In this disturbing film, “From the River to the Sea”, a revised version of “Hostages of Hatred” acclaimed director Pierre Rehov sets out to tell us the real story of those men, women and children, who have been shamefully used as mere pawns for over 50 years, by Arab leaders at first, by Palestinian leaders later on and until this very day but also by the United Nations’ body that was specially created to supposedly take care of them: the United Nations Relief and Works Agency, UNWRA.

Palestinian children are being taught how to stab a Jewish person as part of their being "brainwashed" with "incitement and hate", according to Israel.

Danny Danon, Israel's new ambassador to the United Nations, is urging the Security Council to make a statement against what he described as "the incitement that fuels terror".

His speech comes amid an increase in violence in the Middle East with eight Israelis killed in Palestinian attacks, mostly stabbings, in the past month,

In the same period, 34 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli fire. Israel has described 17 of those as attackers, while the rest died in clashes with Israeli troops.

During his speech, Mr Danon held up a piece of card with a diagram of a human body entitled "How to Stab a Jew", which he claims is "an example of what Palestinian children are being exposed to day in and day out, in school, after school". Read  the full story and see the video here.

Footage of a condolence visit paid by members of the 'Izz Al-Din Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, in the Shuafat refugee camp, Jerusalem, was posted on the Internet on October 12.

Following are excerpts:

Speaker: "Our sons, our brothers, and our people in the Shuafat refugee camp, the refugee camp of bravery and sacrifice, the refugee camp of steadfastness, at a time when real men and dignity are hard to come by... We salute you the salutation of the great Islam, and the salutation of the 'Izz Al-Din Al-Qassam Brigades.

The perfumed scent of the rose of martyrdom and the musk-scented blood will never stop enshroud our steadfast refugee camp, until Al-Aqsa has been liberated. Our message to you will be very brief. (As the poem goes :) 'As for the art of speech, I prefer to remain silent and let the rifle do the talking.' The first of the four messages is to the families of the martyrs, who were honored by Allah and chosen by him to live with Him in the highest heavens.

We will never forget you (martyrs) and will never forget your fathers and mothers. We hold them in the highest regard and have the highest respect for them. Subhi (Abu Khalifa) hastened to sacrifice himself in order to avenge (the honor) of the whole women of Al-Aqsa. But Allah wanted Wisam (Jamal Faraj) to become a martyr.

So Subhi will get his reward for carrying Jihad and Wisam will eventually get its reward for his martyrdom. Allah choses whoever he wants for martyrdom. Do not think that martyrdom is something of little value. Allah choses only the best for it. (The Quran says :) '(Allah may) take from himself from among you martyrs.'"

Israeli Muslim Brotherhood Leader Prevented From Flying To 'Islamist' Turkey. (GMBDW).

October 15, 2015 The head of the Northern Branch of the Islamic Movement in Israel was barred from boarding a flight to Turkey Wednesday per a court order preventing him from leaving the country for a month.

Sheikh Raed Salah arrived at passport control at Ben Gurion International Airport ahead of his flight when Shin Bet security officers presented him with the ban issued by Interior Minister Silvan Shalom.

The travel ban was issued because of the legal proceedings against Salah over his conviction for incitement to murder Jews.

Salah allegedly tried to flee the country after a court found him guilty in March of this year and handed him an 11-month sentence.

Senior Israeli officials, including Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, have recently charged that Salah incited the Arab public to violence against Israeli Jews, and ministers say they are exploring options to outlaw the group in the wake of a round of deadly violence over the last two weeks.

Last week, Salah said his organization intends to respond to what he called ‘continued Israeli escalation’ on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem.

‘We have a package of plans ready to be unleashed immediately,’ Salah said. ‘May the streets of Jerusalem be purified with the blood of the innocent, who shed it in order to separate from their souls the soldiers of the Israel occupation, also in the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque,’ he said during that sermon. Read the rest here.

