the death penalty completely."
"Executions in Iran did not even stop during the holy month of Ramadan. In a departure from established practice, at least four people were executed over the past month."
"While Amnesty International opposes the use of the death penalty unconditionally and in all cases, death sentences in Iran are particularly disturbing because they are invariably imposed by courts that are completely lacking in independence and impartiality. They are imposed either for vaguely worded or overly broad offences, or acts that should not be criminalized at all, let alone attract the death penalty.

Trials in Iran are deeply flawed, detainees are often denied access to lawyers in the investigative stage, and there are inadequate procedures for appeal, pardon and commutation."
Said Boumedouha said: “The Iranian authorities should be ashamed of executing hundreds of people with complete disregard for the basic safeguards of due process,”.

“The use of the death penalty is always abhorrent, but it raises additional concerns in a country like Iran where trials are blatantly unfair.”

“For years, Iranian authorities have used the death penalty to spread a climate of fear in a misguided effort to combat drug trafficking, yet there is not a shred of evidence to show that this is an effective method of tackling crime,” said Said Boumedouha.

Many of those convicted of drug-related offences come from disadvantaged backgrounds. Their cases are rarely publicized. In a letter circulated online in June, 54 prisoners held on death row in Ghezel Hesar prison near Tehran described their plight:

“We are the victims of a state of hunger, poverty and misery, hurled down into the hollows of perdition by force and without our will… If we had jobs, if we did not need help, if we could turn our lives around and stop our children from going hungry, why should we have gone down a path that guaranteed us our death?”

Amnesty International continued: "Among those executed in Iran are also members of ethnic and religious minorities convicted of 'enmity against God' and 'corruption on earth' including Kurdish political prisoners and Sunni Muslims."

"Currently, based on monitoring work done by Amnesty International and other human rights organizations, several thousand people are believed to be on death row in Iran. The Iranian authorities have said that 80% of those awaiting execution are convicted of drug-related offences. They have not, however, provided an exact number."

“It is especially harrowing that there is no end in sight for this theatre of cruelty with Iran’s gallows awaiting thousands more death row prisoners,” said Said Boumedouha.

Prisoners in Iran are often left languishing on death row, wondering each day if it will be their last, the human rights group said. "In many cases they are notified of their execution only a few hours beforehand and in some cases, families learn about the fate of their loved ones days, if not weeks, later."

"Each year the Iranian authorities acknowledge a certain number of judicial executions. However, many more judicial executions are carried out but not acknowledged."

"As of 15 July 2015, the Iranian authorities had officially acknowledged 246 executions this year but Amnesty International has received credible reports of a further 448 executions carried out in this time period. In 2014, 289 people were executed according to official sources but credible reports suggested that the real figure was at least 743."Hmmmm....Just imagine what they will do to the ones they really hate, once they get hold of nuclear weapons.

IHR: 'Situation of the death penalty has deteriorated significantly during the presidency of Hassan Rouhani'

In 2012 Ahmadinejad stopped executions still Rouhani managed to hang in 2 months as many as Ahmadinejad hanged in 6 months.

IHR: 'Situation of the death penalty has deteriorated significantly during the presidency of Hassan Rouhani'. (IHR).

Annual 2014 Report at a Glance.

753 people were executed in 2014 (10% increase compared to 2013)

291 cases (39%) were announced by official sources

49% (367) were executed for drug-related charges

32% (240) were executed for murder charges

53 executions were conducted in public spaces

At least 14 juvenile offenders were among those executed

At least 26 women were executed

At least 4 people were resuscitated after being hanged.

The present report is being published while diplomatic relations between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the international community are at their strongest following the election of Hassan Rouhani as Iran’s president in June 2013.

In 2014 there have been high level meetings between the Iranian authorities and governments of many Western countries. In addition to visits by hundreds of lawmakers and politicians from the Western countries, top EU officials and foreign ministers of several countries including Norway, Sweden, Italy, Spain and Austria have visited Tehran. Dozens of high level meetings involving Iranian leaders have taken place on the international stage.

