Now that Robert Mueller has been appointed special counsel to investigate if Russia influenced the 2016 presidential election it’s worth reiterating his misguided handiwork and collaboration with radical Islamic organizations as FBI director.

Judicial Watch exclusively obtained droves of records back in 2013 documenting how, under Mueller’s leadership, the FBI purged all anti-terrorism training material deemed “offensive” to Muslims after secret meetings between Islamic organizations and the FBI chief. Judicial Watch had to sue to get the records and published an in-depth report on the scandal in 2013 and a lengthier, updated follow-up in 2015.

As FBI director, Mueller bent over backwards to please radical Islamic groups and caved into their demands. The agency eliminated the valuable anti-terrorism training material and curricula after Mueller met with various Islamic organizations, including those with documented ties too terrorism. Among them were two organizations— Islamic Society of North America (ISNA) and Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR)—named by the U.S. government as unindicted co-conspirators in the 2007 Holy Land Foundation terrorist financing case.

CAIR is a terrorist front group with extensive links to foreign and domestic Islamists. It was founded in 1994 by three Middle Eastern extremists (Omar Ahmad, Nihad Awad and Rafeeq Jaber) who ran the American propaganda wing of Hamas, known then as the Islamic Association for Palestine.

The records obtained as part of Judicial Watch’s lawsuit show that Mueller, who served 12 years as FBI chief, met with the Islamic organizations on February 8, 2012 to hear their demands. Shortly later the director assured the Muslim groups that he had ordered the removal of presentations and curricula on Islam from FBI offices nationwide.

The purge was part of a broader Islamist operation designed to influence the opinions and actions of persons, institutions, governments and the public at-large. The records obtained by Judicial Watch also show similar incidents of Islamic influence operations at the Departments of Justice and State, the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and the Obama White House. Hillary Clinton has received an additional $12,061 in campaign contributions from Islamist sources since the Middle East Forum (MEF) released its top-10 recipients of Islamist money list Oct. 20, the think tank reported.

Clinton was ranked first on the group’s 2015-2016 “Islamist Money in Politics” list of politicians who accepted funds from prominent Islamists with ties to terrorist organizations.

The Middle East Forum's "Islamist Money in Politics" (IMIP) project has revealed the top ten recipients of 2015-16 campaign contributions from individuals who subscribe to the same Islamic supremacism as Khomeini, Bin Laden, and ISIS.

Hillary Clinton tops the list, raking in $41,165 from prominent Islamists. This includes $19,249 from senior officials of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), declared a terrorist organization by the United Arab Emirates on November 15, 2014.

For example, Mrs. Clinton has accepted $3,900 from former CAIR vice-chairman Ahmad Al-Akhras, who has defended numerous Islamists in Ohio indicted – and later convicted – on terrorism charge

The new figures follow recently-released Federal Election Commission filings from August and September.

The Democratic presidential nominee has accepted $53,226 from prominent Islamists, including $16,216 from associates of the Muslim Public Affairs Council (MPAC), a group with “deep ties to the Muslim Brotherhood,” MEF reported. Salam al-Marayati, MPAC’s president, was “kicked off a congressional commission in 1999 when his defense of terrorist groups came to light,” according to MEF.

While the donations are relatively small, the information “holds politicians accountable for accepting funds from soiled sources, signals the Islamist lobby’s affections and intentions and tells voters who takes money from individuals linked to enemies of the United States and its allies,” the MEF reported. As part of a court settlement announced this month the NYPD will purge a highly acclaimed report (Radicalization in the West: The Homegrown Threat) that’s proven to be a critical tool in terrorism investigations. The NYPD will also limit the use of undercover officers and informants in Muslim communities and create a policy that bans religious discrimination.

The change comes on the heels of an increase in terrorism attacks by radicals associated with groups like the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS).

The settlement stems from a 2013 lawsuit filed by three New York Muslims, two mosques and a Muslim nonprofit accusing the NYPD of “discriminatory surveillance” after 9/11.

This appears to be a frightening trend that Judicial Watch has reported on extensively in the last few years. Muslim rights groups, especially the terrorist front organization Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), have proven they wield tremendous power in the Obama administration. 

This is especially true when it comes to the way the nation’s law enforcement agencies conduct anti-terrorism training. In fact, it was CAIR that got the FBI to purge anti-terrorism material determined to be offensive to Muslims. Nearly 200 Muslim employees have been fired from a meat-packing plant after downing tools following a dispute over praying at work.

