"The enemy within?" - 40 Americans Return to US From War-Torn Syria 'No Problemo' - Intel Chief. (SP).

Thousands of people have entered war-torn Syria since the conflict began, 180 of them Americans. 40 of these US citizens have returned home, and despite fears that they could bring radicalization home, the US spy chief insists they pose no immediate threat.

Speaking before the Council on Foreign Relations on Monday, Director of National Intelligence James Clapper said that most of the Americans who have traveled to Syria since the conflict began went for humanitarian purposes. Their return should not cause alarm, he said.

“If they come back, and they are not involved in plotting, or don’t have nefarious purpose, that’s their right and privilege as an American citizen to come back,” Clapper said.

Nearly 20,000 fighters have flocked to Syria from around the world since the civil war began, a conflict which has killed an estimated 200,000 people.

Still, Clapper stressed his belief that the Islamic State is in decline, citing waning donations due to the terrorist group’s widely broadcasted violence.

“I think there is change afoot in the Mideast,” Clapper said, according to the Telegraph. “It’s not going to occur overnight. But I think these brutalities, publicized brutalities by ISIL, beheadings, immolation and the like, have really had a galvanizing effect even in the Mideast.” Hmmm......Sometimes it's just beyond words what this 'Admin' pulls.Surely these guys are not dangerous.....see tweet below. Read the full story here.

For two and a half decades critical federal programs with serious flaws have been singled out as “high risk” in a biennial audit that’s largely discounted by Congress even though many are longtime offenders, including a crucial anti-terrorism initiative designed to protect the homeland.

The 2015 report was released today and it’s an exhausting 404 pages long, but Judicial Watch has plucked out some examples of those celebrating their silver anniversary on the “high risk” roster.


Here are a few of the scarier ones that have also been deemed high risk for years; since 2005 the U.S. government has failed to establish effective mechanisms for sharing and managing terrorism-related information to protect the homeland, according to the report.

Since 2003 the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has not been able to strengthen security management functions and since 2007 Uncle Sam has not adequately ensured the effective protection of technologies critical to U.S. National Security interests.Read the full story here.

The nation’s most violent street gangs—including Mara Salvatrucha—are actively recruiting new members at U.S. shelters housing illegal immigrant minors and they’re using Red Cross phones to communicate, a Homeland Security source tells Judicial Watch.

JW has reported extensively on the crisis created by the sudden influx of mostly Central American minors that have crossed into the U.S. through the Mexican border in recent weeks. It has created havoc and will end up costing American taxpayers billions of dollars to house, process, medically treat, feed and inevitably educate the Unaccompanied Alien Children (UAC) which are being dispersed throughout the country. They are bringing in dangerous diseases—including swine flu, dengue fever, Ebola virus and tuberculosis— and occupying our military bases as shelters.

As if all this weren’t bad enough, the invasion is also supplying the nation’s most dangerous street gangs with new soldiers. The Mara Salvatrucha (MS-13) and the 18^th Street gangs are on a recruiting frenzy at the various facilities housing the newly arrived illegal aliens, according to JW’s source. 

The MS-13 is a feared street gang of mostly Central American illegal immigrants that’s spread throughout the U.S. and is renowned for drug distribution, murder, rape, robbery, home invasions, kidnappings, vandalism and other violent crimes. The Justice Department’s National Gang Intelligence Center (NGIC) says criminal street gangs like the MS-13 are responsible for the majority of violent crimes in the U.S. and are the primary distributors of most illicit drugs.

The 18^th Street gang is considered the largest organized gang in Los Angeles County with about 15,000 members that operate a number of criminal enterprises throughout the region. Last year ten of its leaders were indicted for running a large-scale methamphetamine and drug trafficking business in South Los Angeles.

A local newspaper report about the case says 18^th Street gang leaders deported from the U.S. in the 1990s helped spread the gang across Central America and into Mexico. It’s not unreasonable to conclude that some of the members are among the tens of thousands of UACs that have entered the U.S. recently.