In spite of this level of engagement, the data collected by Iran Human Rights (IHR) and published in this report show that the number of executions conducted in 2014 is the highest in more than 15 years.

Moreover, a comparison of the execution rates in the 18 months before and after the election of Mr. Rouhani shows a significant increase in the use of the death penalty after Rouhani’s election.

There has also been the highest number of reported juvenile executions since 1990.

In addition, Iranian authorities continue execution for non-violent civil and political activists.

Executions of Arab teachers, Hadi Rashedi and Hashem Shabani, who belonged to an Arabic cultural group called “Al-Hiwar” (dialogue)[2], Gholamreza Khosravi, charged with giving economic support to a banned opposition group[3] and Mohsen Amir Aslani charged with insulting the Prophet Jonah and heresy[4], are just few examples of this practice.

The Iranian Supreme Court upheld the death sentence for Soheil Arabi, for insulting the Prophet on Facebook and he remains in danger of execution[5].

This report raises the question whether the use of death penalty has been an issue in the bilateral dialogue between Iran and the countries which are the main promoters of abolition of the death penalty on the international scene. If the death penalty is an important issue in these talks, why are the execution numbers rising at the same time as the diplomatic relations are increasingly flourishing? And more importantly, what specific measures are the international community going to take in order to counteract this trend?

Commenting the report Mahmood Amiry-Moghaddam, the director and spokesperson of IHR said, “Despite the improving relations between the international community and Iran, the situation of the death penalty has deteriorated significantly during the presidency of Hassan Rouhani. This trend cannot continue. Restriction of the use of the death penalty must be one of the top demands in any dialogue between the international community and Iran. It is time to show that human rights also benefit from these dialogues.” Hmmm.........Obama's  new BFF Iran. The Europeans out of greed would whitewash any action of the Mullahs their regime, just in order for good deals and cheap gas. Politicians have become traders for the global markets, human values and rights have no place in the wallets of these guys. Read the full report here. Download here.

British MPs condemn latest executions in 'Moderate' Iran as 'crimes against humanity'.

British MPs condemn latest executions in 'Moderate' Iran as 'crimes against humanity'.(NCRI).
The execution of 16 political prisoners in Iran is crime against humanity which should be investigated by the United Nations, British MPs have declared.
The death sentence bring the number of prisoners hanged in Iran under new 'moderate' president to more than 270, the British Parliamentary Committee for Iran Freedom said.
The committee added in a statement: "The BPCIF strongly condemns the execution of 16 political prisoners in Zahedan, Iran on October 4, 2013. The prisoners were executed collectively. According to Mohammad Marzieh, the prosecutor general of the city of Zahedan, all of the prisoners were executed in revenge for the killing of a number of revolutionary guards in Saravan.
"These arbitrary executions took place when no group has taken responsibility for the attack on the revolutionary guards."
The committee noted that Hedayatollah Mir-Moradzehi, Saravan’s representative in Iran’s Parliament, told the Qods Force's Tasnim news agency that information on who carried out the attacks was still 'sketchy'.
The BPCIF statement added: "The BPCIF draws attention to this clear case of collective punishment, which is in violation of international human rights law.
Nine of the 16 executed had said in a their own statement regarding the September 1 massacre at Camp Ashraf: "PMOI members were killed because they were defending the rights of the Iranian nation. They left their homes and homeland to defend justice and the rights of the Iranian nation.
"We, political prisoners, condemn this terrorist atrocity by the Qods Force that was implemented by the army under the command of Maliki and we call on supporters of human rights and UN member states to stop these terrorist operations by Iranian regime’s Qods Force and to punish perpetrators and sponsors of these operations."
The BPCIF added: "They were executed to strike fear in the people of Sistan and Baluchestan Province. These executions were politically motivated and constitute a crime against humanity.
"Since the inauguration of the new Iranian President, Hassan Rouhani, there have been over 270 executions in Iran.
"The BPCIF deplores the number of executions in Iran and supports the call by Mrs Maryam Rajavi, the President-elect of the National Council of Resistance of Iran, to refer the Iranian regimes human rights file to the UN Security Council and to the United Nations Human Rights Council for review."