The workers, mostly Somalian immigrants, staged a walkout to protest what they said was insufficient accommodation of prayer time at Cargill Meat Solutions in Fort Morgan, Colorado.

The company has provided a "reflection room" for Muslim employees to pray since 2009 but the workers claimed there had been a change to the policy.

However, the company, an agribusiness giant that employs 155,000 people in 68 countries, said there had been a "misunderstanding" and its policy of allowing time for prayer had not changed.

A spokesman said plant managers met with the workers, members of the Somali community, and union leaders following the walk-out but were unable to resolve the issue.

He said workers were warned that failing to show up for work three days in a row would jeopardise their employment. After 200 did so they were terminated.

The spokesman added: "Cargill makes every reasonable attempt to provide religious accommodations to all employees based on our ability to do so without disruption to our beef-processing business.

"At no time did Cargill prevent people from prayer at Fort Morgan. Nor have we changed policies related to religious accommodation and attendance. This has been mischaracterised."

The spokesman told the Denver Post: "It's an unfortunate situation that may be based somewhere in a misunderstanding. There has been a desire among some employees to go in larger groups of people to pray.

"We just can't accommodate that. It backs up the flow of all the production. We have to ensure food safety. We have to ensure the products we produce meet consumer expectations." 

The workers have previously been using time carved out of a 15-minute break period, or time from their unpaid 30-minute lunch break.

Cargill has a policy stating that any workers who are terminated can not reapply for a position for 6 months.

CAIR continues to talk with Cargill, a teleconference is scheduled next week, and Hussein hopes that the 6-month freeze is waved and that the workers will be allowed back.

Muslims are continually demanding special privileges for themselves. But in the real world of business, a company must make decisions based upon their needs. A spokesman for Cargill told the Greeley Tribune last week,

“…employees of all faiths are allowed to use a reflection area, but because employees work on an assembly line, only one or two at a time can use the area, to avoid slowing production.”

Though the spokesman said they had not changed their rules, Cargill Meat Solutions Corp. (based out of Kansas) was purchased in October, 2015 by JBS SA, a Brazilian Based Company for $1.45 Billion. It is highly likely that the decision was based on new corporate rules. Hmmm..........I wonder how they do things in Muslim countries in the meat packaging business?

A man, who just two years ago was the poster boy for the far-Left media's attacks against the U.S. government's no-fly list for "unfairly" targeting Muslims, finds himself and several family members sitting in a Turkish prison -- arrested earlier this month near the Turkey-Syria border as members of an ISIS cell.

It's a long way from 2013 when Saadiq Long's cause was being championed by MSNBC's Chris Hayes, Glenn Greenwald, and Mother Jones, and was being represented by the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) terror front.

His story got considerable media attention when his CAIR media representatives here pushed the story that Long wanted to return to his native Oklahoma from his current home in Qatar to visit his ailing mother but couldn't because he was on the TSA's no-fly list. They said his case represented institutional "Islamophobia."

U.S. and Turkish officials confirmed Long's arrest to PJ Media, saying that he was arrested along with eight others operating along the Turkish-Syrian border. So far, no U.S. media outlet has reported on his arrest. Read the full story here.

Seeking to enlist students in counterterror operations, the FBI created a games website meant to help children identify someone in the process of radicalization. The site is now on hold as some questioned why it focused almost solely on Islamic extremism.

The website, called Don't Be a Puppet, offers users exercises, as described by the Washington Post, or "a series of games and tips," as reported by the New York Times, that aim to teach children signs to watch for that may indicate someone is falling deeper into extremist behavior. As players answer questions correctly, a pair of scissors cut the puppet's strings until it is set free.

"The quiz asked students: What would be activities that would concern the FBI?" the Post reported.

Some of the options included a youth posting on Facebook that she intended to attend a political protest, a young person posting about feeling emotional about something or a youth with a stereotypically Muslim-sounding name who 'posted that he’s going overseas on a mission [and] does anyone want to chat?'" Hoda Hawa, director of policy and advocacy for Muslim Public Affairs Council (MPAC), told the Post. "All our hands went up, like: What’s with this?” Hawa added.

The FBI would not detail the program or why it decided to hold off on releasing the website, but did offer a statement on Sunday.
“The FBI is developing a website designed to provide awareness about the dangers of violent extremist predators on the Internet with input from students, educators and community leaders,” an FBI spokeswoman said.

