Israel in turn has demanded to know whether the weapons were intended to attack Kurdish rebels positioned on the Turkish-Syrian border, Kuwaiti paper reports.    

A representative appointed by Turkey's Defense Ministry has been sent to Israel in order to procure Israeli made weapons and aircraft equipment as a condition for the return to normalized relations between the two countries, Arab media reported Wednesday.     

Israel has yet to responded to the Turkish request, waiting to see if Ankara was still committed to honoring previous agreements to buy gas from the Jewish state. In turn, Turkey has yet to respond to Israeli inquiries concerning the use of UAV's against the Kurds.

In response to reports that Turkey and Israel were close to reaching an agreement in returning to normalized relations, Defense Minister Moshe Ya'alon said earlier this week that it was difficult to proceed in negotiations between the nations if Turkey continues to support the terrorist organizations Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood.

"I am not sure if we can arrive to an agreement" if they continue funding these extremist organizations, Ya'alon said. "They must comply with the terms of our agreement so that we can overcome these obstacles," he added. Islamist Turkish President Erdogan Says A 'Mastermind' Is Plotting Against Turkey; Antisemitic 'Documentary' Says Jews Have Been 'Mastermind' For Over 3,500 Years. (MEMRI).

Since October 2014, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has regularly referred to the concept of a "Mastermind" (ust akil, "supra-intellect," in Turkish) that, he says, is plotting against Turkey. This concept has been applauded by the Islamist pro-AKP media.

Erdogan's December 12, 2014 speech, which focused on this "mastermind" concept, inspired the production of a two-hour "documentary" by one of the leading Turkish television channels, the pro-AKP A Haber.

The film, titled "The Mastermind," first aired on March 15, 2015 and has been broadcast repeatedly since then; in addition, the Turkish Islamist pro-AKP media are circulating the film on their own websites.

According to this film, Jewish "domination of the world" goes back 3,500 years, to the days of Moses. The film presents three Jewish historical figures who, it claims, shaped the Jews' hunger for power: the medieval Spanish philosopher and Torah scholar Moses Maimonides, Charles Darwin (who was not in fact a Jew), and German-American philosopher Leo Strauss.

Erdogan: The Mastermind – "You Know Who It Is"

"The Mastermind" opens with images of the Star of David, and images of a replica of the Temple in Jerusalem, and then an excerpt of President Erdogan's December 12, 2014 speech is shown, with him saying: "I am emphasizing this: Do not think that these are operations[1] that target me personally. Do not think that these operations are against our government or any [political] party. My friends, the target of these operations and initiatives is Turkey, Turkey's existence, her unity, peace, and stability. They are especially against Turkey's economy and its independence. As I have said before, behind all these there is a Mastermind, which has now become part of our national conversation. Some ask me, 'Who is this mastermind?' and I say, 'It is for you to research this. And you do know what it is, you know who it is.'"

"We Have To Look For The Mastermind In Jerusalem Where The Sons Of Israel Live"

The narrator then begins: "The Mastermind, whose roots go back thousands of years, who rules, burns, destroys, starves the world, creates wars, organizes revolutions and coups, establishes states within states – this 'intellect' is not only Turkey's curse, but the curse of the entire world. Who is this mastermind? The answer is hidden inside truths and facts that can never be called conspiracy theories. "This story begins in the very old days, 3,500 years ago, when Moses brought his people out of Egypt to Jerusalem. The only guide he had was the Ten Commandments. This is what was placed inside a wooden Ark which was later brought into the Temple of Solomon. "This is not myth but fact. And we have to look for the mastermind in Jerusalem where the sons of Israel live."

As They Destroy The World, The Jews Are Searching For The Ark Of The Covenant

Islamist pro-AKP political history professor Ramazan Kurtoglu says in the film that as they destroy the entire world, the Jews are searching for this Ark of Covenant that they lost. He ties the Iraq War to Jewish aspirations to find the Ark, and claims that the first thing that the Americans did when they entered Baghdad was to go Abu Ghuraib, at that time a museum and not yet a prison, and collect all the ancient stone tablets and papyri of ancient times.