American pastor faces death sentence in Iran - 'I am told I will hang for my faith in Jesus.'

HT: TundraTabloids. Mr Abdini, who converted to Christianity at the age of 20, was building an orphanage near the city of Rasht on the Caspian Sea, fuelled by a belief that the Bible teaches helping widows and orphans, according to his wife.
He was detained in 2009 but later released after agreeing to sign a commitment not to engage in religious activities such as working in underground churches.
Mr Abidini had travelled to Iran nine times since his detention before being arrested again. "He had no worries that he would be arrested, believing that he kept his end of the promise and that the government would keep their end," she told AFP. The US state department spokeswoman, Victoria Nuland, has expressed "serious concerns" about the case.
However, 49 US congressmen have urged the state department to call for Mr Abdini's release, saying the government could do more despite not having diplomatic relations with Iran.
The US Commission on International Religious Freedom, a panel advising American policymakers, has called on Iran to release Mr Abedini "immediately and unconditionally." Hmmmm......."The Future Does not belong to those......."Read the full story here.

Sister of Canadian Hamid Ghassemi on Death Row in Iran: News of Imminent Execution Delivered to Hamid During Our Prison Visit.

Sister of Canadian Hamid Ghassemi on Death Row in Iran: News of Imminent Execution Delivered to Hamid During Our Prison Visit.(Persian2English).Hamid Ghassemi-Shall’s sister told Rooz Online’s Fereshteh Ghazi the notice that the death sentence was sent to the Execution of Sentences Circuit Office was delivered to Hamid Ghassemi-Shall while his mother and sister were at the prison paying him a visit. Hamid’s sister Parvin Ghassemi-Shall, who accompanied her mother in the visit, said to Fereshteh Ghazi, “The execution was stayed two years ago on the order of Mr. Larijani. We were hopeful that Hamid would be released. However, since yesterday when the notice was issued, we have been extremely worried about whether Hamid will live to see another day.
Yesterday’s visit was irregular. Prison visits are granted on Mondays to political prisoners held in ward 350 (the general ward), but yesterday they suddenly called us and told us to come and visit him. While we were there, they delivered the execution notice.”
Hamid Ghassemi-Shall, who has been in prison since June 14, 2008, was sentenced to death on the charges of espionage and ties to the MEK by branch 29 of the Revolutionary Court. The sentence has been upheld and confirmed by Iran’s Supreme Court. The request for clemency was rejected by the Pardon and Clemency Board. Mr. Ghassemi-Shall’s sister told Rooz Online that her brother had no political activities, and there is no evidence in his file pointing to or proving his guilt. She had told Rooz before that the only evidence presented to the court was an e-mail which was never sent by Mr. Ghassemi-Shall. Parvin Ghassemi-Shall said: “There is no evidence. There is an A4 sheet of paper which is used as evidence they claim is the copy of an e-mail Hamid sent Alborz (his brother) requesting information and intelligence. However, the e-mail address appearing on the page does not belong to my brother. We requested many times for an expert to analyze the case but they have refused. My brothers asked them repeatedly to inquire from the Yahoo! server to see whether such an e-mail address ever existed at all. [The authorities] claim that they had access to [Hamid's and Alborz's] e-mails all along and were able to see their e-mails. If that is really the case, then why is there only this one A4 sheet of paper. There is no other evidence, no phone, no e-mail, nothing else.”
She added that they presented the copy of this A4 sheet of paper to two judicial experts who investigated the matter and informed them that there is no such address within the Yahoo! server. She called the evidence “so ridiculous that even a child who has just started to work with computers would realize it is fabricated.” However, she said, “The judge offered strange interpretations. Since there was the word “reminder” in the subject of the e-mail, the judge argued that there was a precedent and a pattern to the crime. And, because the e-mail ended with the phrase “in the hopes of victory”, the judge argued that a certain objective was being followed. Such arguments became the evidence of a crime for which they issued a death sentence for.
That is why when I try to explain the situation to Hamid’s Canadian wife, she cannot understand it or believe it. She is right– such things only happen in our country.” Parvin explains that Hamid, who is a Canadian citizen, visited Iran in May 2008 on an annual trip to see his family. “When my other brother Alborz was arrested, Hamid followed up. He would go to the Military Prosecutions office everyday. However, in June, they arrested him as well and claimed that Alborz was providing information and intelligence to the MEK through Hamid. Subsequently, they sentenced both my brothers to death.” Alborz Ghassemi-Shall died while he was being held in Evin prison. Parvin told Rooz Online: “Alborz was a Naval Force Captain, an instructor for Special Unit forces. He had been retired three years prior to his arrest and had applied for a passport. He was contacted by the military’s intelligence to go and get his passport, but he never returned. She added: “In January 2010, they informed us that Alborz died in prison of cancer. However, he was a healthy person…We were never provided with the autopsy results even though it was our right to know why and how our brother died. One time the military’s Intelligence Secretary told us, ‘We thought that they would just give him a slap on the wrist or a simple rebuke. We never thought it would end up like this.’ However, he did not specify why he should have received a rebuke. Unfortunately, any body who is a conscientious worker in our country is dealt a blow.” Parvin also told Rooz Online that Mr. Jafari, the head of branch 31 of the Supreme Court informed her that there is no evidence or proof in Hamid’s case, however, since the sentence has already been decided he will remain silent. Parvin asked him whether he was ready to sell his soul. His answer was silence.
Parvin Ghassemi-Shall describes their [family's] life as a “living hell”. Her mother just lost one of her daughters, her son Alborz died in prison, and she just witnessed her other son’s execution notice being delivered to him before her eyes. Parvin said: “My mother has lost all her energy, and I am weak too. Our life is a living hell. We do not know whether they will take my brother to the gallows or he will be able to see the light tomorrow. Whether they call it Islamic mercy or something else, I ask them to not execute my brother. I ask everyone to write a line or say some words so that maybe the Islamic Republic will have mercy on my brother.” I implore anyone who has a good relationship with the Islamic Republic to help us, and not let an innocent blood to be shed. I ask Mr. Larijani to study the case once again. Both my brothers were innocent. One is gone, please save the other one.Read the full story here.