MPAC and other Muslim, Arab, Yemeni and Sikh advocacy groups were briefed on the site by the FBI last month. At the meeting, the FBI also discussed its "Shared Responsibility Committees," which would be groups of community leaders and FBI agents who would share information on particular kids. Participating groups said they voiced concern with the agency, and with the US Department of Justice, over the plan.

“We were all on the same page in terms of being concerned,” said Hawa told the Post. “It seems like they’re asking teachers to be extensions of law enforcement and to police thought, and students as well. That was very concerning to us all.”

During "a very tense meeting" between the groups and the FBI, the law enforcement agency included a tutorial of the program various types of potentially-violent groups and ideologies, as well as some personality swings that could lead to extremist behavior, Abed A. Ayoub, legal and policy director for the American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee, told the NY Times.

The FBI said during the meeting that it would reach out to schools to promote participation, and that some school districts in Northern Virginia had already committed, Ayoub said.
“The one that should be involved is the Department of Education. The FBI is overreaching its mission,” Ayoub told the Post. “This kind of thing should come from professionals who create educational curriculum. You don’t just have a law enforcement agency get it out to students without thinking about the ramifications on students in schools.”

The groups at the meeting said the program fails to address issues relating to the common occurrence of school shootings in the US, with most of the emphasis on extremism relating to Muslim or Arab communities.

Domestic extremists, such as white supremacists and right-wing groups, have been responsible for twice as many murders in the US since 2001 as "individuals motivated by Jihadist ideology,"according to a June report by the New America Foundation. President Obama and his administration continue to support the global Islamist militant group known the Muslim Brotherhood. A White House strategy document regards the group as a moderate alternative to more violent Islamist groups like al Qaeda and the Islamic State.

The policy of backing the Muslim Brotherhood is outlined in a secret directive called Presidential Study Directive-11, or PSD-11. The directive was produced in 2011 and outlines administration support for political reform in the Middle East and North Africa, according to officials familiar with the classified study.

White House National Security Council spokeswoman Bernadette Meehan declined to comment on PSD-11. “We have nothing for you on this,” she said.

The directive outlines why the administration has chosen the Muslim Brotherhood, which last year was labeled a terrorist organization by the governments of Saudi Arabia, Egypt and the United Arab Emirates as a key vehicle of U.S. backing for so-called political reform in the Middle East. Saudi Arabia in recent months appears to be moderating its opposition to the Brotherhood in a bid to gain more regional support against pro-Iran rebels in Yemen.

The UAE government also has labeled two U.S. affiliates of the Muslim Brotherhood, the Council on American-Islamic Relations and the Muslim American Society, as terrorist support groups. Both groups denied the UAE claims. Egypt is considering imposing a death sentence on Mohamed Morsi, the Muslim Brotherhood-backed former president who was ousted in military coup in July 2013.

Critics of the administration’s strategy say the Brotherhood masks its goals and objectives despite advocating an extremist ideology similar to those espoused by al Qaeda and the Islamic State, but with less violence. The group’s motto includes the phrase “jihad is our way.” Jihad means holy war and is the Islamist battle cry.

Counterterrorism analyst Patrick Poole said the Brotherhood in recent weeks has stepped up its use of violent attacks in Egypt.

“The failed Obama Doctrine that so-called ‘moderate Islamists’ were going to usher in a glorious era of peace and democracy in the Middle East was adopted by the administration because that’s what the foreign policy establishment going back to the George W. Bush administration proclaimed as gospel,” Mr. Poole said.

“And now we see as a result Egypt fighting a terror campaign by the ‘moderate’ Muslim Brotherhood; we have a failed state in Libya; and we see NATO ally Turkey turning from secular democracy to religious totalitarianism under Obama’s pal [Turkish President Recep Tayyip] Erdogan.

“This dangerous foreign policy was launched by PSD-11 and the administration’s open embrace of the Muslim Brotherhood, and now we can see its catastrophic effect,” Mr. Poole added.

Frank Gaffney, head of the Center for Security Policy, extensively documented Muslim Brotherhood subversion efforts, both in the United States and abroad.

Mr. Gaffney has said the Muslim Brotherhood is the most dangerous group promoting the totalitarian and Islamist supremacist doctrine of Shariah. Several Muslim Brotherhood supporters have been identified as key advisers to Mr. Obama, according to Mr. Gaffney.

