'Islamist Dictator' Erdogan’s fifth column in Europe.

'Islamist Dictator' Erdogan’s fifth column in Europe. (TurkishMinute). By Abdullah Bozkurt.

The plain, simple and bitter truth is that Turkey’s Islamist rulers have supported and maintained parallel networks in Europe, thrown political, diplomatic and financial support to front NGOs whose role is to promote hatred, run an intimidation campaign and curtail free speech in European nations that are home to large Turkish and Muslim expat communities.

Delivering a very passionate speech last month at the European Parliament, Guy Verhofstadt, President of the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe, called this as fifth column that is being operated by the cronies of autocrat president Recep Tayyip Erdoğan to undermine Europe within. He called on lawmakers to fight for European values, send a strong message to Erdoğan by freezing the accession talks with Turkey, which will most likely threaten this autocrat’s economic lifeline.

Turkey’s top Islamist has been secretly organizing clandestine networks in Europe to extend his influence and to create a network of supporters among Turkish and Muslim communities (especially from Egypt, Syria, Somalia and Balkans) that could be called to serve for political goals of Erdoğan. Just last week, we have seen how this network was mobilized by Erdoğan in Germany, Belgium, Austria and Luxembourg where crowds gathered to show their support to this autocrat’s goals.

The heavyweights in Erdoğan’s fifth column in Europe is three major organizations that were set up on political and religious grounds to cater different consistencies.

The easiest way to discern the pattern among these NGOs and Erdoğan’s political machinations is by looking how they quickly pile on when Erdoğan wanted. The first organization is the Union of European Turkish Democrats (UETD), founded in Germany in 2004 but later expanded to other European countries France, Belgium, Austria, Netherlands and the UK. It has been totally transformed an Islamist grass root base for Erdoğan. The organization, working closely with Turkish embassies, is important vehicle in delivering results for Erdoğan from get-out-to-vote campaigns to lobbying activities in European capitals.

While the UETD focuses exclusively on Turkish expat communities, the Union of the NGOs of the Islamic World (UNIW), another NGO set up by Turkish Islamist rulers in 2005, actively works among Muslim communities in Europe and other continents. Among its members include controversial charity groups such as International Humanitarian Relief (IHH), accused of arms smuggling to rebels in Syria, and Ensar Foundation that was involved in a rape spree of dozens of children in the conservative Turkish district Karaman. Erdoğan orchestrated the cover up of criminal investigations into both and protected them from prosecutions. The UNIW has been running various schemes in Europe link up with Muslim groups in order to secure their loyalty to the undeclared Caliph Erdoğan.

The leaked emails of Erdoğan’s son-in-law Berat Albayrak, authenticated inadvertently by a court complaint, revealed that both UETD and UNIW have worked together in Europe to promote goals set up by Erdoğan family.

In a 19-page report, Emanet, who is now advisor to energy minister Albayrak, said UETD must be overhauled to better realign with the Islamist government’s goals and suggested that the Turkish-Islamic Union for Religious Affairs (DİTİB), the wealthy organization that is run by Imams sent by Turkish government to Europe.

With its control of so many mosques in Europe and huge financial resources at its disposal, DİTİB presents serious challenges before integration policies of all European countries that host sizable Turkish communities.

As a result, Turkey’s autocratic president has not only migrants to mobilize in order to destabilize Europe but also an Islamist fifth column in the heart of Europe to march forward when the time comes. The militant religious networks are already mushrooming in Europe on fertile ground provided by this fifth column’s clandestine activities. Read the full story here.

Muslims want ‘Islamic conquest of Europe,’ Austrian cardinal & Papal candidate says.

Muslims want ‘Islamic conquest of Europe,’ Austrian cardinal & Papal candidate says. (RT).

Many Muslims would be glad to see Europe conquered by Islam, an Austrian cardinal and leading future candidate for the papacy said. He also warned that the Christian heritage of Europe risked disappearing, with the statements raising much controversy online.

Will there now be a third Islamic attempt to conquer Europe? Many Muslims think that and want that, and they say ‘Europe is at the end,’ Cardinal Christoph Schönborn said, as cited by the Archdiocese of Vienna.

He was speaking during the church festival “Holy Name of Mary.” The holiday commemorated the victory over the Ottoman Empire at the Battle of Vienna in 1683.

He asked God to have mercy on Europe as people of Europe “are in danger of forfeiting our Christian heritage.”

“And now we wonder what Europe will look like... [Europe’s Christian heritage] is already being felt as missing [by many people]. Not only economically... but above all human and religious matters.”