In fact, last month the president of the Tucson Border Patrol Union, veteran agent Art Del Cueto, confirmed to JW that the UACs are not all little kids as the media was largely reporting at that point. Many are in their late teens and have possible ties to gang members, Del Cueto said. After seeing the first few batches of UACs, Del Cueto immediately expressed concern that the illegal aliens would be relocated in the U.S. with family despite affiliations with criminal enterprises.


That makes this week’s insider report of violent gangs openly recruiting UACs—with the help of phones provided by a well-known charity—all the more appalling. JW’s inside source is on the ground and has received first-hand reports from federal agents at the scene.

May 9, 2013, email reveals IRS plans to meet with Department of Justice over whether to prosecute groups that “lied” about plans for political activity 

(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch today released a new batch of internal IRS documents revealing that former IRS official Lois Lerner communicated with the Department of Justice (DOJ) about whether it was possible to criminally prosecute certain tax-exempt entities. The documents were obtained as a result of an October 2013 Judicial Watch Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit filed against the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) after the agency refused to respond to four FOIA requests dating back to May 2013.
The newly released IRS documents contain an email exchange between Lerner and Nikole C. Flax, then-Chief of Staff to then-Acting IRS Commissioner Steven T. Miller discussing plans to work with the DOJ  to prosecute nonprofit groups that “lied” (Lerner’s quotation marks) about political activities. The exchange includes the following:

DOJ is feeling like it needs to respond, but want to talk to the right folks at IRS to see whether there are impediments from our side and what, if any damage this might do to IRS programs.

I told him that sounded like we might need several folks from IRS…

I think we should do it – also need to include CI [Criminal Investigation Division], which we can help coordinate. Also, we need to reach out to FEC. Does it make sense to consider including them in this or keep it separate?

Lerner then “handed off” scheduling the issue to Senior Technical Adviser, Attorney Nancy Marks, who was then supposed to set up the meeting with the DOJ.  Lerner also decided that it would be DOJ’s decision as to whether representatives from the Federal Election Commission would attend.

“These new emails show that the day before she broke the news of the IRS scandal, Lois Lerner was talking to a top Obama Justice Department official about whether the DOJ could prosecute the very same organizations that the IRS had already improperly targeted,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton.

Last Friday, in a speech at Al Sharpton’s National Action Network conference, President Obama proudly announced that the Justice Department had taken on more than 100 voting rights cases since 2009.

The problem with that claim is that, since 2009, the Justice Department has taken on only 39 voting rights cases—and as former Voting Section lawyer Christian Adams points out, only 13 were related to protecting minority voting rights. And, with respect to some of the cases in which the department has been involved, it lost spectacularly—such as its false claim that South Carolina’s voter ID law was discriminatory.

Perhaps President Obama misspoke when he overstated the number of voting rights cases by more than 60—or perhaps he was misinformed by his Attorney General, Eric Holder.

In fact, the ever-criticized Bush administration had a much better enforcement record with much higher case numbers than the Obama administration, as was outlined in a report released by the Justice Department’s Inspector General in March 2013. President Obama also made no mention of his administration’s unjustified dismissal of the voter intimidation case against the New Black Panther Party—that would, after all, not fit the narrative he is trying to propagate. Regardless, President Obama’s exaggerated claims come as no surprise, especially given the setting of this particular speech.

Al Sharpton’s National Action Network conference in New York City, where Bertha Lewis, the former CEO of ACORN, an organization convicted of numerous voter registration frauds, participated in a panel discussion earlier in the week, was the perfect arena for the President’s inaccurate claims.

In her remarks, Lewis declared that there is a “great fear” of what she called the “darker…new majority” that she says wields power in America. She went on to say that supporters of voter ID laws are attempting to implement a “South African apartheid-type thing where the masters of the universe still rule.” She is apparently unaware that Nelson Mandela, South Africa’s former president, supported voter ID laws or that South Africa today has much stricter ID requirements than any state in America.