The Jewish Faith Is A Political Philosophy, Not A Religion; Maimonides Envisioned "A New World Order... Ruled By The Children Of Israel" The film's narration says that the Jewish faith is a political philosophy rather than a religion, and mentions three figures that "the Jews look up to and follow" – naming "Rabbi Ben-Maimon (Maimonides), considered the greatest of all Bible commentators, who lived in the Middle Ages" who he says believed that "the Jews are the Masters, and all other people are to be their slaves." The second, Charles Darwin, is "a Jew [sic], a biologist [and] a scientist who is the architect of the theory of evolution. The third is a German Jew, Leo Strauss, the father of American neo-conservatism."

Prof. Kurtoglu states, "Maimonides envisioned a new world order in which the world would be ruled by the Children of Israel, God's chosen people."

The Jews Use Darwin's Theory To Assert That God Created Them – But Everyone Else Evolved From Apes

Also appearing in the film is another pro-AKP academic, Ebubekir Sofuoglu, who says that the Jews believe that they, the descendants of Isaac, consider themselves the masters, and that "all of us," the descendants of Ishmael, are created to serve the Jews. Sofuoglu also claims that the Jews used the Jew Darwin's theory to assert their religious belief that God created the Jews while everyone else evolved from apes. Also in the film, Islamist journalists and writers from the pro-AKP Islamist media, among them Yusuf Kaplan, Hasan Karakaya, Aydin Unal, Alper Tan, Prof. Hayrettin Karaman, Avni Ozgurel and others, in addition to government (AKP) officials, are shown giving their views of "the Mastermind" – whom they identify as "the Jews" as well as "the U.S." (the latter of which the film earlier claims is dominated by the Jews). They blame them for both the destruction of the Ottoman Empire and for the coups in modern Turkey aimed at ousting Islamist leaders and parties. Some of the journalists and officials depict the U.S. as a Zionist entity, while others claim that the U.S. is yet another country that is being controlled by a "Mastermind" lobby.

Advisor to Turkish Prime Minster Ahmet Davutoglu says in the film that what Erdogan is doing is bringing this entire story to people's attention, and urging them to see the big picture.

Erdogan, he says, wants recent events (the "operations" mentioned in his December 2014 speech) to be placed in this context – and for them to be seen as attempts by "a Mastermind" to bring down Turkey and its government. Following are excerpts from an interview with leading Sunni scholar Sheik Yousuf Al-Qaradhawi, which aired on Al-Arabiya TV on June 9, 2013.

Sheik Yousuf Al-Qaradhawi: It is not just the army that is fighting in Syria, but the Russians and the Iranians. The Iranians are fighting us through the money they send, and by means of their weapons, their men, and their policies.

The most dominant group that is fighting the Syrian people is the group that calls itself "Hizbullah" ["Party of God"], although it is, in fact, the "Party of Satan." "Satan has overcome them and made them forget the remembrance of Allah. They are the party of Satan. It is the party of Satan that will be the losers." They have come to fight the Syrian people. They are killing them by the thousands.But Allah will not let them be. Allah will take revenge on them for the Syrian people.

I defended Hizbullah when it was fighting Israel. I defended them when the most important sheiks in Saudi Arabia warned against Hizbullah, against the strife they sow, against their deception, and against what they harbor within. I defended them.

As it turns out, the position of those clerics was more mature and discerning than mine. I took things at face value. After all, I want to unite the Muslims and bring them together. The Muslims are fighting the Zionists. How could I possibly take the same position as the Zionists?

But it turns out that the sheiks – may Allah have mercy upon those who have passed away and preserve those who are alive – saw things more clearly than me.

Those people, whom I defended, have come to kill their brethren in Syria.

I call upon anybody who is capable, anyone who has experienced fighting anywhere in the world, and can go and help his brothers in Al-Qusseir and those parts, to go and do so, if there is nothing to stop him.

I call upon individuals and countries to do so – especially the countries of the Arab Gulf, who are closest to [Sunni] Syrians, but also upon all the other Arab countries.

Interviewer: Are you calling for Jihad in Syria?

Sheik Yousuf Al-Qaradhawi: Jihad is now incumbent upon all Muslims, each according to his capabilities – both individuals and countries. Nobody must spare a thing in helping this country, which will be destroyed if we do not help it. The Islamic nation is capable of helping it.

In Gaza, Antisemitic Cleric Sheik Yusuf al-Qaradawi rejects Israel’s existence.(AA).

al-Qaradawi who is making a landmark visit to the Gaza Strip has declared that Israel has no right to exist.