Raed Salah is the leader of the so-called Northern branch of the Islamic Movement, essentially comprising the Israeli Muslim Brotherhood. He is noted for often alleging that Israel is conspiring to destroy the Al-Aqsa Mosque. (The Al-Aqsa Mosque is often the subject of various Global Muslim Brotherhood conspiracies theories involving alleged Israeli plots and plans to destroy the mosque.)

The head of the Hamas Political Bureau, Khaled Meshaal yesterday met Iranian Shura Council Speaker, Ali Larijani in Doha, Qatar.

Hamas said in a statement received by Resala news site that "during the meeting, the two officials exchanged views on developments in the Palestinian cause in the light of Israeli threats to Al-Aqsa Mosque and Jerusalem as well as the ongoing blockade of the Gaza Strip."

Relations between Iran and Hamas have recently witnessed slight improvement, especially after a Hamas delegation visited Tehran and held several meetings with senior leaders there.

Unconfirmed reports suggested Meshaal is planning to visit Tehran. Hmmm.....Perhaps the Emir of Qatar can ask his Buddy Erdo to take Meshaal on his flight to tehran?

Palestinian faction Hamas on Sunday warned Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu from embarking on a visit to the 'Ibrahimi Mosque' in the occupied West Bank city of Hebron.

In a statement, Hamas warned Netanyahu of "the consequences of storming and the desecrating the 'Ibrahimi Mosque'."

Earlier in the day, Israeli daily Yedioth Ahronoth reported that Netanyahu will visit the flashpoint site – known to Jews as the "Cave of the Patriarchs" – in the coming days as part of an electoral tour to the Jewish settlements in the West Bank.

Hamas slammed the intended visit as a "dangerous escalation" and stressed that the Palestinian people won't stand idly by.

Revered by both Muslims and Jews, the site is believed to contain the graves of the prophets Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.

Since the 1994 massacre of 29 Palestinian worshippers inside the Ibrahimi Mosque by extremist Jewish settler Baruch Goldstein, Israeli authorities have kept Muslim and Jewish worshippers segregated.

Hebron is home to roughly 160,000 Palestinian Muslims and some 500 Jewish settlers. The latter live in a number of Jewish-only settlement compounds heavily guarded by Israeli troops.

Khaled Meshaal, a senior leader of the Palestinian resistance movement Hamas, is to travel to the Iranian capital of Tehran soon, a senior Hamas member says.

Ahmed Yousef confirmed on Friday that Meshaal will travel to Tehran in less than a month, according to the Palestinian news agency Felestin al Yaum.

The official, who serves as a senior adviser to the Hamas government in Gaza, said that the trip is mainly aimed at improving the ties between Iran and Hamas.

Yousef said that Hamas leaders have held numerous meetings with Iranian officials over the issue and preparations will soon be made for Mehsaal’s visit to country.

Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian announced in late December 2014 that Meshaal is set to visit Iran, but did not declare a date for the visit. The senior Iranian diplomat also downplayed rumors about the suspension of ties between Iran and Hamas, saying “relations between Hamas and the Islamic Republic of Iran have never been cut.”

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan will pay a visit to Iran in the near future, Iran's Communications and Information Technology Minister Mahmoud Vaezi said Feb.3.

Vaezi, who is the co-chairs the Iran-Turkey Joint Commission for Economic Co-operation said bilateral trade between two countries is $15 billion, but both sides are keen to double that.

Iran and Turkey's presidents have met four times since mid-2013, when President Hassan Rouhani took office.

"Iran wants to increase the number of common banks and banking relations with Turkey," Vaezi added. Hmmm......What would be the odds for the Hamas leadership to visit Iran as well as Erdogan at the same time?

Hamas leader Khaled Meshaal held talks with Muslim Brotherhood leader about the situation in Palestine and Egypt.

The leader of the Muslim Brotherhood, Supreme Guide Mohamed Badie, met with Hamas leader Khaled Meshaal on Saturday at the group’s main headquarters in Cairo’s Mokattam.

According to a statement published on the Muslim Brotherhood’s official Facebook page, the meeting tackled several issues, including Palestinian hunger strikers in Israeli prisons, the situation in both the West Bank and the Gaza Strip, and the future of reconciliation between Fatah and Hamas.