What will become of Europe? the cardinal asked.

People on social media seem to be agreeing with Schönborn’s statement.

[We should] live , [according to]the Catholic faith, [it is] exactly what Europe needs, @trillarion user wrote.

“No churches, but mosques... Islam [brings] nothing good of humanity, but oppression,” one Facebook user wrote.

However, there were those who believe that the cardinal’s statement would fuel tensions between Christians and Muslims even more.

The difference between the vast number of peaceful Muslims and radical Islamists is not yet clear. Our right-wing populists are happy about this sermon. Sad, one more user wrote.
Some angry readers asked the cardinal to clarify the notion “Islamic conquest” of Europe. In his Facebook post, Schönborn explained that his sermon was not calling to defend Europeans against the refugees.

The chance of a Christian revival of Europe is with us, he said, urging to reflect on the Christ’s word and spread it to “everyone, even strangers.Read the full story here.

Morocco - Important Islamic state cell dismantled, 52 terrorists were arrested.

Morocco - Important Islamic state cell dismantled, 52 terrorists were arrested. (Aawsat).

Morocco said on Wednesday that it had arrested 52 suspected militants inspired by ISIS and that it had foiled several attacks in the North African country by seizing arms and bomb-making materials.

It is the largest group arrested in years and the latest of a series of cells that the authorities say they have found plotting attacks inside and outside Morocco.

The North African kingdom, an ally of the West against militancy, has been on high alert since 2014, when ISIS took control of large swathes of northern Iraq and Syria.

The 52 arrested were among 143 people investigated in many Moroccan cities and towns, the interior ministry said in a statement.

Many members of the group were planning to create an ISIS province (Wilayat) in Morocco, the statement said.

They intended to assassinate Moroccan security and military officers and tourists, as well as targeting prisons and festivals and other institutions in the country.

Morocco’s Central Bureau of Judicial Investigation, the judicial part of the Moroccan domestic intelligence service, has tracked suspected militants since ISIS established itself as a global threat.

Morocco has dismantled 38 suspected militant cells with ISIS ties since 2013, the statement said, adding 159 cells had been found since 2002.

Hundreds of militants from Morocco, Tunisia and Algeria have joined jihadists in Syria. Some are threatening to return and create new militant wings in their home countries, security experts have said.

Nearby Libya has become a major draw for jihadists from North Africa and sub-Saharan Africa. ISIS has taken advantage of the security chaos there to build a base, operate training camps and take over the city of Sirte.

There are between 2,000 and 5,000 ISIS fighters from Libya, Tunisia, Algeria, Egypt, Mali,Morocco and Mauritania deployed in Sirte, Tripoli and Derna, according to a report drafted by U.N. chief Bank Ki-moon.

Jean-Paul Laborde, U.N. assistant secretary general and head of its Counter-Terrorism Committee, has also said that nearly 30,000 “foreign terrorist fighters” are currently in Syria and Iraq.

“There are nearly 30,000, and now that the territory held by ISIS is shrinking in Iraq, we are seeing them return, not only to Europe but to all of their countries of origin, like Tunisia, Morocco,” Laborde said recently.

Also Wednesday, Italian police said they have arrested two Moroccan residents on suspicion of distributing pro-ISIS propaganda.Police said the two men living in the Liguria region bordering France have previous arrests for dealing drugs and other offenses. A third Moroccan is under investigation.

The investigation was launched when a young woman reported receiving a photo on WhatsApp showing a woman posing with a machine gun in position to fire. The photo originated from a number in Morocco that was not in the phone’s address book.

The woman told police she had lent the phone to a Moroccan resident of a refugee home several months earlier. From there, investigators traced a network of “possible activism of the three suspects involving proselytizing for the self-proclaimed Islamic State.” More here.

"CHANGE" - Austria embraces anti-immigrant right-wing in presidential vote

Candidate of the right-wing populist FPÖ (in blue) wins almost everywhere in Austria.

"CHANGE" - Austria embraces anti-immigrant right-wing in presidential vote. (BL).

VIENNA- Initial results show that the candidate of Austria's right-wing, anti-immigrant party has swept the first round of Austria's presidential elections, gathering over 35 percent of the vote and leaving the other five candidates far behind.

The apparent triumph by Norbert Hofer of the Freedom Party reflects wide-spread voter dissatisfaction with the center-left Social Democrats and the centrist Freedom party. The preliminary results from official ballot counts show their candidates with not much more than 10 percent backing each.