Yusuf al-Qaradawi said Thursday that “this land has never once been a Jewish land. Palestine is for the Arab Islamic nation.” The Qatar-based cleric was made famous by his popular TV show and is widely respected in the Muslim world.

Al-Qaradawi arrived in Gaza late Wednesday for a visit seen as a boost of legitimacy for the ruling Hamas militant group.

Hamas seized control of Gaza in 2007 following several days of fighting against the rival Palestinian faction Fatah.

The Fatah-dominated Palestinian Authority, which governs in the West Bank, has condemned al-Qaradawi’s visit. It says his presence is cementing the rift between the two Palestinian factions.Read the full story here.

In a January 2009 speech that aired on Al Jazeera, Qaradawi said:

"Throughout history, Allah has imposed upon the [Jews] people who would punish them for their corruption. The last punishment was carried out by Hitler. By means of all the things he did to them - even though they exaggerated this issue - he managed to put them in their place. This was divine punishment for them. Allah willing, the next time will be at the hands of the believers."

At a January 2009 "Gaza Victory Rally" in Qatar, Qaradawi declared:

"The only thing that I hope for is that as my life approaches its end, Allah will give me an opportunity to go to the land of Jihad and resistance, even if in a wheelchair. I will shoot Allah's enemies, the Jews, and they will throw a bomb at me, and thus, I will seal my life with martyrdom. Praise be to Allah.... [Allah] will not allow these people [Jews] to continue to spread corruption in the land. We wait for the revenge of Allah to descend upon them, and Allah willing, it will be by our own hands."

Qaradawi then besought the deity not to "spare a single one of them." "Oh Allah," he said, "count their numbers, and kill them, down to the very last one."

In a February 2010 interview with BBC Arabic, Qaradawi reaffirmed his support for suicide bombings:

"I supported martyrdom operations. This is a necessary thing, as I told them in London. Give the Palestinians tanks, airplanes, and missiles, and they won't carry out martyrdom operations. They are forced to turn themselves into human bombs, in order to defend their land, their honor, and their homeland."

On another occasion in 2010, Qaradawi made it clear that every Muslim had a duty to obey the commandments of the Prophet Muhammad, regardless of how brutal or barbaric they might be: "If you believe that Muhammad is the messenger of Allah, then you must obey him—for he does not command except that which is good. So, even if he tells you to kill, you must."

In an October 2010 interview with Al-Jazeera, Qaradawi was asked whether Muslims should try to acquire atomic weapons "to terrorize their enemies." He replied that such an objective was permissible, saying he was "happy" that Pakistan already possessed such a weapon. According to Qaradawi, the procurement of such agents of mass destruction was in compliance with Koranic verses urging Muslims "to terrorize thereby the enemy of God and your enemy."

Also in late 2010, Qaradawi stated: "We must irrigate [the] tree of freedom with our blood. We must not leave the Palestinians alone." Every Muslim, he elaborated, "must play his part to help our brothers in Palestine until they obtain their right. Not one inch of the Land of Islam must remain in the grasp of infidels and occupiers."

Qaradawi has also been outspoken about such topics as apopstasy, rape, and homosexuality. For example:

• According to Qaradawi, Islam’s practice of executing apostates has served to ensure Islam’s survival since the 15th century: “If they had gotten rid of the apostasy punishment Islam wouldn’t exist today.”
• When asked if female rape victims should be punished under Islam, Qaradawi replied: “To be absolved from guilt, the raped woman must have shown some sort of good conduct.... Since Islam addresses women to maintain their modesty, as not to open the door for evil…. [F]or a rape victim to be absolved from guilt, she must not be the one that opens … her dignity for deflowering.”
• In 2004 Qaradawi wrote a fatwa that presented burning or stoning as acceptable penalties for those who practice homosexuality, adding: “While such punishments may seem cruel, they have been suggested to maintain the purity of the Islamic society and to keep it clean of perverted elements.” 

Due to his support for Palestinian terrorism, Qaradawi has been barred from entering the United States since 1999. In February 2008, the United Kingdom also denied his visa on grounds that "[t]he UK will not tolerate the presence of those who seek to justify any act of terrorist violence...”