  • Minister Livnat: My nephew was killed by a terrorist disguised as a Palestinian policeman.Hundreds attend the funeral of Ben-Joseph Livnat Sunday, killed by a Palestinian security officer leaving Joseph's Tomb near the West Bank city of Nablus earlier that day.Hundreds attended the funeral of Ben-Joseph Livnat Sunday, who was killed and three others were wounded earlier in the day when a Palestinian security officer opened fire on their car as they were leaving the holy site of Joseph's Tomb near the West Bank city of Nablus. The funeral procession left Alon More near Nablus, heading toward the Mount of Olives Graveyard. Livnat, 25, is the nephew of Science and Culture Minister Limor Livnat, and is survived by his wife and four children. The culture minister, accompanied by her parents at the funeral, said that her "nephew was killed by a terrorist disguised as a Palestinian policeman, through no fault of his own, just because he wished to pray. He was a person who just wanted to do good." She tearfully added "my nephew was named for Shlomo Ben-Joseph who sacrificed his soul for the land of Israel, and now my nephew has been murdered for the land of Israel, my dear son."The minister recalled how she "woke up this morning to a call from Ben-Joseph's mother, telling me he was killed by a terrorist dressed as a Palestinian policeman, and this is cold blooded murder." She said that all her nephew was trying to do was pray, and he was only killed "because he is Jewish". Livnat's father, Noam Livnat, spoke at the funeral that took place on Sunday afternoon because of the Passover holiday that begins in the evening. The bereaved father eulogized his son, saying "how wonderful is my lot, that I was blessed with such a son." He said that revenge for Livnat's death "would not be relevant," saying this is only one murder in many wars that must be avenged, and "the revenge that is needed is not new."Read the full story here.