“Meshaal confirmed that Hamas along with the Palestinian people respect the interests and security of Egypt,” read the statement, adding that the Hamas government does not intend to interfere in any of Egypt’s internal affairs “for Egypt represents strong support for the Palestinian cause in the past, present and future.”

According to the statement, Meshaal told Badie that he is in touch with the Egypt authorities, including the presidency and the general intelligence service, to coordinate in serving Egypt’s national security.

The Muslim Brotherhood headquarters in Mokattam saw scuffles between its guards and dozens of demonstrators who gathered to chant against the group and its supreme guide later on Saturday.

Activist Ahmed Douma declared via his Twitter account that he received a slight injury to his face after being attacked "by the Muslim Brotherhood's thugs" as he was spraying graffiti denouncing the Islamist group.Hmmmm.....Obama: "Morsi is a strait shooter"....we start to understand who's the targets by now.Read the full story here.

"All I want for Christmas?" - Hamas chief Meshaal hopes to be 'martyr in Gaza'.(HD).Hamas leader-in-exile Khaled Meshaal said on his first-ever visit to the Gaza Strip on Friday that he hoped to become a "a martyr" in the Palestinian territory. "I hope God will make me a martyr on the land of Palestine in Gaza," Meshaal told reporters shortly after crossing from Egypt into Gaza via the southern Rafah crossing. Accompanied by his deputy, Mussa Abu Marzuk, and other senior officials, Meshaal drove through the crossing and then got out and kissed the ground before embracing Gaza's Hamas prime minister Ismail Haniya. 
The Islamist group's leader, Khaled Meshaal, who has not visited the Palestinian Territories since leaving the West Bank at age 11, emerged emboldened from the eight day conflict which ended in a truce he negotiated under Egypt's auspices. He has since spoken of reaching out to other Palestinian factions. "There is a new mood that allows us to achieve reconciliation," Meshaal told Reuters in an interview last Friday from Qatar, where he has set up home since leaving Syria earlier this year. He will stay for a little more than 48 hours in the coastal enclave, which Hamas has ruled since a 2007 war with Fatah that rules the West Bank. Hamas plans an open-air rally on Saturday to promote what it says was last month's victory against Israel, and at the same time commemorate the 25th anniversary of the group's founding.
The Arab Spring revolts of the last two years have brought friends of Hamas to power across the region, above all Egypt's new President Mohamed Mursi, whose long-banned Muslim Brotherhood is spiritual mentor to Hamas.
The Arab Spring has seen Hamas, long supported by Shi'ite Iran, grow closer to neighbouring Sunni Arab states. Although Israel steadfastly refuses to talk to a group which calls for its destruction and rockets its towns, Meshaal, who has survived poisoning by Israeli assassins, could yet emerge as an important figure in the long-stalled Israeli-Palestinian peace process. Workers have festooned Gaza with the green flag of Hamas ahead of Meshaal's arrival via neighbouring Egypt. 
A large stage has been set up in the strip's main city, complete with a huge model of the homemade M75 rocket, which was fired at both Tel Aviv and Jerusalem in last month's conflict. His abrupt departure from Syria initially weakened his position within Hamas: ties with Damascus and Tehran had made him important, but with those links damaged or broken, rivals based within Gaza had started to assert their authority. However, the exiled leader regained the initiative during the November fighting, working closely with Egypt and its new Muslim Brotherhood rulers to secure the ceasefire. His newfound confidence was evident when he appeared alongside Mursi after the deal with Israel. Nevertheless, he told Reuters he plans to step down as Hamas leader, despite calls on him "internally and externally" to carry on. Many Gazans doubt he will actually leave his post. It has not been made clear whether his visit will mark the end of a secretive leadership election ongoing for six months. Gaza, which is still cut off from the outside world by an Israeli land and sea blockade, has been breaking out of its isolation, with recent high level delegations from Qatar, Turkey, Egypt and the Arab League.