Consider also that Al Sharpton keynoted a voting rights rally in Ohio this March where convicted voting fraudster and former Ohio poll worker Melowese Richardson was brought onto the stage and given a hero’s welcome. Sharpton embraced Richardson, despite her 2013 sentencing in state court for six counts of voter fraud (as well as her previous convictions for intimidating and threatening a witness in a case against her brother, DUI, theft, and participating in a bar fight). During the investigation into Ms. Richardson’s fraud, she showed no remorse for abusing her role as a guardian of the polls. As Judge Robert P. Ruehlman of Ohio put it, Richardson’s actions diluted her fellow citizens’ votes and infringed on the sacred doctrine of “one person, one vote.”

In light of President Obama’s claim that voting rights “justice” is being administered by the Department of Justice, it is worth noting that Melowese Richardson was never charged by the Justice Department—even though she admitted, on camera, to having voted for President Obama multiple times in 2012, which is a felony under federal law.

This type of behavior may explain another claim by President Obama at last week’s conference: that there were “only 10 cases of alleged in-person voter impersonation in 12 years.”

If the DOJ is going to ignore cases in which voter fraud is being openly admitted, their prosecution statistics will continue to lose any semblance of credibility. Not surprisingly, the President ignored the hundreds of people that North Carolina just discovered to have voted twice in the 2012 election and the numerous other cases of voter fraud that have been successfully prosecuted over the past decade by state and local authorities. That wouldn’t fit his narrative either.

The President denounces voter fraud as myth, while ignoring documented cases of blatant voter fraud.

In his Friday speech, President Obama said that all Americans must have an equal right to vote and that he is in favor of common sense reform to secure the ballot. Voter fraud prevents Americans from holding an equal right to vote because, as Judge Ruehlman said, the votes of honest Americans are diminished when fraud is committed. And what could be a more common sense reform than requiring the same kind of ID that the government requires visitors to show when they enter a government building—such as the White House or the Department of Justice?

Proposed new IRS definition will be “substantial burden” to more than 100,000 non-profit organizations, could “turn-off”volunteers from civic engagement

(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch announced today that on January 28, 2014, it sent a letter to Office of Management and Budget (OMB) requesting that it direct the Treasury Department to withdraw a new Internal Revenue Service (IRS) proposal to redefine “political activity” in a way that could place a “substantial … record-keeping and collection of information burden” on more than 100,000 non-profit organizations.

Under a new Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, Guidance for Tax-Exempt Social Welfare Organizations on Candidate-Related Political Activities (NPRM), the Obama IRS seeks, without the approval of Congress, to rewrite the decades-old definition – “participation of intervention in political campaigns on behalf of or in opposition to any candidate for public office” – with a new term – “candidate-related political activity.”

According to Judicial Watch, the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA) submission filed by the IRS to support its proposal redefinition “does not analyze the substantial burden this new term will place on nearly all of the more than 100,000 501(c)(4) organizations,” and is therefore “fundamentally flawed.”

The letter to OMB was signed for Judicial Watch by attorney Alan P. Dye, a recognized national expert in non-profit law and government regulation, of the law firm Webster, Chamberlain and Bean, LLP.

Specifically, the Judicial Watch letter to OMB cites the following “flaws” in the IRS PRA submission:

First … the Service [IRS] fails to mention, let alone review and evaluate as required under PRA, the burden of the collection of information arising out of its replacement of long-standing language … The new term … includes several activities … that under the long-standing concept would not be treated as political activity … Although the Service is now proposing to regulate these activities (by limiting their amount), it does not analyze the burden arising from its landscape-changing definition.

Second, ‘burden’ is broadly defined in the PRA to include all of the ‘time, effort, or financial resources expended by persons to generate, maintain, or provide information to or for a Federal agency,’ including any time or other expenditure needed to review instructions, acquire technology, or search data sources … Yet, the Service has completely ignored these components of burden. Third, the new inclusion of volunteer hours imposed an additional layer of recordkeeping and burden upon these non-profit organizations, many of which rely heavily upon local volunteers … Anyone who has worked with volunteers knows that recordkeeping can be notoriously difficult – how many volunteers are going to want to fill out time cards for their service? How many volunteers are going to be turned off from civic engagement due to this paperwork burden?