  • Armenians Stage once more an Anti-Turkish Rally about the WWI 'Armenian Genocide'.(Aina)YEREVAN (AFP) -- Some 10,000 people rallied in the Armenian capital Yerevan on Saturday to demand that Turkey recognise the "genocide" of up to 1.5 million of their kin during World War I under the Ottoman Empire. The protest, organised by the influential Armenian Revolutionary Federation political party, attracted hordes of youths who marched with candles up to a hillock in Yerevan, consecrated to the memory of the victims. The protestors, staging the rally on the eve of the 96th anniversary of the massacre, held up banners saying: "Armenia wants Turkey to own up."The Interfax news agency put their number at 10,000.The two countries signed landmark protocols in 2009, under Swiss mediation, which were a first step towards ending decades of hostility over World War I massacres of Armenians under Ottoman Turks."Turkey stole from us our historic land, our monuments and our future," a party lawmaker, Vaghan Hovhannessian, said. The persecutions are commemorated every year on April 24. On that day in 1915, more than 200 Armenian intellectuals and community leaders were arrested in Constantinople, or present day Istanbul. That was followed by a wave of massacres and deportations which continued until 1917.Turkey rejects the "genocide" label, countering that 300,000 to 500,000 Armenians and at least as many Turks died in civil strife when Armenians rose up against their Ottoman rulers and sided with invading Russian forces.Hmmmm.....Erdogan "Muslims don't commit genocide".Read the full story here .

  • Crane arrives to topple monument to Humanity dedicated to peace between Turkey and Armenia on Rembrance day of the Armenian genocide.A crane and cargo truck have arrived at the site of the “Monument to Humanity” in the eastern province of Kars to remove the controversial sculpture described as “freakish” by Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan in January. The crane and truck that will lift and remove parts of the monument were kept waiting in the Su Kapı neighborhood before being brought to the monument on Sunday. The representative of the contractor that has undertaken the monument’s demolition said the Monument to Humanity would be removed on Monday after all the preparations are completed. “After the necessary measurements are made, the monument will be cut from top to bottom into 18 pieces, which will then be lifted into the truck and taken away,” representative Reis Karakoç said. The demolition of the monument, which was constructed to contribute to bringing peace to humanity, will “break people’s hearts rather than the monument itself,” according to the mayor of Kars, Naif Alibeyoğlu, who approved the monument’s construction. He is also a parliamentary candidate for the main opposition Republican People’s Party, or CHP. “Our only aim was to announce peace to humanity. We have for seven years explained why we built this monument.”Hmmmm....How much clearer can the insult from Erdogan to Armenia be?"Erdogan : Muslims don't commit Genocide"Read the full scandal story here.

  • Armenia remembers massacres amid Turkey impasse, while Obama betrays once again his election campain promise.YEREVAN, April 24, 2011 (AFP) - Armenians on Sunday marked 96 years since the mass killings of their ancestors under the Ottoman Empire amid apparent deadlock in the process of normalising relations with modern Turkey.Armenia contends the killings were a genocide — a label supported by some countries but vehemently opposed by Turkey — and the controversy has poisoned ties between Yerevan and Ankara to this day.President Serzh Sarkisian said in an address to mark the anniversary that Armenia was open to normalising relations with Turkey but also lashed out at its neighbour and foe for what he said was denial of genocide."The true scope and depth of the tragedy is known only to us, and every Armenian in any corner of the world feels devastating repercussions on his or her destiny in every sense," he said."Armenia has been proving through its resolute steps that despite black pages of history, it strives for peace with the neighbours, including Turkey."But he added: "Nevertheless, the official policy of Turkey carries on with the course of denial."Turkey categorically rejects the genocide label and says between 300,000 and 500,000 Armenians and at least as many Turks died in civil strife when Armenians took up arms and sided with invading Russian troops.US President Barack Obama avoided using the word "genocide" in his traditional anniversary statement but also said "contested history destabilises the present and stains the memory of those whose lives were taken.""A full, frank, and just acknowledgment of the facts is in all our interests," he said, in what could be seen as an implicit call for Turkey to admit the extent of the massacres.Showing that the historical controversy for now shows no sign of ending, Turkey voiced "deep regret" over Obama’s remarks, slamming them as "one-sided"."The statement distorts the historical facts," the foreign ministry said."Therefore, we find it very problematic and deeply regret it... One-sided statements that interpret controversial historical events by a selective sense of justice prevent understanding of the truth," it added.Hmmmm.......Told you he wouldn't act against his 'buddy' Erdogan."I will stand with my Muslim Brothers'?Read the full story here.