The Council on American-Islamic Relations - the US branch of the Muslim Brotherhood - urges Americans to honor Islamic terrorists this Memorial Day, and not US troops. Yes, you read that correctly....

    You read that right. As nearly all Americans come together on Memorial Day to honor those who paid the ultimate sacrifice for the country’s freedom and safety, two CAIR officials spent the holiday weekend differently: questioning whether U.S. troops deserve to be honored and tweeting that the country was “established upon white supremacy.”

    The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), a group labeled by the Justice Department as a U.S. Muslim Brotherhood entity and “un-indicted co-conspirator” in a terrorism-financing trial, disingenuously claims that it is a moderate organization.

    Yet, on May 23, Zahra Billoo, the radical executive-director of CAIR’s San Francisco Bay Area chapter, tweeted that she “struggles with Memorial Day each year” about whether to honor American soldiers who died in wars:

    She also quoted another CAIR official, Dawud Walid, the executive-director of CAIR’s Michigan chapter, as questioning whether they should honor American soldiers that died in “unjust” wars and occupations.

    That’s a direct insult to American soldiers currently serving in Afghanistan and those that have returned from Iraq, as CAIR officials consistently describe those wars with that terminology. Billoo quoted Walid as saying:

    Billoo did, however, find one “soldier” she felt comfortably honoring. On May 26, she promoted an article from the anti-Semitic and anti-American Nation of Islam that asked for help for a “black liberation soldier” named Imam Jamil al-Amin:

    Al-Amin was a member of the Black Panthers terrorist group and was convicted of murdering a police officer in 2000. He is also anti-American, stating “if America doesn’t come around, we’re gonna burn it down,” and “I say violence is necessary. It is as American as cherry pie.”

    Al-Amin also said the U.S. Constitution is “diametrically opposed to what Allah has commanded.”

    THIS is who CAIR wants to honor on Memorial Day? A racist, anti-American cop-killer?

It was reported earlier this week that the two Muslim members of Congress, Keith Ellison (D-MN) and Andre Carson (D-IN), had sent a letter to the State Department last week requesting that they deny a visa to Dutch politician Geert Wilders, who was coming to Washington D.C. for a Capitol Hill event sponsored by Reps. Louie Gohmert (R-TX) and Steve King (R-IA).
Unsuccessful in their attempts to have Wilders banned from the U.S. Ellison, Carson and their associates from the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) tried to disrupt a press conference on free speech with Wilders, Gohmert and King in front of the U.S. Capitol yesterday, with Ellison promoting their actions on Twitter.

Leave aside for the moment the spurious legal reasoning they employed to try to deny Wilders a visa, aptly refuted by UCLA law professor Eugene Volokh, and that their attempts to tie Wilders to Norwegian mass killer Anders Breivik had been thoroughly debunked by none other than Breivik himself.
What makes the pair’s anti-free speech behavior so outrageously hypocritical is that they both have stood silent as the Obama administration has allowed a long line of extremists, and even members of terrorist organizations, to enter the U.S.
Even worse, the two Muslim congressmen have regularly promoted and associated with organizations that have been designated as terrorist organizations, and individuals and groups that have been tagged in federal court by the Justice Department.
For instance, in May 2012 a member of Egyptian Islamic Jihad (still a designated terrorist organization), Hani Nour Eldin, was allowed to enter the U.S. and even escorted into the White House for a private meeting with Obama’s national security staff, Ellison and Carson didn’t apparently utter a single word in protest.
Nor did they express even the slightest bit of concern when members of the Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood were given VIP treatment typically reserved for visiting dignitaries at JFK airport.
When Sudanese genocide henchman Nafie Ali Nafie (aka “Nafie the Butcher) was given a visa by the State Department in 2013, the Muslim congressmen again were found mute.
And nothing was said when Homeland Security Secretary Napolitano testified before Congress in July 2012 that she would allow more members of terrorist organizations into the U.S.
Their voice has also been absent following the news last year that the Clinton State Department maintained a terrorist “hands-off” list for entry into the U.S., revealed by Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA), or as Homeland Security continued to stonewall congressional requests for information on such terrorist “hands-off” lists.
So Ellison and Carson have deemed Geert Wilders, who has been subject to repeated threats from Islamic terror organizations and has had to live with 24/7 security for more than a decade, a greater threat than members of terrorist groups, genocidal henchmen, and Islamic extremists.
That glaring silence might be telling of where their sympathies really lie, if it weren’t for their open and unashamed support of terrorist fronts and cheerleaders.
As I reported here at PJ Media late last December, Carson was scheduled to appear at the 2014 Muslim American Society (MAS)-Islamic Circle of North America (ICNA) annual conference on a Ferguson panel with Mazen Mokhtar, an individual that federal agents had testified in federal court had operated an Al-Qaeda website to raise money for the Taliban.