“In short,” the Judicial Watch letter concludes, “the Service has failed to address the collection of information arising out of the NPRM’s new term … Consequently, the Service has not reviewed and evaluated the substantial burden this new term will place on nearly all of the 100,000 501(c) (4) organizations … [W]e respectfully request that the Director disapprove of the collection of information contained in the NPRM ….” Because Judicial Watch does not engage in political activity, the NPRM does not directly affect the organization.

“The Obama IRS wants to kill the conservative movement with paperwork and regulation,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “These new IRS rules violate the law and could, through First Amendment-killing paperwork, freeze millions of patriotic volunteers, from both sides of the political divide. President Obama and his administration ought to start obeying the law rather than rewriting it.”

The Obama IRS gave preferential treatment to liberal groups during the same period.

Now their is proof the IRS and Treasury Department secretly drafted rules to target conservatives. This email shows the IRS’s Lois Lerner and Treasury Department conspired to draft new 501(c)(4) regulations targeting conservatives.

Rep. Dave Camp (R-MI) revealed this email yesterday during House Committee on Ways and Means committee hearing with the IRS commissioner John Koskinen.

The Obama administration’s Treasury Department and former IRS official Lois Lerner conspired to draft new 501(c)(4) regulations to restrict the activity of conservative groups in a way that would not be disclosed publicly, according to the House Committee on Ways and Means.

The Treasury Department and Lerner started devising the new rules “off-plan,” meaning that their plans would not be published on the public schedule. They planned the new rules in 2012, while the IRS targeting of conservative groups was in full swing, and not after the scandal broke in order to clarify regulations as the administration has suggested.

The rules would place much more stringent controls on what would be considered political activity by the IRS, effectively limiting the standard practices of a wide array of non-profit groups.

“Don’t know who in your organizations is keeping tabs on c4s, but since we mentioned potentially addressing them (off -plan) in 2013, I’ve got my radar up and this seemed interesting…,” Treasury official Ruth Madrigal wrote in a June 14, 2012 email to Lerner and others obtained by Ways and Means and provided to The Daily Caller.

Ways and Means chairman Rep. Dave Camp blasted the off-the-record plan during a hearing Wednesday with IRS commissioner John Koskinen, and called for the administration’s newly proposed 501(c)(4) rules to be halted until criminal investigations into the IRS targeting scandal are complete.

Turkey’s consumers now spend more of their budget on pilgrimages to Mecca than they do on vacuum cleaners, compact discs or rice flour, according to new weightings in the official inflation index.

The inclusion of the pilgrimage comes after respondents to surveys said more than 0.1 percent of their expenditures went to the trips, Birol Aydemir, the head of the statistical agency, said in an interview in Ankara today. The new calculation is based on a pilgrimage to Mecca called umrah that Muslims can take at any time of the year, as opposed to the hajj, which must happen during a certain month.

Inclusion of the religious pilgrimages is a reflection of Turkey’s changing cultural profile under Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s Justice and Development, or AK party, which has its roots in political Islam, according to Emre Deliveli, a Turkish economist who writes for Roubini Global Economics’ EconoMonitor and the Hurriyet Daily News.

“The number of Turks going to umrah has increased massively in the past decade,” Deliveli said in an interview in Istanbul today. “The figures prove that the AKP’s implicit economic policy of enriching their conservative voter base has been hugely successful.”

Some 1.7 million Turks made the trip to Saudi Arabia’s holy places in 2012, according to Turkey’s state-run news agency on Jan. 21, which cited figures from Saudi Arabia’s hajj ministry. That compares with fewer than 20,000 Turks making the trip in 2001, the year before Erdogan’s party came to power, according to an article in Sabah newspaper in May of last year.

Al-Qaeda has disavowed the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL), whose members have been locked in deadly clashes with Syrian rebels, according to a statement posted on jihadist websites.
 
Al-Qaeda chief Ayman al-Zawahiri had already ordered the group in May 2013 to disband and return to Iraq, and announced that another jihadist group, the Al-Nusra Front, was Al-Qaeda's official branch in war-torn Syria.