  • Palestinian 'Übermenschen' daily "Jews, Jews! Your holiday [Passover] is the Holiday of Apes".An article in the official PA daily newspaper claims that Palestinian Christian youth perform a spring march in the streets that includes the chant: "Jews, Jews! Your holiday [Passover] is the Holiday of Apes." (See PMW web site for examples of the Palestinian Authority referring to Jews as "apes and pigs.") He writes that these "meaningful messages" are in response to Israel's security measures in Jerusalem during the holiday of Passover:
"For many years the holy city [Jerusalem] has been deliberately closed to Palestinians, under security-related pretexts and for the Jewish festival of Passover."
The writer says that the Easter services in Jerusalem have lost their Palestinian flavor because of western Christian pilgrims:
"The festivities at the Church of the Holy Sepulchre have begun to assume a western character, because of the massive presence of foreign Christian pilgrims and the limited presence of Palestinians."
But the writer insists that in Palestinian Authority cities, the festivities have retained their Palestinian flavor. He describes youth chanting that the Jewish holiday of Passover is the "Holiday of the Apes":

"The spring carnival has retained its [Palestinian] flavor in towns such as Bethlehem, Beit Sahour and Ramallah... with the demonstrations of the Scouts, songs, dances, and popular Palestinian hymns about Christian-Islamic unity and internal Christian unity. These hymns carry meaningful messages, in response to the Israeli prohibition [to enter Jerusalem], as seen in the calls of the youth who lead the procession of light, waving swords and not caring if anyone accuses them of anti-Semitism: ... 'Our master, Jesus, the Messiah, the Messiah redeemed us, with his blood he bought us, and today we are joyous while the Jews are sad,' and, 'Jews, Jews! Your holiday is the Holiday of the Apes, while our holiday is the Holiday of the Messiah.'"Hmmmm........Why give a statehood to these 'Übermenschen' we still remember how the last ones acted?Read the full story here.

  • Video - Victim of McDonald's beating speaks out.A transgender woman beaten at a Baltimore County McDonald's spoke out on Saturday, saying that the attack was "definitely a hate crime" and that she's been afraid to go out in public ever since."They said, 'That's a dude, that's a dude and she's in the female bathroom,' " said Chrissy Lee Polis, 22, who said she stopped at the Rosedale restaurant to use the restroom. "They spit in my face."A worker at the restaurant taped Monday's attack and created a graphic video that went viral last week. After the video garnered hundreds of thousands of views on websites, McDonald's issued a statement condemning the incident, and on Saturday the worker who taped the incident was fired.