Carson’s appearance at the MAS-ICNA event was not only promoted on the conference website, but also in the conference program.
A few days later, Carson was quickly trying to walk back his appearance at the conference, claiming he didn’t speak on the panel with Mokhtar. And yet, Carson never addressed the fact that he was speaking at Mohktar’s conference (Mokhtar is currently executive directtor of the primary conference sponsor, MAS).
But both Ellison and Carson appeared just a few months before with Al-Qaeda webmaster Mokhtar at a June 2014 event announcing the formation of a U.S. Muslim Brotherhood political front, the U.S. Council of Muslim Organizations (USCMO). Read and see the full story here.

Mohamed Elibiary announced that he has left his position as a senior advisor with the Department of Homeland Security. Elibiary, a stalwart supporter of the Muslim Brotherhood , said he was leaving so he can focus on “reforming” the conservative movement ahead of the 2016 presidential election.

Under the Obama Administration, Elibiary served on the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Homeland Security Advisory Committee for five years. He also served on the DHS Countering Violent Extremism Working Group and the DHS Faith-Based Security and Communications Advisory Committee.

Elibiary is a long-time Texas Republican Party official and was a delegate for Senator John McCain in 2008. He continues to identify himself as a conservative Republican and argues that he can help the party’s electoral prospects by moving its foreign policy in a pro-Islamist direction.

Elibiary is known for his almost daily advocacy for the Muslim Brotherhood on Twitter. He admits being intimately involved with the U.S. Muslim Brotherhood, which he describes as a “social network.”

“People like me know of the brotherhood group in a much more personal manner than the Average White Guy, who has no more insight than what’s available in the media,” he wrote.

On September 5, he tweeted that the Muslim Brotherhood is “intellectually undermining” the Islamic State terrorist group (formerly known as ISIS, the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria) and that the Brotherhood has been vital to counter-radicalization for over 40 years.

He stated that if the Brotherhood did not exist, the world would “rush to create it.” 

Elibiary was a CAIR official. He was on the board of CAIR’s Dallas-Fort Worth chapter in 2003. The founder of CAIR’s Texas branch, Ghassan Elashi, was convicted of financing Hamas in the Holy Land trial. Elibiary did not reply to questions about his relationship with Elashi.

In 2004, Elibiary spoke at an event honoring Ayatollah Khomeini, founder of the current Iranian regime. He says he did not know that was the purpose of the meeting. In 2007, he spoke at a joint conference of two Islamist groups, the North American Imams Federation and the very radical Assembly of Muslim Jurists of America.

Elibiary has said on Twitter that he met with the relatives of Hamas leaders and that he performed his hajj in 2011 as a guest of the Saudi King.


Elibiary has certainly advanced the stated objective of the U.S. Muslim Brotherhood’s 1993 meeting to influence policy in a pro-Islamist direction.

When CAIR-CAN became the National Council of Canadian Muslims, it presented itself as “a leading voice that enriches Canadian society through Muslim civic engagement and the promotion of human rights.”

This description is misleading given the fact that many of the leaders of the NCCM / CAIR-CAN (past and present) have collaborated with organizations in Canada and abroad whose track records are incompatible with human rights. 

Although the NCCM / CAIR-CAN Executive Director Ihsaan Gardee claimed in a CBC interview that his organization has never had any relationship with the Washington-based Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR), documents issued by his own organization prove otherwise.

In the context of the NCCM’s recent allegations of defamation against the Prime Minister’s Office for having linked the NCCM to Hamas, discussing the relationship between Washington-based CAIR and the NCCM / CAIR-CAN is all the more relevant given the fact that in a 2009 American case, a federal judge concluded that “The [U.S.] government has produced ample evidence to establish the associations of CAIR, ISNA [and other organizations] with Hamas.”

The NCCM / CAIR-CAN’s claim that it is committed to human rights can also be challenged by looking at the ideologues endorsed by the leaders of this organization over the years. 