Alexander Van der Bellen and Irmgard Griss, who ran as independents, were close to 20 percent. One of them will likely challenge Hofer in the May 22 runoff. That race will likely be closer, with most of those opposed to the Freedom Party giving one of the independents their support.

The Freedom Party's previous best showing was more than 27 percent in elections that decided Austria's membership in the European Union.

Much of Europe has begun lurching politically to the far right as a massive migrant crisis changes the very fabric of society there. Hmmm......The beginning of a tidal wave of right wing politicians rising in the EU. As i warned many months ago. Natural reaction when politicians don't listen to the people. This doesn't mean all voters are right wingers, many protest votes in these results.

'Europe cannot be the new home for millions of people in need' Helmut Kohl.

'Europe cannot be the new home for millions of people in need' Helmut Kohl. (Euractiv).

In the preface to the Hungarian edition of his book, “Out of Concern for Europe”, Helmut Kohl has written that the continent cannot become the new home for millions of people. EurActiv’s partner Der Tagesspiegel reports.

In the lead up to his meeting with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán on Tuesday (19 April) former German chancellor Helmut Kohl has criticised the opening up of borders to refugees in Europe. “The solution lies in the affected regions. Not in Europe. Europe cannot be the new home for millions of people in need,” Kohl wrote in the preface to the Hungarian edition of his book, ”Out of concern for Europe”, which was published in an abbreviated form in Der Tagesspiegel on Sunday (17 April).

Kohl, one of only three people to be granted the status of Honorary Citizen of Europe, also criticised the refugee policy of Angela Merkel, without actually referring to her by name. The ex-chancellor voiced his disapproval of Merkel’s September 2015 decision to invite refugees from Hungary to continue their journey on to Germany. Kohl also criticised the fact that the current chancellor did not discuss the matter with her EU partners beforehand.

Additionally, Kohl went on to list Viktor Orbán, one of Merkel’s fiercest opponents when it comes to her so-called “open-door policy”, as “my friend”. On European questions, “I know that I agree with my friend Viktor Orbán”. On Tuesday, Kohl intends to welcome the Hungarian prime minister at his home.

Kohl believes that the refugee crisis is an “acid test” for the EU, adding that a “relapse into an old nation-state mentality” would “endanger our peace and our freedom”. The ex-chancellor urged the bloc, in addition to the humanitarian aspects, to bear in mind Europe’s “well-founded cultural and security interests”. Many refugees come “from different cultural backgrounds. They follow, to a great extent, faiths other than the Judeo-Christian faith, which is one of the foundations of our values and society,” he added. Read the full story here.

Video - Australian Islamist Al-Wahwah Calls in Ankara to Lead “the Armies of Jihad That Will Conquer Europe, the U.S.”

Video - Australian Islamist Al-Wahwah Calls in Ankara to Lead “the Armies of Jihad That Will Conquer Europe, the U.S.” MEMRI.

Speaking on March 6 at a “caliphate conference” in Ankara, Turkey, Ismail Al-Wahwah, spokesman for the Australian chapter of Hizb ut-Tahrir, called upon attendants to lead “the armies of Jihad that will conquer Europe and America.”

Wahwah warned the Turkish crowd not to trust America, Europe, and NATO, who are all enemies and whose “hearts are black.” The speech was posted on the Internet by Hizb ut-Tahrir, as well as by the Köklü Değişim magazine, which organized the conference.

Following are excerpts

Ismail Al-wahwah:
Ninety years ago, a hundred meters from here, in the Turkish parliament, some traitors from among the sons of the Islamic nation, some descendants of Freemasons and Jews, killed our mother, abolished our Caliphate, and lowered the banner of Islam
Today, 90 years later, you are here, near the parliament, pledging before Allah to restore the Caliphate, to raise the banner, to restore the shari'a, to unite the Islamic nation, and to lead the armies of Jihad that will conquer Europe and America, so that the word of Allah will reign supreme. […]

Oh people of Turkey, your country is in great danger. Your country, your land, your religion, and the honor of your woman are in great danger.

Look at your neighbors, Syria and Iraq. If matters stay in the hands of America and Europe, may Allah save us. The same thing that happened in Syria and Iraq could happen here, God forbid. Do not trust the oppressors. Do not trust America, Europe, or NATO. They are all enemies.

Their hearts are black. They hate you, your religion, your Muhammad, and your Quran. They are waiting for the opportunity to fragment your countries.

Start dealing with them, before they start dealing with you. Cut off their hands before they sow corruption upon the land. You in Turkey are able to do that, Allah willing.