The general command of Al-Qaeda rammed home the point in its late Sunday statement.

"Al-Qaeda announces it is not linked to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant, as it was not informed of its creation... (and) did not accept it," the statement said.

ISIL "is not a branch of Al-Qaeda, has no links to it, and the (Al-Qaeda) group is not responsible for its acts," it added.

Charles Lister, a visiting fellow at the Brookings Doha Centre and an expert on the Syrian conflict, said the statement was unlikely to chasten ISIL.

"Considering its long-established behavioural norms, it seems unlikely that ISIL will issue anything representing an apology or retraction," he said."All of this is damaging to the Syrian revolution," he added.

"So long as it continues, these inter-group hostilities make any kind of provincial, let alone national, opposition victory in Syria highly unlikely." Jihadis were initially welcomed by some rebels in Syria's conflict, but allegations of brutal abuses against civilians as well as rival opposition fighters has sparked a backlash.

Rebels have accused ISIL of seeking to consolidate power rather than fighting the regime, and even suggested the group was serving the regime's interests.

Al-Qaeda also criticised ISIL's mode of operations, saying jihadists should "be part of the nation" and avoid "any action that could lead to the oppression of jihadists, Muslims or non-Muslims." Jihadists must "not rush to announce emirates and states... and impose them on people," said the statement.
 
In recent weeks, ISIL consolidated its grip on the northern city of Raqa, the only provincial capital to fall out of regime control since the outbreak of Syria's uprising in March 2011, imposing their strict version of Sharia law on residents.

It also issued four statements ordering women to wear the niqab in public, forbidding the sale of cigarettes and narghile (water pipe) products, banning music and making attendance of Friday prayers compulsory.

The long-running tensions between ISIL and other opposition fighters erupted in early January into armed clashes.

In some cases, Al-Nusra Front participated in clashes against ISIL, though it has largely remained out of the fighting and has called for reconciliation.

In an audio message on January 22, Zawahiri called for an end to clashes between groups fighting to oust Syria's regime, and the Sunday statement reiterated the point.

"We affirm our disavowal from the sedition that is occurring in Syria between factions of jihadists, and from the blood that was shed by any party," Sunday's statement said.

More than 1,400 people have been killed in the rebel-jihadist clashes, which have created openings for regime advances in some areas.Hmmm.....Hopefully all these 'Islamist' will return one day to Turkey....'You harvest what you sow'

Turkey’s government is improperly using its leverage over media to limit public debate about government actions and punish journalists and media owners who dispute government claims, deepening the country’s political and social polarization, Freedom House concludes in a report issued on February 3.

“The government must recognize that its efforts to control a free debate are further alienating Turkey’s citizens and could potentially threaten the country’s stability,” the report said. “It could also put at risk Turkey’s integration with Europe and its strong alliance with the United States.”

“The crisis in Turkey’s democracy is not a future problem,” said David J. Kramer, president of Freedom House and a co-author of the report. “The media face tremendous pressure from the government, and the government now has widened its attacks to other institutions.”

The report catalogues the Turkish government’s actions to suppress freedom of speech, which have intensified since the emergence of a major corruption scandal in December 2013.

Over the past year, dozens of journalists have been fired as a result of government pressure, and government officials’ threats against journalists have become common.

The report provides short and long-term recommendations to the Turkish government, the European Union, and the United States for how to support Turkey’s democracy.

I checked the journalists accompanying the PM. Nobody from dailies Hürriyet, Posta, Zaman, Haber Türk or Radikal were there. I calculated almost 75 percent of the Turkish media is not present on the plane. There is almost nobody from the mainstream media that still represents rationality in Turkey.

The media staff on the plane reflects well Erdoğan’s vision of the media. “You are either with me or you are my enemy...” In other words, impartiality is not a thing he understands or accepts.