Given the fact that important leaders of the NCCM / CAIR-CAN have openly endorsed ideologues whose goal is to establish a totalitarian society based on sharia, this organization must be considered a threat to human rights and definitely not a source of enrichment for Canadian society.Read the full story here.

The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) conceals donations from overseas through a series of shell organizations, according to documents from court actions involving the Muslim advocacy group.Since its founding in 1994, CAIR has presented itself to American Muslims and the media as a single organization centered on American concerns. 

But it shows a different face to the IRS, with multiple corporate entities that conceal the large financial donations that come to CAIR from Middle East sources.

As a registered lobbying group, CAIR is required to report to the IRS contributions over $5,000. Its shifting 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) branches, however, make it possible to collect millions of dollars from oil-rich Muslim nations without disclosure. Documents show CAIR has received millions of dollars in overseas contributions and tens of millions in pledges from overseas.

CAIR’s convoluted structure and funding machinations are dizzying. Today, the original Council on American Islamic Relations doesn’t exist at all. In June 2013, CAIR changed its name to the nondescriptly named Washington Trust Foundation, Inc. (WTF).

“Plentiful legal evidence, acquired in the course of a lawsuit—plus CAIR’s own official filing documents to the Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs (DCRA) and IRS—make clear that CAIR has engaged in a thinly-disguised money laundering operation,” David Reaboi, vice president for strategic communications at the Center for Security Policy, told The Daily Caller.

“In addition to violating its 501(c)(3) regulations, CAIR’s undisclosed and hidden foreign donations amount to violation of the Foreign Agent Registration Act as well,” Reaboi continued.

CAIR formed in 1994 by filing with the Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs (DCRA) and soon after obtained 501(c)(4) status from the IRS as a non-profit lobbying organization.
The year before, the organization’s two founders — current Executive Director Nihad Awad and Omar Ahmad — were captured on FBI wiretaps of high-level Hamas leaders, discussing the need for a public relations effort supporting that group. As her assistants defend the state against a discrimination suit brought by a Chicago-area imam, Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan is among a slew of state officials saluting the group representing him in advance of its annual fundraising banquet.

And the imam, rejected by the Illinois State Police (ISP) due to his past work for a Hamas-support network, is being honored at the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) Chicago chapter banquet Saturday evening and will help with the fundraising.
CAIR represents Kifah Mustapha in litigation claiming the state discriminated against him and violated his free speech rights when the ISP rescinded a 2009 invitation making Mustapha the agency's first volunteer Muslim chaplain.

The Attorney General's office is defending the state police. It has moved for summary judgment in the case, arguing that Mustapha lacks standing to bring the lawsuit since the position was unpaid, so that Mustapha was not deprived of pay or benefits, as required by the federal statute which covers workplace discrimination. The ISP revoked Mustapha's invitation after decision makers saw a confidential FBI report on him and were told he would not have passed the FBI's background check for chaplains.
Madigan's office also cited this video from the 1990s, showing Mustapha as part of a performing troupe singing the praises of Hamas and jihad as a young boy dances with a rifle. "O Hamas, raise the banners of Jihad," the singers say. "The victory of God comes through it or through martyrdom. O Hamas, teach us the rifle."
But Mustapha is a staple at CAIR-Chicago events, helping raise money for the chapter for the past eight years. For that, CAIR has dubbed him "The Mobilizer."
"As a Muslim Chicagoland mobilizer," CAIR's promotion says, "Sheikh Kifah Mustapha has garnered the support of the Muslim and interfaith community around various causes while enlightening them through Islamic teachings and thought. Sheikh Kifah has mobilized each and every one of our past eight fundraisers.
Illinois attorneys say the video and other evidence paint a disturbingly different picture of the man. They were horrified by the video's imagery and message, Madigan's attorneys wrote.
Keeping Mustapha as a volunteer chaplain "could lead the public to believe that ISP looked the other way when confronted with evidence that Plaintiff aided and abetted, or at least cheered for, terrorism."
They urged the judge to watch the video, too, saying the state police "had to decide whether somebody cheering for violence while a child holds a gun is fit to be a state police chaplain. A reasonable person would decide the answer to that question is an emphatic 'no.'"
Rejecting Mustapha, therefore, was not discrimination, Illinois attorneys argued in seeking summary judgment, "just a law enforcement agency denying a candidate who failed a background check due to his ties to terrorist organizations."