Pew research - The Future of World Religions: Population Growth Projections, 2010-2050.

Pew research - The Future of World Religions: Population Growth Projections, 2010-2050. (PewResearch).

The religious profile of the world is rapidly changing, driven primarily by differences in fertility rates and the size of youth populations among the world’s major religions, as well as by people switching faiths. Over the next four decades, Christians will remain the largest religious group, but Islam will grow faster than any other major religion. If current trends continue, by 2050 …
  • The number of Muslims will nearly equal the number of Christians around the world.
  • Atheists, agnostics and other people who do not affiliate with any religion – though increasing in countries such as the United States and France – will make up a declining share of the world’s total population.
  • The global Buddhist population will be about the same size it was in 2010, while the Hindu and Jewish populations will be larger than they are today.
  • In Europe, Muslims will make up 10% of the overall population.
  • India will retain a Hindu majority but also will have the largest Muslim population of any country in the world, surpassing Indonesia.
  • In the United States, Christians will decline from more than three-quarters of the population in 2010 to two-thirds in 2050, and Judaism will no longer be the largest non-Christian religion. Muslims will be more numerous in the U.S. than people who identify as Jewish on the basis of religion.
  • Four out of every 10 Christians in the world will live in sub-Saharan Africa.

These are among the global religious trends highlighted in new demographic projections by the Pew Research Center. The projections take into account the current size and geographic distribution of the world’s major religions, age differences, fertility and mortality rates, international migration and patterns in conversion. EU-Summit Draft: Balkan Route will be closed, “resettlement” of Syrian refugees from Turkey to EU countries.

The EU Negotiating

EU-Summit Draft: Balkan Route will be closed, “resettlement” of Syrian refugees from Turkey to EU countries. HT: KeepTalkingGreece.

The European Commission has allegedly prepared a Draft proposal that the EU leaders will be called to sign tomorrow Monday in Brussels. “The European Union leaders plan to officially announce the Closure of the Balkan Route for refugees and the internal borders of Schengen for economic migrants.” According to an exclusive story published by Austrian newspaper Der Standard, that has reportedly obtained a copy of the Conclusions Draft prepared by the European Commission, “the immediate end of the migrants’  flow and the waving from Greece to Germany is top priority of the EU policy.” And this will be decided and announced at the extraordinary EU-Turkey Summit on Refugee Crisis in Brussels tomorrow Monday.
Major points form the draft:

  • “The irregular migrant’s flow along the Balkan Route comes to an end. this Route is now closed.
  • Greece must immediately create 50,000 places for potential asylum-seekers, it gets “any help” from EU.
  • Migrants with no chance for asylum should be immediately deported to Turkey. An EU-Turkey agreement to this effect will go into effect as of 1. June 2016.
  • Turkey will play a constructive role in the external borders control.
  • The EU member states will be committed to begin with the “resettlement” of Syrian refugees from Turkey to EU countries.
  • The Frontex will be strengthen with more staff at the Greek border to FYROM and Albania The Frontex should take care that the Hot Spots in Greece are in full operation.
  • the Europol should help in the fight against smugglers.
The Draft mentions also a roadmap that includes: states to send Frontex staff (1. April), starting of Relocation (16. March Summit), restore of Schengen cancellation (end of 2016).

The draft also confirms the 700 million euro assistance, although in the September 22nd 2015 decision, the amount was 780 million euro. Together with all previously agreed measures so could be invested in aid to refugees in the coming months be about one billion euros from the EU.

However, the most touching paragraph of the draft is, of course, the following:

The EU leaders will “do the maximum to assist Greece in this difficult moment.” It is about a collective responsibility of the community, which requires fast and efficient mobilization of all available resources”, but also the contributions of the Member States.”  Hmmm......Anyone noticed how scared they are to put a number up on how many refugees they (EU & Turkey) agreed upon to take? Turkey detains 23 ISIS suspects and 21 children on Syria border

Turkey detains 23 ISIS suspects and 21 children on Syria border. (DS).

Turkish forces have detained 23 suspected ISIS extremists along with 21 children who were trying to illegally cross over from Syria, the army said Sunday.

The suspects, whose nationalities were not disclosed, were captured Saturday as they tried enter the Elbeyli district of Turkey's southern Kilis province.

"Twenty-three people suspected of being Daesh (ISIS) terror group members, together with 21 children, were caught," said the army in a statement, without giving any other details.

Turkey has over the last year been told by its Western allies to urgently step up efforts to stop the flow of extremists across its borders to and from Syria.