When you don’t take 75 percent of the media in your plane, the aircraft is lighter. But, do not forget, the journalists and papers are also lighter... The third Iranian billionaire involved in $87 billion money laundering scandal in Turkey was identified by a state run website in Iran. The report said the man continues its business activities despite the arrest of two other ballooners in Turkey and Iran.

The state-run website Parsine reported on Sunday that: "While Reza Zarrab was arrested in Turkey and Babak Zandjani in Iran, a third individual was not worried and continues its business activities."

The website identified Mohammad- Reza Rajaieh as the third person involved in the case. Rajaieh was one of the directors of Sarmayeh Bank in Iran.

The $87 billion money laundering case was first erupted in Turkey. 

This system of money laundering has been established by several businessmen linked to the IRGC , the largest of which was Babak Zandjani.

This case caused a major political scandal in Turkey. Several Turkish ministers accused of receiving bribes and they were forced to resign.

Through this money laundering, the mullahs' regime bypassed part of international sanctions in place against the regime to force it to curb its nuclear program.

During the last 4 years , and particularly during the last two years , the people involved in this money laundering were able to accumulate huge fortunes .

Leader of the main opposition Republican People's Party (CHP) has maintained that the Foundation of Youth and Education in Turkey (TÜRGEV), of which Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan's son Bilal Erdoğan is an executive board member, serves as a center where bribes are transferred by businessmen whose companies are granted public tenders, the Sözcü daily said on Friday.

“[TÜRGEV] is a center where bribes are collected against public tenders,” CHP leader Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu told the daily, maintaining that money acquired would be used to set up a parallel, alternative structure in the education system.

According to Kılıçdaroğlu, who says that Erdoğan has tampered with every state institution to cover up possible leaks about new corruption cases, the amount of corruption in the government is so big that it would not be possible to cover it up.

“Soon we will make new announcements [about the corruption]. The prime minister should continue watching us,” the CHP leader said.

As part of a far-reaching graft probe that became public in December involving four former cabinet ministers and others, Bilal Erdoğan was sent a summons by one of the prosecutors leading the graft probe to give a statement regarding corruption allegations in which he is allegedly involved. But the prime minister's son is under the protection of his father and did not respect the prosecutor's call.

In the party's group parliamentary meeting in the past week, Kılıçdaroğlu demanded to know if $99,999,990 was deposited into an account that TÜRGEV had at a public bank on April 26, 2013.
Noting that he has not yet received a response from Erdoğan regarding his claim about TÜRGEV, Kılıçdaroğlu said: “Prime Minister Erdoğan closely follows the money being transferred to the foundation; he personally provides financing [for the foundation]. He is presenting this [transfer of money to the foundation] as charity. No charity is conducted with ill-gotten money. We know very well why this money is being collected. They want to establish a new structure [in education].

New photographs obtained exclusively by BigGovernment.com reveal that Barack Obama appeared and marched with members of the New Black Panther Party as he campaigned for president in Selma, Alabama in March 2007.
    
The photographs, captured from a Flickr photo-sharing account before it was scrubbed, are the latest evidence of the mainstream media’s failure to examine Obama’s extremist ties and radical roots.
    
In addition, the new images raise questions about the possible motives of the Obama administration in its infamous decision to drop the prosecution of the Panthers for voter intimidation.
    
The images, presented below, also renew doubts about the transparency of the White House’s guest logs–in particular, whether Panther National Chief Malik Zulu Shabazz is the same "Malik Shabazz" listed among the Obama administration’s early visitors.

It is true that then-Senator Hillary Clinton and Al Sharpton were also in Selma at the same event.  But the Panthers explicitly came to Selma to support Obama, as Adams details in Injustice.
    
They spoke with Obama at the podium shown above, and departed together with Obama for the main march itself, as shown by this grainer image captured from YouTube:

Obama seems not to be reviled by the Panthers in any of the video or photographs. And Obama’s own campaign website would post an endorsement by the New Black Panther Party in March 2008. As Adams writes in Injustice:
    

Somehow, the fact that the future President of the United States shared a podium with leaders of the New Black Panthers, marched with them, and received a public, formal greeting from their party has vanished from the history of Obama’s campaign. Apart from [Juan] Williams’ single dispatch, no other media outlets ever reported it.
    