Yet Madigan, who is expected to run for governor next year, praised CAIR in statements given in advance of the chapter's annual fundraising banquet this weekend.
"We are fortunate to live in an exceptionally diverse nation," Madigan says. "The diversity is a great strength of America, yet it also poses challenges. We are blessed that groups such as CAIR are devoted to building mutual understanding and trust among the many creeds, colors, religions, and backgrounds that make up our community and our country."
Similar endorsements were issued by her father, House Speaker Michael Madigan, Gov. Pat Quinn, Secretary of State Jesse White and Treasurer Dan Rutherford. Quinn, Madigan and others similarly praised CAIR before its 2011 banquet. The CAIR Chicago chapter has separate pages this year devoted to plaudits received from members of Congress and Illinois state legislators.

But if Mustapha is disqualified from acceptance by state officials due to his HLF/Palestine Committee roots, logic dictates that CAIR must be, too. Like Mustapha, CAIR was a member of the Palestine Committee. CAIR Executive Director Nihad Awad is listed on a Palestine Committee telephone list. He participated in 1993 meeting aimed at derailing U.S.-led peace efforts in order to protect Hamas's interests. And he was present as the group discussed lying to Americans about their true agenda to avoid being labeled as terrorists.
As Assistant U.S. Attorney General Ronald Weich wrote in 2010, "evidence that was introduced in that trial which demonstrated a relationship among CAIR, individual CAIR founders and the Palestine Committee. Evidence was also introduced that demonstrated a relationship between the Palestine Committee and HAMAS which was designated as a terrorist organization in 1995."

"Nevertheless," a senior FBI congressional liaison wrote in 2009, "until we can resolve whether there continues to be a connection between CAIR or its executives and HAMAS, the FBI does not view CAIR as an appropriate liaison partner."

Yesterday the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation Hamas-fundraising trial, encouraged citizens to contact their senators asking them to block a visa-waiver provision in the United States-Israel Strategic Partnership Act of 2013. 

The provision adds Israel to a list of 37 trusted friends and allies of the United States whose citizens may travel to the United States for tourism or business for up to 90 days without having to obtain a visa.

To be approved for the program by the Department of Homeland Security and State Department, Israel must make ‘every reasonable effort, without jeopardizing the security of the State of Israel, to ensure that reciprocal travel privileges are extended to all United States citizens.’ 
Candidate countries must have a very low non-immigrant visa refusal rate of not more than 3% as specified in Section 217 (c)(2)(A) of Immigration and Nationality Act, as well as ongoing compliance with the immigration laws of the United States. Therefore, for the provision to have reached the senate floor, Israel must have been found by the U.S. government to be in compliance with all of these stringent requirements.
Nevertheless, CAIR asserts that passage of the act “would make American Muslims and Arab-Americans ‘second class citizens’” and that the U.S. ‘would diminish the rights of its own citizens in order to facilitate the discriminatory practices of a foreign government.’

Thus, CAIR is equating ‘those who would harm Israel’s national security’ with ‘all American Muslims.’ CAIR is propagating the very religious stereotypes it purportedly seeks to counter, by assuming that Israel’s legitimate right to neutralize threats would maliciously and disproportionately target Muslim Americans.

Both DHS and State Department have determined that Israel’s screening methods are legitimate, and target those who are judged to be an objective threat to Israel’s security, regardless of race or religion.

Israel is surrounded on all sides by hostile entities ruled by Islamists, Iranian-proxies, secular dictators, and the Muslim Brotherhood affiliate Hamas in Gaza, who regularly rain rockets down on Israeli civilians.

Hamas and Islamic Jihad terrorists originating in Gaza and Judea and Samaria constantly seek to carry out terrorist attacks in Israel proper.

 Note that CAIR itself descends from the Islamic Association for Palestine (IAP), founded by Hamas operative Mousa Abu Marzook, and thus has a vested interest in enabling Israel’s Muslim Brotherhood enemies operating both internally and externally.

Israel has every reason to be concerned about ‘homegrown terrorists’ among American citizens, and it is absurd to expect Israel to give the green light to any and all U.S citizens without sensible screening processes.
This latest CAIR initiative once again belies it’s claim to be ‘America’s largest Muslim civil liberties and advocacy organization.’ Instead it is America’s premier Muslim Brotherhood front group, promoting soft ‘civilization jihad’ domestically while running interference for terrorists who would physically harm America’s international allies such as Israel.Read the full story here.