The army reported Saturday that it had Friday also captured six ISIS suspects, along with eight children, who were trying to cross illegally from Syria to Turkey in the same area. Hmmm........No word if those children are actually 'Caliphate cubs'? These 'Caliphate cubs' are my biggest fear as we are not prepared for such a scenario, better to prevent than to cure.

Related:

In 2014, at least 23,000 unaccompanied minors applied for asylum in Europe, and while estimates vary, aid agencies say as much as 7 percent of the 700,000 refugees who have applied for asylum in Europe this year are unaccompanied minors. That amounts to around 49,000.

From January to October 2015, over 23,000 unaccompanied and separated children had sought asylum in Sweden – the top destination for UASC in Europe – more than did in the entire EU last year. The majority are adolescent males

Turkey warns Berlin 'step up military involvement in Syria or prepare to receive more refugees!'

Turkey warns Berlin 'step up military involvement in Syria or prepare to receive more refugees!'  (DS).

Germany must step up its involvement in Syria if it wants to stem the flow of refugees into Europe, Turkey's deputy prime minister Mehmet Simsek in remarks to German daily Die Welt Saturday.

"If Germany and others want to stop the influx of refugees, they must stop the bombings by Syrian and Russian forces against the Syrian opposition," Simsek said, speaking days after 10 German tourists were killed in a suicide attack in Turkey.

German Chancellor Angela Merkel will host Turkey's Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu for talks next Friday, with discussions to center on the Istanbul attack and the flow of migrants to Europe.

"The origin of terror in Syria is the chaos on the ground, which was caused by the Syrian regime's refusal to authorize democratic reform and the existence of an opposition," Simsek said.

Regarding the fight against the ISIS group, which has been blamed for the Istanbul attack, Simsek said: "No one can pretend we aren't doing anything."

Turkey has often been criticized by its Western allies for not doing enough to combat ISIS extremists who have seized swathes of territory in Syria and Iraq.

"Daesh represents for us the greatest danger," the deputy prime minister said, using another name to refer to ISIS. Read the full story here.

Three Billion Euro later and Migrant arrivals in Europe by sea still average over 1,700 per day

Three Billion Euro later and Migrant arrivals in Europe by sea still average over 1,700 per day.(IOM).

The period also saw the year’s first fatalities in the Mediterranean between Libya and Italy, a route that took the lives of almost 3,000 migrants and refugees in 2015.

Total fatalities recorded for migrants and refugees in the region were 59 through the year’s first two weeks, not including at least 11 people killed in two bus crashes in Turkey last week. Authorities believe the victims were customers of smugglers supervising their journey to launching points on Turkey’s coast.

At this rate it would mean 620,000 new asylum seekers in 2016, but the rate will probably increase once Spring and Summer comes.

And then there's the so far unknown number of Agreed upon by the EU leadership and Turkey?
Hmmm........Another One million total for sure.

Islamist Turkey and EU Don't agree on how to spend 3 Billion Euro Refugee aid.

Islamist Turkey and EU Don't agree on how to spend 3 Billion Euro Refugee aid. (TZ).

According to a written statement issued on Dec. 24 by the European Commission, the EU is setting up what was called a “Refugee Facility for Turkey,” a legal entity that will provide coordination on disbursing the funds earmarked for refugees in Turkey starting from Jan. 1.

The European Parliament, representatives of member states as well as those from Turkey will be part of the facility, although the principal driver will be the European Commission. On Oct. 15, the European Council welcomed the idea and endorsed a Joint Action Plan with Turkey on handling the refugees.

A problem has emerged on two fronts: how to ensure an efficient spending of these funds and how to convince all member states that promised to pitch in to the common fund to actually deliver on that pledge?

On the former, according to European Commission First-Vice President Frans Timmermans, the money will be spent on “providing support to further improve daily lives and socio-economic conditions of Syrians seeking refuge in Turkey." The Steering Committee of the Refugee Facility is expected to “provide strategic guidance and decide on which actions will be financed, with which amount and through which financial instruments.”

In contrast, we are hearing a different song from the Turkish side.
EU Affairs Minister Volkan Bozkır says the decisions will be made by Ankara and not the EU when it comes to deciding how to spend this money
Briefing lawmakers on the background of the negotiations on the deal, Bozkır told members of Parliament on Dec. 23 his government did not agree to a plan by which the EU provides funds and dictates how to spend it. “That cannot happen,” he said, stressing that Turkey is willing to share the list on how it would spend the funds such as education and health but will do it on its own. He revealed a working commission that was set up in the Prime Minister's Office has already drawn up a detailed list of items on where the EU funds should go.