The video shows two females — one of them a 14-year-old girl — repeatedly kicking and punching Polis in the head as an employee and a patron try to intervene. Others can be heard laughing, and men are seen standing idly by.Toward the end of the video, one of the suspects lands a punishing blow to the victim's head, and Polis appears to have a seizure. A man's voice tells the women to run because police are coming.County police confirmed that the attack occurred April 18 in the 6300 block of Kenwood Ave. Police said the 14-year-old girl has been charged as a juvenile, while charges were pending against an 18-year-old woman. Reached Saturday, police officials said the investigation was continuing. The police report does not provide a motive but quotes one of the suspects saying that the fight was "over using a bathroom."Polis suffered cuts to her mouth and face, and said she had a seizure. She also acknowledged that she was intoxicated at the time of the assault. On Saturday she said she continued to suffer from painful bruises.Polis, who said she had a sex-change operation to become a woman, said this isn't the first time that she's been picked on physically because of her sexual identity. She said she's been subjected to beatings and even sexual assaults.Equality Maryland has called on state Attorney General Douglas F. Gansler to step in and investigate the case as a hate crime."As a community we remain horrified that transgender citizens are so vulnerable that they can be brutalized … for simply walking down the street," said Lisa Polyak, vice president of the board of directors for Equality Maryland. "She was simply trying to use a public accommodation. People should not feel threatened when they exist in public space.""My first and foremost concern is with the victim," franchise owner Mitchell McPherson said in a statement, adding that action might be taken against other restaurant workers as well. "I'm as shocked and disturbed by this assault as anyone would be. The behavior displayed in the video is unfathomable and reprehensible."Polis said she plans to take legal action against the restaurant."Anyone in my predicament should not be afraid to walk the streets," Polis said. Israeli scientists have created a detector, similar looking to a full-body scanner but with three concealed cartridges each containing eight specially trained mice.According to the New Scientist the mice work four-hour shifts and are more accurate than using dogs and x-ray machines, the researchers claim.Air is pumped into the cartridges every four hours so the mice can breathe. When the mice sense traces of drugs they run to a side chamber where the trigger an alarm, the magazine said.Eran Lumbroso, and inventor whose company BioExplorers is hopeful a larger company will help with the final stages of development, said: "It is as if they are smelling a cat and escaping. We detect the escape."The device was tested last year on 1,000 shoppers in a Tel Aviv shopping mall when the mice successfully picked out 22 people carrying mock explosives. Those Jews are so smart....Hmmmm....Dr.Dolittle said the mice  love their new job at the Mossad?Read the full story here.

  • David Cameron studies plans for multi-faith House of Lords. David Cameron is considering plans to create a "multi-faith" House of Lords where Muslim imams could sit alongside Anglican and Catholic bishops. The controversial suggestion is revealed in a paper drawn up by Tory officials which calls for a wide range of different churches to be represented once reforms to the Upper House are carried out. Currently 26 Anglican bishops have seats in the Lords. But Nick Clegg, the Deputy Prime Minister, is drawing up a draft bill setting out wholesale changes to the Lords that are expected to include provisions for hundreds of existing peers, including the bishops, to be evicted while at least 80 per cent of new members are elected. The paper, produced by the Conservative Christian Fellowship, says: "Christians need to enter the debate and make it clear that we value the presence of the Lords Spiritual, but this doesn't have to mean unquestioning support for the status quo. "There is a strong argument that our legislature would also benefit from the wisdom of leaders of Baptist, Catholic, Methodist and black-led congregations. "A broad bench of Lords Spiritual drawn from a range of churches in Britain could provide a powerful vision of unity."The Prime Minister is said to favour the idea because he is determined that the House of Lords is not turned into a secular institution and that it retains a link with faith-based organisations. Mr Clegg's bill, which is being negotiated with senior Conservative ministers and the Labour frontbench, had been due to be unveiled last month. However, the plans have been delayed by the forthcoming referendum on voting reform and Mr Clegg is now understood to be preparing to unveil the blueprint in the coming months. Senior Conservatives are drawing up a range of alternative reform proposals, amid fears that Mr Clegg's changes will be too radical. One concern is that Mr Clegg wants to abolish the 26 bishops or "Lords Spiritual". They are all drawn from the established Church of England, and Mr Clegg will argue that they are an anomaly in a modern, democratic chamber. The prospect of imams sitting alongside bishops is bound to prove highly controversial and raise fresh questions about the links between church and state. But Tory insiders point out that there are already Catholic, Muslim and Jewish peers in the Lords. The Chief Rabbi Jonathan Sacks is a life peer, as is the Chairman of the Conservative Party, Baroness Warsi, a Muslim. One senior Tory insider said: "It is inconceivable that we continue with a faith element to the Lords without Catholic bishops being represented. It is also high time black Pentecostal leaders were better represented. As such we are going to have to consider whether other faiths are represented as well. "The idea of imams in the House of Lords may upset some people but that is better than not having anything spiritual at all.Hmmmm.....'Happy Easter'The Trojan Egg has hatched.Read the full story here.