After NPR initially reported that the Panthers were present at the event with Obama, subsequent reports from Selma omitted any mention of the hate group appearing with the future president.
    
Had any of Obama’s opponents appeared at an event with the KKK or Aryan Nation, The New York Times would have had to double its ink buy.
    
Obama’s appearance does much more than expose mainstream media hypocrisy. It also exposes an association between a vile racist organization and a future President of the United States. Only the degree of association is subject to debate.
    
And only a few voices outside the mainstream media have continued to press the Obama administration about its past and present ties to fringe groups.
    
I have been calling for the White House to disclose which Malik Shabazz visited the private White House residence on July 25, 2009, two months after the DOJ voter intimidation case was dismissed. So far, the White House has refused to do so, leaving open the question of which "Malik Shabazz" appears in visitor logs released to the public.

Among those appearing with Obama was Shabazz, the Panther leader who was one of the defendants in the voter intimidation case that Attorney General Eric Holder dismissed.

Also present was the Panthers' "Minister of War," Najee Muhammed, who had called for murdering Dekalb County, Georgia, police officers with AK-47’s and then mocking their widows in this video (7:20 – 8:29).

Just when you think Barack Obama can't go any lower, he up and does:

According to NBC News, the Justice Department will soon prohibit religious profiling in terror cases. The move, if true, would completely blind federal law enforcement to the threat from Islamic extremism. 

Already, the department has forced the FBI to bleach references to "Islam" and "jihad" from its counterterrorism training materials. It's also made it harder for agents to infiltrate radical mosques. 

But Attorney General Eric Holder reportedly now wants to make it illegal for agents to even consider religion in their investigations. 

Democrats on the Hill are cheering the changes, along with the ACLU and radical Muslim Brotherhood front groups, who have all lobbied the administration for them. The Council on American-Islamic Relations, which has seen several of its officials jailed on terror-related charges, calls it "a step in the right direction."...

President Barack Obama’s deputies have picked one of his political donors to investigate the IRS’ attack on independent political groups during the 2012 election, according to California Republican Rep. Darrell Issa, chairman of the House investigations committee.

“We request you immediately remove Ms. [Barbara] Bosserman from the ongoing investigation,” said a Jan. 8 letter from Issa to Attorney General Eric Holder.

The secret selection of Barbara Bosserman, a lawyer in the Department of Justice’s civil rights division, was revealed by a committee investigation after the DOJ stonewalled the legislators.

Bosserman contributed $6,100 to Obama’s political campaigns from 2008 to 2012.

“By selecting a significant donor to President Obama to lead an investigation into inappropriate targeting of conservative groups, the Department has created a startling conflict of interest,” said Issa’s letter.

“It is unbelievable that the Department would choose such an individual to examine the federal government’s systematic targeting and harassment of organizations oppose to the President’s policies… Please provide a comprehensive explanation of the decision to assign Ms. Bosserman to the DoJ/FBI investigation of the IRS’s targeting of conservative groups,” the letter continued.Hmmmm....As Issa said from day One 'The most corrupt administration EVAH.Read the full story here.

A group of House Republicans plan an effort to oust Attorney General Eric Holder by year’s end, Rep. Ted Yoho (R-Fla.) told the Gainesville Sun.

“It’s to get him out of office — impeachment,” said Yoho, who was a large-animal veterinarian before winning election last year. “It will probably be when we get back in [Washington]. It will be before the end of the year. This will go to the speaker and the speaker will decide if it comes up or not.”
Yoho’s chief of staff, Cat Cammack, said the congressman wants Holder fired for issues that include the Fast and Furious sting operation conducted by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives that left federal agents’ weapons in the hands of Mexican drug cartels. One of the guns was found at the 2010 scene of a Border Patrol agent’s killing.
"Obviously there is a lot frustration with our attorney general. You can name the botched programs," Cammack said. "Fast and Furious has been one of the number one complaints we get in our office and why no one has been held accountable."Read the full story here.