Compounding matters further, it is unclear how to select Syrian refugees from Turkey as part of a voluntary admission scheme to resettle Syrians in EU member states.

The plan is contingent on a reduction in the number of irregular migrants crossing from Turkey to the EU. On Dec. 15, the European Commission called on member states to provide quotas for receiving refugees based on “absorption, reception and integration capacities, as well as population size, [gross domestic product] GDP, past asylum efforts and national unemployment rates.” If Turkey does not succeed in reducing irregular border crossings, the resettlement scheme will be suspended.

Bozkır also claimed those refugees slated for resettlement in EU member states will be screened by Turkey first and foremost, leading to a list of eligible candidates to be drawn up.

Hmmm........Why is Turkey the sole person to decide who qualifies to go to Europe? How many Refugees did the EU Agree upon to take from Turkey.....every year? Anyone surprised? Read the full story here.

EU: Of 600,000 refugees, only 20% are Syrian, 72% men.

EU[Rabia]: Of 600,000 refugees, only 20% are Syrian, 72% men. (WaEx).

The refugee wave sweeping over the European Union has nearly reached last year's total of 662,000, but despite reports that many are families from Syria just 20 percent are from that war-torn nation and most are younger men.

Eurostat, the EU's statistical agency, said that by August, 600,000 had arrived at the union's border seeking asylum, but just 121,500 were from Syria. The rest came from a collection of other countries including Kosovo, Afghanistan and Pakistan.

The Pew Research Center reviewed the Eurostat data and found that Germany is the overwhelming choice of those fleeing home nations, with 40 percent applying for asylum in Germany.

Pew noted that while the number of Syrians fleeing was lower than the impression given by the media coverage, many from other countries are claiming to be Syrian because people from that nation appear to be on the fast-track for asylum. Read the full story here.

Islamic State terror can be ended only after Saudi royals’ overthrown according to Iranian MP

IS terror can be ended only after Saudi royals’ overthrown -Iranian MP  (TAZ).

The terrorist groups in the region including the Islamic State (IS) group may be defeated only by downfall of the ruling monarchy in Saudi Arabia Ibrahim Agha Mohammadi, a senior Iranian MP said.

The best approach in fighting the Daesh (IS, also referred as ISIS, ISIL) is supporting the overthrow of Saudi royals, and the Islamic Republic is in favor of this process,” Agha Mohammadi, who is a member of the Iranian parliament National Security and Foreign Policy Commission said, semi-official Tasnim news agency reported Sept. 29.

The Iranian MP was reacting to recent comments of Saudi Foreign Minister Adel bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir, who accused Tehran of being behind regional instability.

"If it was not for Iran, there would not be the destruction and killing we see today in Syria. Iran supports Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad by sending thousands of militants and fueling sectarianism between Sunnis and Shiites in Syria and the whole region," said Minister Al-Jubeir.

Meanwhile the Iranian MP claimed that the Saudi government is “equal to the IS group and other regional terrorists”.

If the global community seeks an effective approach to end IS terror, they should spare no effort for establishing democracy in Saudi Arabia, Agha Mohammadi argued.

Iran and Saudi Arabia have opposite points of view and positions on conflicts in Yemen, Syria , and Bahrain. Hmmm.....The Iranian MP is a fool if he believes that, Turkey and Qatar play a huge role in the ISIS and terrorist support.

Video - “Anti-migration sentiment in Europe is unnecessarily endangering the lives of migrants,”

“Anti-migration sentiment in Europe is unnecessarily endangering the lives of migrants,” William Lacy Swing, Director General of the International Organization for Migration (IOM), has warned the United Nations General Assembly.

With winter fast approaching, many undertaking the journey face further complications.

In recent days, temperatures have dropped significantly and many migrants have caught colds or the flu following days on the road in the rain and mud.

Croatia

Officials say more than 70,000 migrants have arrived in Croatia over the past few days.

A transit camp has been set up near the eastern border for the bus loads of people arriving from Serbia.

Austria

Some 10,500 people are waiting in Austria to enter Germany. However, with the country preparing to accept as many as 80,000 arrivals in 2015 alone, the German president has warned there are limits to the numbers Germany is able to receive.

But the amount of people making the journey doesn’t seem to be slowing down. According to the IOM, a record half a million migrants have crossed the Mediterranean between January and September 2015.

Between Sunday and Monday (September 27-28), 17 people lost their lives making the crossing