  • HT:CreepingSharia.Judge rules Minn. Islamic charter school must face ACLU’s suit.A federal judge on Wednesday shot down a Twin Cities charter school’s bid to dismiss an American Civil Liberties Union lawsuit claiming it promotes Islam, clearing the way for a summer trial. In a ruling spelling out why the 2-year-old case merits a trial, U.S. District Judge Donovan Frank offered an unusually detailed account of close ties between the Tarek ibn Ziyad Academy and the religious organizations that acted as its landlords.TiZA strongly denies allegations that it promotes religion. Its lead attorney cautioned that the Wednesday ruling reflects ACLU allegations that the school will fight at trial.“The school is looking forward to its day in court,” said the attorney, Shamus O’Meara. “There are two sides to this story.”The ruling also saddles the school with about $2 million in legal fees incurred by co-defendants in the case — an expense O’Meara said could shutter the charter school, which has campuses in Inver Grove Heights and Blaine. At a February hearing, Frank suggested he would let the case advance to trial and hold the school liable for the legal fees of two of its co-defendants, the Minnesota Department of Education and its authorizer. Both settled with the ACLU.In the ruling Wednesday in St. Paul, Frank explained his decision. He also ruled the ACLU can demand the return of millions of dollars in taxpayer money the school has received from the state.Read the full story here.

  • National Day of Incitement and Intimidation for the Black Panthers.By GulagBound.April 23rd, 2011 is the National Day of Action sponsored by the New Black Panthers. There will be protests in over 60 cities and they will also occur internationally. They are urging African Americans to boycott all “non-black” businesses and are threatening to go door to door to get in people’s faces over black justice. And they have a whole list of the oppressed black community they seemed to be fighting for. The voice of incitement and intimidation is growing out there evidently and the New Black Panthers are one of the ones at the forefront. They want violence and revolution. They want death to all those who they “hate.” They want riots in the streets. Here is a list off their site of those they fight for : “The National Day of Action and Unity” will bring to attention the plight of so many who are uneducated, exploited, behind prison walls, disunited, in poor health, homeless, victims of police brutality, pimped by crooked politicians, tortured, falsely accused, under developed, morally perverse, apathetic, addicted to drugs and alcohol, victims of harsh budget cuts and genocide. Special attention will be given to victims of neo-colonialism, corrupt governments, imperialism, Zionism, capitalism and inadequate concern for the Diaspora of Africa.”I especially love the parts linking budget cuts to genocide. Of serious interest is their anti-Semite bent as well as their anti-capitalist declarations.I’m sorry… These people sound like militant thugs to me, even terrorists. They want to unite black people – it sounds more like they want a race war and class warfare to me. And don’t forget the Marxist call for ‘Solidarity’: Therefore, we must have a new mass awakening of Black People. The sleeping giant of the planet. We will teach, educate, uplift, confront, expose, recruit, train, operate and demonstrate, organize and mobilize as never before. We shall put aside our petty differences, egos, affiliations and denominations for the greater goals of unity, solidarity, nation and worldwide struggle. We shall unite for a common cause.I would let DHS know, but I’m afraid they would be on the side of the terrorists. Even the ADL has come out against these “Justice Demonstrations” strongly pointing out their obvious racism and anti-Semitism. From the ADL: “The New Black Panther Party (NBPP), the largest organized anti-Semitic and racist Black militant group in America, has used troubling language to describe several of the events. The group has stated that opposing Jews and “Zionism” is one of the “pressing issues” they wish to address, among myriad other social and political issues.”And I know all of the above sounds a little “radical.”Hmmmm......Holder's "My people"?But hey, at least they are not some crazed “redneck” militia.Read the full story here.
